(A video package shows the Highlights of the Rumble. Rhyno dodges the US Title belt, letting Orton hit Kennedy instead. A gore follows and Rhyno is the dual Intercontinental/United States champion. The Gymini use the Road Warriors shoulder pads to take out Bubba then deliver a cross Trainer for the pin, retaining the Tag Team Championships. HBK superkicks Steiner off the top rope before delivering the Leap of Faith for the pinfall, becoming WCW Champion. RVD eliminates Edge and then Hulk Hogan to win the rumble. And Hall pins HHH after a nasty outsider's edge, to retain the WWF title, only to receive a sweet chin music for his troubles. The package fades with HBK holding the belt over him.)
(The introduction starts rolling, Aftermath by Crown the Empire playing over the flashes of superstars. "I'm ready to break again, I'm beginning to catch my breath. I'm ready to drown again. Surviving when you left me for dead. I had to bleed, to lose, to find something to prove, that I can fight without end. I'm all out of hope, I'm all out of hope. I am the aftermath." Chris Sabin holds up the X Division title. The gymini in the Road Warriors shoulder pads, displaying the tag titles. Cactus Jack licking Barbie with a sick grin. Alpha Male pouncing a victim. The flames shooting skyward from the ringposts as Kane throws his arms down. Hall doing his signature pose, WWF title around his waist with the nWo behind him in black and white. HBK and Triple H crotch chopping with the WCW title around his neck.)
(We cut to the ring, where Commissioner Foley and RVD are already waiting.)
Foley: Welcome to Fallout. And I can think of no better way to start this momentous follow up to the Royale Rumble than with our Rumble winner...
(He's cut off by the "Holla if you hear me" nWo theme. Steiner storms down to the ring, grabs a microphone and gets in Foley's face.)
Foley: Hello, Scott. Nice of you to interupt our moment.
Steiner: Cut the crap, Foley. I want my rematch and I want it now.
Foley: Hmmm. So, you're saying we should have a WCW Championship match tonight...in Little Rock Arkansas? (HE grins like an idiot, giving the thumbs up.) What do you guys think? (The fans start to cheer.)
Steiner: Cut the cheap pops, Fat Man. No one gives a damn what these inbred hillbillies want. (Boos.) Make the match, or I'll remove the rest of your damn teeth. (Pushes RVD back when he steps in.) And you can get the hell out of my face, kid. Adults are talking.
Foley: All right, Scott. Since you were so polite to Rob and I, and since you showed such great respect to our wonderful guests in Little Rock (cheap pop) you have your match. And to reward you for your good behavior, I'm even adding a special stipulation. If you lose, you are fired.
Steiner: What the hell? You can't do that. I...
(When he steps in to menace Foley, RVD has enough and pushes Scott back. He ducks Steiner's wild clothesline, giving him a spin kick that knocks him over the ropes. Steiner backs up the ramp yelling at both as we go to commercial.)
(When we come back, Hall is already in the ring. He motions to "send em out" and Triple H's music hits. Nash, Big Show and Hart drag Hunter out, bloody and bandaged. Hart is carrying his signature sledge which he slides to Hall. Show chokeslams HHH on the ramp, and Nash jackknifes him on the stairs.)
JR: Good lord. And after everything he went through last night? Hall requested this rematch himself.
Tenay: And we see why. He wasn't done with the Game.
(They toss HHH in, and Hall gets him in the stomach with the sledge, before breaking the stick over his back. As he writhes in pain, Hall demands the bell be rung. He picks him up into a superkick then pulls him into position and hits an Outsider's Edge for a quick pin.)
Tenay: Thanks for coming Hunter. Enjoy your trip home. Probably in an ambulance.
JR: He never had a chance, Mike. And now they're adding insult to injury.
(They toss in a spray can and Hall paints nWo on his back.)
(We cut back to Foley's office, where RVD and Foley are facing the camera.)
Foley: All, right. Let's try this again. It is great to be in Little Rock Arkansas with the Royal Rumble winner, RVD...
Maven: (bursting in) What the hell, Mick? You have been bending over backwards to give certain people shots. You made a last minute match for Rey Mysterio, just because you forgot him at Rumble.
Foley: That was good business. I stand by that. It was a great Rumble opener.
Maven: You give Steiner the main event tonight, another title shot.
Foley: Well, you see, Champions get a rematch as a normal contract stipulation. I know you haven't experienced that yet, but someday maybe...
Maven: Oh, that's hilarious. So, all these other people get shots, but you overlook me? I don't get a shot at being in the Rumble? I don't get a match AT Rumble? I don't get a single match since before Armageddon? Everybody matters more than Maven, huh?
Foley: (sighing) You know, Maven. You have a point. Maybe I have overlooked you. Maybe I haven't given you your fair shot. But, I tell you what. I'll fix that tonight. I've got a match just for you...right before the main event. Go get ready. (he looks at RVD as Maven leaves) Maybe we'll get to you at some point tonight.
(Back in the arena, we hear "My name's Finley, and I love to fight. He comes to the ring, but when its time for Raven's music, he instead appears on the screen.)
Raven: I know that we had a match tonight. But, last night at the Rumble, I took a nasty blow, and I'm not cleared to compete. But I know you want a fight. And I still want you to get that ass kicking you deserve. So, I scheduled a replacement for you until I heal.)
(Tomko and A-Train slide in from the audience while Finley yells at the screen and proceed to stomp Finley down. They beat on him severely for several minutes as the ref tries to get order.)
JR: That damned coward. I bet there's no issue with clearing at all. It's just an excuse for a mugging.
Tenay: You think?
(Finally, the ref gets Tomko to the corner. For fifteen minutes, the two effectively tag in and out, wearing Finley down. He gets a couple of moves in, but they shut him down, and the two on one wears him down. He manages to kick out of a double choke powerbomb from Train, and wiggles loose as Train tries to drag him back for another tag. He slides out of the ring.)
JR: This is just a legalized beating. You can't call this a match.
Tenay: Well, considering what he did to Sandman, it's hard to feel sorry for him. That certainly wasn't a match.
JR: True.
(Tomko goes for Finley, but he has retrieved his shilleleigh. He cracks Tomko in the head, getting disqualified. He starts wailing on Tomko mercilessly. Train comes to his rescue, but gets a low blow for his troubles. Finley then beats him raw. After dozens of hits to each, many of the other Flock members come down, he retreats, laughing at them from the ramp as they tend to their members.)
JR: Finley may have lost this one. But he cut his losses early and made them pay for their W.
Tenay: I'm sure Finley would tell you that he's the one walking out while they are being carried out. That's a win in his book all day long. He won that fight, no matter what the record books say.
JR: He certainly wasn't going to win it normally. SO I guess he took the next best thing.
(Leticia Cline catches up to Kyo Dai backstage.)
Cline: Tajiri. Exactly why did you guys attack Rey Mysterio and Psychosis last night?
(Tajiri rambles in Japanese.)
Cline: I'm sorry, I don't speak Japanese.
Funaki: Then, maybe if you cannot bothered to learn, then you no deserve answer.
(We cut to commercial, and when we come back, Kennedy's music is playing.)
JR: I will never understand how they get such things. But the New Bloods have managed to get a rematch for the Intercontinental AND United States titles. And they have managed to make it a Gauntlet match.
Tenay: I understand that Rhyno accepted. He knew he would be facing all of the New Bloods anyway, so it might as well be official.
JR: That's insane. He has to beat Ken Kennedy, Batista, and Randy Orton.
Tenay: But at least he gets them one at a time. And if any come out before their turn, they forfeit the entire match, not just their turn.
JR: That's necessary, otherwise the New Bloods would deliberately disqualify themselves to weaken him for Orton.
(As Kennedy reaches for his microphone, Rhyno charges onto the stage and gores him. He viciously spinebusters him on the ramp and runs him down to the ring, into the stairs before throwing him in.)
