I missed as to who was the Elite 82 Collectors Edition, could anyone clue me in please? I don't think RSC had it up but I may be mistaken. Also, what store is it exclusive to this time?

Its weird Ringside didnt get him but that other website did. I was able to get it thankfully otherwise I would have never seen it in stores.
