Kane or Kofi the worst Rumble competitor of all time?

In a single Rumble Kane does not have the record anymore, but I believe for his career he still has more eliminations than anyone else.
13 is the number for most eliminations in a single Rumble and is technically shared by Bruan and Lesnar. Braun had it in the Saudi Rumble, while Brock had it this past Rumble. Kane does have the overall still with 45.
As for the original post, just because they didn't win a Rumble, doesn't make Kofi or Kane the worst. They still managed to be in the list of most memorable Rumble competitors without winning it. Hell if wins were the main thing, HBK shouldn't be considered Mr. WrestleMania when his record is 6 and 11.
