Damn that is a first time they announce the venues for 2 straight WrestleMania's.

Somebody left John Cena in the dryer too long.
I’m guessing with 2 nights they’re going to keep the brands split this year.

Interested to see the ticket info for 37. I don’t know if crowds that soon is a good idea but maybe it’ll work.
The internet about to blow up with “Why don’t they ever have it in my small ass venue city?!?”

I feel like it’s not a good idea, but apparently some sports and minor league wrestling shows have had crowds for a while (there was a photo of an indie show at what looked like a high school gym a few months back that had people there anyway).

Yeah I was pretty vocal about live wrestling not needing to happen over the summer and caught a lot of heat for it. Even though covid spread through a lot of the events.

NFL has been letting fans (limited) into games for a while now (where possible) Since 37 will be in TB it wouldnt surprise me to have fans there as well...Also Super Bowl will be there Feb and you know they will have fans.

New Japan did about 12k people for night one of wrestle Kingdom this year in an indoor venue. NXT has been doing small crowds for quite a while in that tiny venue, aew has been doing a very limited crowd for months now in an outdoor venue. I don't know why the idea that wm in an outdoor stadium with a small crowd is a surprise. The big challenge is getting everybody through the parking lot safely. Once they're inside and distanced it's not really any risk, the flow of traffic in and out is the biggest obstacle. I'd feel 1000x safer going to a wm show at Raymond James or an aew show at daly place than I do at my own job lol. Outdoor venue properly spaced is not that big of a risk outside of food and the flow of people in and out. One of those things has an easy solution.

Loving the two night concept. Like last year, I felt it worked very well, and was an overall unique, and different experience. I’d imagine at 20-25% capacity, in protective pods, similar to what they, and AEW does, they should be fine. Plus the fact that it’ll be out doors will help immensely. That upgraded logo is amazing as well! 👍

Called it months ago that both the Super Bowl and Wrestlemania would have limited fans. Not sure how I feel about two nights again, but with limited capacity, two events over two nights can sell more tickets.
Hopefully COVID will be contained enough to have full capacity for Wrestlemania in 2022. I see them going all out for that one because it would have been three years since the last traditional Wrestlemania at that point.
Wrestlemania in 2023 in California makes sense. There’s no way it would have been possible this year, and even next year wouldn’t be a sure thing with how California is currently. Waiting is the right call. Do they try for Rock vs Roman then? Rock will be 50 wouldn’t have had a real match in 10 years at that point. Who knows, a lot can and will happen in two years.
I’m just excited for the future and hope everything goes according to plan.

Now I know why Wrestlemanias arent numbered anymore. So they can reuse logos and rerelease the same merchandise when they visit the same venue a few years later.

I loved the two nights thing in 2020. WrestleMania can be a real chore to sit through and more power to you guys who manage it in one sitting! I liked the two shorter shows over one longer one.

The only reason the Hollywood one looks familiar was because that was supposed to be this year lol but obviously not happening so they’re not gonna get rid of the logo. They’ll just use it when they do have mania in LA The mania 37 logo looks similar because they went for the pirate look again and then 38 is because 25 had a similar logo outline but designed different FYI, the numbers haven’t been in the logos since Wrestlemania 31 and they’ve had all diff logos since then so that’s not why

If people have issues with limited NFL fans I’d hate to see their reaction to how some college stadiums had their fans. I graduated from college in December and didn't get to have a ceremony for it. The school said it was because they didn't want thousands of people sitting in one location for too long, but they have football games with 20,000 people there schedule literally a day before, and a week after the graduation ceremony date.

Really cool, that I’ve never been to WrestleMania and probably still won’t especially now that it’s gonna be even harder. I’m so over this. Just cancel wrestling. No fans/privileged few is ruining the fun.

I’m just excited for the future and hope everything goes according to plan. If Goldberg can come back and have matches since 2016 and have a 12 year layoff then the Rock damn sure can, and I set the bar low for Goldberg. Rock is in fantastic shape and probably still will be at that point in the future. I’m sure we can get a decent 15-20 minute match out of him.