Tenay: And we see that Rhyno had a game plan.
JR: He just broke Kennedy in half with a cheap shot.
Tenay: Well, as you already noted JR, he has a three on one handicap. He has to do something, especially as he can't be 100%. And certainly, no one will cry any tears for the New Bloods getting this treatment. Definately not from Rhyno after everything they did to him.
JR: Another Gore. And he's 1/3 of the way done. Kennedy is eliminated.
(As Kennedy lays motionless on the mat, curled in a fetal position, Batista's music hits. Rhyno slides out and sprints up the ramp, catching him by surprise as he comes through the curtain. Pounding away, he slams him head first into the girders on the stage, again and again. They brawl down the ramp and around the ring.)
JR: This is a different Rhyno than we have seen. His is taking the fight to them without regard for rules or their bodies.
Tenay: For three months, these men have gone out of their way to make his life miserable. He is returning the favor, and doing anything it takes to hold his belt. And until Batista gets into the ring and the bell sounds, this is all legal.
(Weakened and dazed, Batista slides in and the ref starts the match. He attacks Rhyno as he gets in, but when he shakes his head to clear the cobwebs, Rhyno takes advantage and goes on the attack again. It is a brawl, not a wrestling match. Finally, Batista catches him with a surprise spinebuster. Still somewhat out of it, he tries to shake the ropes, but falters and holds his head. When Rhyno gets to his feet, he goes for a Batista Bomb, but Rhyno slides out at the top, bounds against the ropes and hits another Gore.)
Tenay: Is it enough? Yes! Rhyno gets the pin.
JR: I can't believe this Tenay. He's downed two of the New Bloods back to back. He's almost there.
(Orton's music hits, but he slides in from the crowd. Grabbing Rhyno from behind, he hits the RKO.)
JR: Not like this, damnit. Not when he was so close.
Tenay: Rhyno kicks out at 2 and 99/100ths that was so close.
(Orton presses his advantage, picking away at Rhyno with his arsenal. Rhyno tries to fight back, but Orton dropkicks his knee, and delivers a vicious punt while he's down. He pulls the man beast to the corner, and sets him up for a top rope DDT, but Rhyno fights out, pushing Orton away.)
JR: After everything, I don't know how Rhyno had it in him to do that.
Tenay: Part of it's heart, but I have no doubt hate also plays a part.
(Rhyno goes for the Gore from the top rope, but Orton moves and pulls the ref into the way taking him out. As Rhyno is in shock, he hits a low blow and his over the back neck breaker. Smirking, he rolls out of the ring to get a weapon, yelling at Tenay and JR to shut up as they berate him. As he turns, Brock Lesnar catches him in an F5 on the outside.)
JR: Oh my god! F5! Lesnar has just levelled Orton. He just came out of nowhere and destroyed him.
Tenay: Where the hell did he come from, JR? I didn't even see him til he was at ringside.
(Picking up Orton's prone body, Lesnar throws him into the ring and rolls Rhyno on top of him. Shaking the ref, he dives out and the ref counts three.)
JR: I thought it was over when that high risk Gore backfired, but Rhyno has retained his belt against impossible odds. He has beat the New Bloods at their own game.
Tenay: With a massive assist from Brock Lesnar. It seems Lesnar was not too thrilled with Orton costing him the Rumble.
(We go to commercial, and come back to the Kyo Dai theme. Accompanied by Akio, Sakoda and Funaki in Yakuza suits, Tajiri makes his way to the ring. The three others stand by his corner. Flashes of masks fill the screen and 619 plays as Rey explodes up through the stage. Watching the rest of Kyo Dai closely, he makes his way into the ring.)
Tenay: I wonder if he feels a little like Daniel in the Lions Den.
JR: Probably more like bait on a hook.
