I've been off and on for years. But I've recently really started taking buying some Transformers seriously. So here's my colleclection as of today after picking up Sandstorm and Orion Pax.

That's an awesome set up. I have too much stuff boxed away due to lack of space.

Anyone purchasing any new Transformers: Age of Extinction stuff once they come out? Voyager Grimlock, Hound & Galvatron will all be joining my Movie guys for sure. There are a few deluxe class figs I want too.... I have a rule when it comes to the Movieverse.....I don't buy them unless they were in the movie..... except if they are absolutely brilliant and can fit with C.H.U.G. like Skyhammer from DOTM or Mindwipe from ROTF.

Whats the consensus on those deluxe Starscream and Optimus Prime figures at TRU in the 80 dollar department? I dont mean deluxe class, i mean the ones that seem similar to Masterpiece figures , but not quite them. The Starscream has his crown ala the TF movie, but the figure isnt exactly G1. Prime is also G1 esque, but not definitively so. Are these pretty good? Im thinking about picking up some of the higher end stuff of guys that are ,predominantly ,G1 styled.
Edit: i believe these were referred to as " platinum editions" if that clears up any confusion

The starscream is a re release of the ultra class from the cybertron line. It's a very cool figure. Have had it since the original release. As for the prime. I'm not sure which one you're talking about....

Hey Transformers guys, I'm not knowledgeable about all things Cybertron, so I figured I'd throw this here. Has there ever been a Pontiac (more specifically Trans Am/Firebird) Transformer? I'd love to own one if there has...

While at tru tonight I got a pleasant surprise of the new movies figures. Nabbed the two dinobots. Go to check out. Won't sell them to me because they have a street date of the 17th. Was pretty bummed. And I did t put up any fight due to working retail and I don't wanna be the person I hate dealing with.

Just got the flip change grim lock from Kmart. Wouldn't ring up but they made it a home appliance and just charged me $19.99

Was pretty bummed. And I did t put up any fight due to working retail and I don't wanna be the person I hate dealing with. This explains why I saw a whole set of Transformers AOE movie figures at Toys R Us Thursday, went back there today and those figures were not on the shelves anymore. And I know they did not sell all the figures

One of my Walmarts put out a box of deluxe AOE. My plan to skip movie figures blew up fast:
