I will be surprised if I never see Jericho in a WWE ring again. I would love to see Dustin return for a HOF induction, he deserves it and I want more Mattel Goldust's.
Maybe not anytime soon but years down the line I can imagine a long awaited Shield reunion.

Jericho would go back in a second. Hardy almost died a few times on AEWs watch. He'll go back to Vince as well.

Appropriate for this conversation, Moxley was questioned about a possible WWE return. He stated he would likely listen to an offer (with a child on the way and everything) but was doubtful anything would materialize from it, citing it being hard to imagine him and the company meeting on the "same page". wrestlingnews.co/wwe-news/jon-moxley-addresses-possible-wwe-return/

Matt Hardy the guys move around a lot in his career, I think it's what has kept him fresh. I can see him wanting to re team with Jeff again down the line. And Jeff with Matt too.
Dean Ambrose is my 2nd, not his want but WWEs desire to get the shield back for one more run, it could be in 10 years, like the reformation of DX, by that time all the guys will be on their way out to retirement, I think it's less about loyalty to a company and more about just having fun in your last few years. so maybe Dean would be tempted back to work his retirement angle with old friends.
What you have to think about is a lot of these guys have a gripe with Vince, when he's gone if management change the way the machine operates then it'll open the doors for guys to feel comfortable in the WWE system again.

As long as another company is willing to pay them very well and let them have creative freedom I don’t see any of the bigger names making the jump back. I would love to see a shield reunion if hadn’t already been done to death

I honestly don't see anyone off this list coming back except for maybe Matt Hardy, they are all better off in AEW
