I think this Baby Blue look Dolph has been seen with recently is one that would definitely pop in my collection and the last Dolph released was last year, I think its time for a new Ziggler

As a basic sure. But I will not buy another Elite Ziggler as long as they keep making him out of scale. Mattel needs to go back to giving him the small ripped arms and thin legs he was getting pre E19. All his elites since are grossly out of scale with everyone else on the roster.
