He's been saying for a few months now that stuff has been shipped to his distributor. Because lots of stuff has lol. You can literally go on his site and see which wwe figs he has in stock ready to ship (12 items), which figs have arrived/are expected at his american distributor (7 items), and which figs Mattel hasn't sent out to the distributor (39 items). I don't know what to tell you guys. We used to have waalkoutware, until he got frustrated with wwe collectors complaining about mattels terrible distribution. Then we had Northmen, until he got frustrated with wwe collectors complaining about Mattels terrible distribution. And there are dozens of other online figure sites that carry everything but wwe, probably because they don't want to deal with Mattels terrible distribution and complaining wwe collectors. Maybe if anyone carries the line in the future we could do some critical thinking, take past events into consideration, and not complain when our pre-orders don't arrive before Mattel even ships them out to low priority businesses? Well maybe he should've given me a full refund because according to him, my ultimate edition figure did arrive at his distributor and he took 10% off as a cancellation fee since it was "currently processing". Either way, he should've at the very least emailed everyone who had preordered and updated us with the status rather than pushing the dates on the website or making a facebook post that nobody knew about.

The 10% cancellation fee is part of his return policy that the site asks if you've read before ordering lol And the Cena and Becky ultimates are still listed as being at the distributor. What would you have him do? Drive to America to pick your toys up for you? Or break his policies for every impatient dingus careless enough to not read the rules? Your email suggestion is nice in theory but wouldn't work in practice. Guy runs a two-man business that stocks thousands of items from dozens of different companies. It's unrealistic to expect him to email every single customer, for every single item, from every different company, every time an item doesn't hit its shipping estimate. Especially since his policies page (which you didn't read) clearly states that the dates are unreliable and you shouldn't preorder if you need an item by a certain date.

Why does it sound like I'm speaking with one of the 2 guys running NMC? lol I don't think any of us expects to receive our preorders by a certain date but when you just endlessly push things back with little to no updates or proper estimates then thats where the problem lies. Its cool if you want to wait an indefinite amount of time for your stuff, you do you. And yeah I didn't read that part of the policies because I don't think any of us expected to cancel...

I'm just especially pissed off about it because we finally had a cheap, convenient way of avoiding scalpers and terrible distribution at retail, only to have it ruined once again. I haven't seen any Elite 78-82 at retail, but luckily I had pre-orders secured at Northmen so I don't have to run around worrying about tracking them down. They're bought and paid for, all I have to do is wait. Just like with the hundred other figs from other lines that I've ordered from Northmen. But now going forward I'm going to have to go back to hunting down a line that big box stores barely stock because people don't understand how the toy industry works.

Sounds like he isn't doing pre-orders anymore but will continue to get WWE product. Like I am guessing he will order 1 box or 2 and that's it, when it shows up he will post it on his site and you get it that way. At least I think that is what he meant.

Like the poster above said, he is still carrying WWE figures, just that you can't preorder. But seeing as you are a regular, I'm sure he can work something out with you and secure you your figures beforehand.

Canceling pre-orders is a good idea for this guy.
WoW and now this. Yikes. I would not be going within an inch of attempting to sell Mattel's WWE products at retail.

I've ordered two items (G.I. Joe classifieds) from Northmen with no issues what-so-ever; I have more joes on pre-order, over $100 I paid for last October I think; and I'm not really worried because the distributor is Hasbro. Mattel seems notorious for prioritizing RSC and big box stores and leaving these little toy stores last. NMC are a small business facing the same struggles as every small business is facing during this lockdown - don't you think they want the business? I do think a little discretion and a lot of patience is required here.

I was able to score the new set of the Masters of the WWE universe Kane, Warrior and Goldberg at Walmart in Sydney River. They had 2 Goldberg's 2 Kane's 2 warriors and only one Steph. Overall they knocked it out of the ballpark with this set.

Something is up with Mattel WWE and I am sad to say we'll never know what the issue is. It's the one toy line that is mass produced and released that cannot be found. It was the only line I collected and it's endlessly frustrating seeing every other toy line get stocked at least semi regularly. Stopped by my Walmart last night and took a look at the toy section. New Masters of the WWE Universe figures were out. Same basics from before Christmas and the elite tags on the shelf and pegs were removed. It's also clear the States have been having similar issues since around 2018. It's a damn shame to see Mattel leaving so much money on the table.

