Solid crate, and it was almost enough to get me to resubscribe. But I'll probably just buy the brawler, 8x10, and Macho Tshirt separately and probably come out a little ahead of what I would have spent for the crate. There were just way too many crates that were misses over the past year for me.

Last AEW crate was kinda meh for me. Although I quite like the Sting shirt even though I’m not really a Sting fan. I like the look, and the fit/feel is really nice.

January is last monthly crate. They will be going to every other month crates.
They should do a 1 Shirt, 1 Microbrawler and 1 knickknack for $20 shipped.

I occasionally watch unboxings of these if I’m bored and general thoughts seem to be the quality has gone down?
I have an email offering 40% off first box if I re-sign up. Are we thinking they’re struggling? Had splitting out the boxes to include a specific aew box diluted them?
I think the brawlers are the main attraction for people?

An end of an era. It's interesting that as interest and money spent on pro wrestling is at an all time high, there's not enough interest to keep selling these monthly...

AEW Having their own crate and line of Brawlers plus the the overall increase in PWTees selling standalone Brawlers has led to the crate Brawlers becoming much more niche characters as opposed to heavy hitters. 2. I'll preface this by saying I wear wrestling shirts a lot, so I get a lot of wear out of the crate shirts. The ones I really like go into my normal clothes rotation, while the ones that are meh/I don't care about are great to wear during the day (I work from home) or working out and etc. However, I can definitely see how someone who doesn't wear the shirts often a feel like they're drowning in them, even if the designs are good. |

They actually announced dropping the monthly crate some time ago...I think it may have been at the end of 2022. So this was a planned decision going back a good while. I think there's been a steady drop in subs, just going by the number of items on the secondary market. But it also probably got hard to fill the crates with new content. It felt like they were really struggling to find interesting names for the autographs the last year or so, and the crate Brawlers have started to feel like deeper cuts or novelty ideas. They get a lot of mileage out of people like Danhausen, but there has to be a fatigue factor.
With so many wrestlers signed to WWE or AEW, and an overall drop in the visibility and profile of indies, it's probably a lot harder to put together than it was 4-5 years ago.

Got my All Elite Crate today and overall it’s kinda 💩 this time around. Maybe my least favorite. Due to the secondary items for the most part. The Edge shirt is really cool and I know I’m gonna wear it a lot. FTR shirt is nice too. Skye Blue auto 😍😍. Luchasaurus brawler is fine. Sonjay Dutt pencils??? A small “Danhausen” patch. Actual scissors for The Acclaimed but you can barely see their logo on it. He’s our scumbag pin is okay. Was hoping for a sticker but none in this one, trying to fill up my laptop.

The only things I really liked is the Copeland shirt and autograph,the brawler is ok but everything else will just get stuck in a box and never be seen again lol
