I’m risking being banned from commenting on this thread but........I liked Bastion Booger’s theme. It falls in to the category of its so awful it’s good. Possibly the one saving grace of the awful gimmick. And Bret’s theme was quite catchy but will concede it certainly didn’t fit the hottest wrestler at the time. It sounds more like it would be a mid 90’s lower card bland face wrestler’s theme. Yeah you're banned get out! All seriousness though, I encourage all you humanoids to comment on the themes I post here. Love to hear your comments on em good or bad.

To go from his iconic WWF theme to this in WCW. Ughhh terrible. Another strike on his overall wasted run there. Bret Hart's last theme in WCW was pretty good

I’ll admit to loving the majority of the cheesy themes found on WCW Slam Jam.

Rick Rude's first theme, the Black Cat rip off was featured in an episode of Matlock in 1992 where there was a scene in a strip club. I wonder about the timing of both, as in was the theme used for Rude first or did the Matlock episode tape prior or is it just an unrelated coincidence that they both happened around 1991/1992? I think the Hart Foundation theme fit them real well as a team but the Bret singles theme (1994-1997) was amazing. He lived his matches like he was a guy going into real battles, he still talks like that and that theme sure sounded like a battle anthem. It was also amazing to hear it post match on certain PPVs when he would celebrate like WM X or Canadian Stampede. To me those endings with the theme in the back signaled the beginning and end of something respectively. Also, a kid I thought Bastion Booger was going to be a main eventer. I loved those low card silly gimmicks. I’ll admit to loving the majority of the cheesy themes found on WCW Slam Jam. It's cool most of those themes wound up becoming theme songs. Most of them fit really well with the characters as they were becoming more popular and higher on the card. I am glad Ricky Steamboat's wasn't used. I know he used the background music briefly but his last theme he was was awesome. WWF tried to do something similar with their Wrestlemania album but with it being the wrestlers signing the songs it really fell flat.

My fav Dragon theme. Him coming out to it at WM III plus it playing after he won the IC belt man magic

Wow that Dragon song is something else. If you told me Giorgio Moroder produced it, I’d believe you!

A failed gimmick but one hell of a catchy tune in my book. Lawler singing it at SSeries 98 was great

As an Irishman who can play the bagpipes & was actually in a pipe band I liked Piper's Tunes. Always wished he'd used some more fiery ones.
Booger..ugh. everything about him including his sh#tbird theme.
Bret's theme is iconic but I agree with others that it wasn't a good enough tune for "the guy"

I remember the theme even in the early 2000s for the Bulls. When I heard I immediately though "Ricky Steamboat theme." He had it from at least Big Event from Wrestlemania IV.
