Someone posted a commercial on Twitter -- and I went down the rabbit hole.
These figures are AMAZING. Some of the actions -- Kevin Nash with a nuclear bomb, Sid able to break a steel grate over his knees -- did these action features actually work well?
I'd LOVE to hear anything about these -- and see any pictures or videos people have..

Sid was a great likeness and his action was incredibly annoying. By 2001, him having a constantly floppy limp leg was also extremely unfortunate.
Of the Powerslam guys, I only had Piper, Sid, and Rodman. I loved the smashable basketball hoop with Rodman. Piper was one of my least favorite figures ever because he only partially had ring gear and his knee pads were a weird clip on with an open back.

Thanks, man. Hope others post more -- this line looks amazing in the craziest way. If they were cheaper, I'd buy some of these!

I only have Kanyon, he was the last WCW figure I bought in a local store. Never unboxed him.

Oh yeah, I have Hardcore Hak, Rodman (I THINK the green hair version), Bagwell, Piper, Nash, Sting, Sid, and Kanyon (which I find it irritating that only one of his elbows was articulated!).

I remember getting that Kanyon in a KB Toys discount bin. The steel steps he came with are STILL used in my arena set up in my man cave. Awesome figure, but odd single elbow articulation.

I think the only WCW figure I wanted to buy and don’t have is Vampiro from the TNT line. I saw it in. Kaybee toys once, and didn’t have cash in my pocket and was gonna go to the ATM, but forgot and ended up leaving the mall. Never saw it again... sad times.

See my Toybiz collection in the sticky threads. I have always considered Power Slam in the upper levels of the series they produced.

Probably my second favorite series of WCW figures, behind only the first set of Smash and Slam. I had Sting, red and yellow Hogan, Kanyon, Piper, and Bagwell. Always wanted Hak and Macho as a kid, but could never track them down.

The Toybiz figures are REALLY underrated -- some of them at least. The first wave with Sting, Nash, Hogan -- I really loved those so much