I think it's because for Mattel WWE is at the bottom of the priority list compared to their other properties. Even if you check their website it's not even listed among their top brands.

Where does it ask you, I did not see anything about a return policy or cancellation fees at any point in the ordering process?! The only thing I found about returns and the cancellation fees is listed on the FAQ page and I only found it when I went through the entire site- a customer should not have to read though an entire website in order to find out store policies for returns/cancellations. This information should be clearly listed on the main page AND on the order page- there should be a link to the return policy and the system should be set up so that you have to click a button or check a box to acknowledge that you have read the return policy BEFORE you are allowed to submit an order.
Don't make excuses for this guy, my parents operate a small business so I know all about the difficulties and struggles small business owners go through as well as the long hours they put in just to be able to make a living. This guy should not be running a business IMO, he has zero customer service skills and has no clue how to treat customers. You don't berate and insult your customers, you don't keep your customers in the dark especially when you make them pay for their order in full, in advance. I have placed orders with Ringside, Amazon and Walmart and ALL of them provided regular updates on the status of my order from start to finish until I actually received the order in my hand. I am sure they don't know exactly when an order will arrive, especially now with all the delays due to the pandemic but they continued to keep me informed throughout the entire process. NMC, on the other hand, just gives out one excuse after another and doesn't provide ANY information whatsoever so you are left waiting and wondering what the hell is going on and wondering when (or if) your order will ever arrive- this is very unprofessional behaviour IMHO. He got angry when I contacted him to inquire about the status of my order and he got hostile when I sent him an email asking to cancel my orders after waiting for 4 months without any update whatsoever. After telling me that I would be charged a cancellation fee (an unjust penalty IMO but one I paid in order to end this ordeal), he unleashed a tirade and appeared to go through some sort of meltdown where he proceeded to hurl insults at me- is this how a business owner should behave, especially a small business owner?! This was the worst customer service experience I have gone through and I don't understand how this person is still in business based on how he treats customers?! I still cannot believe he gave me a refund but I am grateful that I got my money back (most of it) and will never deal with NMC again.
As for the figures themselves, I think its quite clear that he has a major problem and is unable to deliver this product. I am not sure who or what is to blame but if I were him I would either try to find another distributor or just stop carrying these Mattel figures all together. Mattel is not a great company to deal with from what I see, so why put yourself through the hassle of trying to sell these figures and enduring all the frustration from customers.

So I decided to put in another order from Ringside today. Backordered the Bubbly Jericho Exclusive and the Bray Wyatt Firefly Funhouse Exclusive. I also pre-ordered AEW 4 Sammy Guevara. I'm glad I did since the pics released this afternoon look great. I wish I ordered Santana and Ortiz but I'm not made of money lol!

Anybody know where the Epic Moments Hardy Boyz set can be obtained for a decent price? Probably should have bought it when it initially released but I don't remember if it hit retail here or not.

Face scans on most AEW figures are still not where they should be. Some are really bad.

Man you reminded me of this again. It was on amazon on sale for like 50 bucks and I for whatever reason decided to hold off and order it later until it was too late. I've been checking ebay and the lowest ones MOC went for around 80 USD but the price went up again.

Got my series 3 aew today. Shoulder ratchets aren't as ridged as series 1 which is great, the arms also dont spin around as loose, which is great. The ab crunches are definitely way more stiff, some almost feel like they dont move at all. The crotch pieces continue to be awful. You cant raise the legs up forward for a kicking motion at all. I literally bought a dremel sanding tool thing and have begun with series one sanding the crotch pieces where the legs go in up higher and reshaping them for this purpose. Also, there are now huge holes that never existed before where the legs go onto the ball joints, it looks awful. Look at the sammy protos if you dont know what i mean. I plan on shaving down the clicky joints and sanding the crotch pieces so that they suit me better and then ill be happy. One more thing, the skin tones are very beige, theyre obviously darker, but its an unnatural colour.