(The bells rings and they grapple. Flipping out of a hold, Rey jumps onto the ropes and delivers a hurricanrana, following it up with a springing cross body. Tajiri takes a plethora of high paced high flying moves, until Rey gets distracted by Akio. He goes for a senton but Tajiri dodges and counters into a flipping springboard elbow. He grounds Rey with a relentless barrage of kicks and holds, including the Tarantula. Tajiri goes for a powerbomb, but Rey reverses it into a head scissors, dropping him on the ropes. A quick 619 later and Tajiri is flying back while Rey is on the ropes. But, again, he gets into it with the rest of Kyo Dai.)
JR: You can't do this, Rey. You're taking your eye off the prize.
Tenay: But, at the same time, when you're surrounded by predators, if you don't keep an eye on them, you may end up with your bones picked clean real quick.
(Rey goes for the West Coast Pop, but he's taken too long and Tajiri catches him with a nasty kick to the head. He lines Rey up as he crumples, and finishes him with a spin kick to the face. The cover is almost unnecessary.)
JR: He damn near took his head off with that.
(After the pin, Tajiri calls the rest in. Sakoda lifts Rey onto his shoulder. Tajiri kicks Rey in the head once more as Sakoda hits the Yin Drop. Akio climbs to the top for a Yang Time. And they all celebrate over Rey's prone form for the second time in 24 hours.)
(Backstage, Cline is about to interview RVD again, but as she starts Los Guerreros walk on wearing shades, chains and backwards hats.)
Eddie: Ondale homes. What do you think of our new finds, vato? We're living la vida thug.
RVD: Are those Cryme Tymes?
Chavo: I don't know. We just found them in the locker room. Pretty nice right? (He smiles and shows a grill.)
RVD: Gross man. That was in JTG's mouth.
Eddie: Yea, Chavito. That's a little much, homes.
Chavo: But, I'm bringing it, bringing it (He starts doing the Cryme Tyme dance badly.)
RVD: Why would you take their stuff like that?
Eddie: Um, hello? (He and Chavo sing together) We lie, we cheat, we steal. We lie, we cheat, we steal.
(As they walk away, Cline looks at RVD, not noticing Hogan walk up.)
Cline: I don't know if we'll ever get to celebrate you.
RVD: Well, haters wanna hate. I gave 39 other guys a reason NOT to celebrate last night.
Hogan: You got lucky and you know it. (RVD turns to face him.) You didn't beat me last night, you got lucky that I tripped and fell. We both know that if it had been a real match, you never would've pulled that off.
RVD: Well, let's see about that. I'll give you that match tonight.
Hogan: You're going to regret that, brother. (He stalks away.)
RVD: (to Cline) Well, so much for celebrating. GUess I gotta prepare for my match.
(We come back to the ring as Evan Bourne makes his way down. Sabin's music hits and he follows down.)
JR: X Division champion for less than a day and he's already picked his first challenger.
Tenay: As much as he avoided talking about his win, Sabin has said that the X Division Title needs to be regularly defended, just like it was in the old TNA days.
JR: You would think that he would feel the need to give the first shot to his "friend" Shark Boy, who he took it from.
(It is a typical X Division match with lots of back and forth, high intensity moves. Both men counter and reverse even the top rope moves. Bourne drops Sabin with a drop down DDT, from standing on Sabin's shoulders, and tries to follow with an Air Bourne. Sabin gets his knees up into Bourne's ribs, and pops up to get the Cradle Shock for the one, two, three. As Sabin lifts the belt in victory, Michael Cole tries to interview him about the win, but he slides out of the ring and heads to the back.)
(Backstage, we see Benoit and Orlando Jordan taking out Turkay. As paramedics check him, we go to commercial. Coming back, the World's Greatest Tag Team are already in the ring. Burke's music hits and he slowly makes his way down alone as they grin.)
JR: Things are looking bad for Elijah Burke. Sylvester Turkey is still laid out backstage. Our medics have called an ambulance. Burke is on his own.
Taney: And this was scheduled as a tornado style match. So he's got both men at once.
(To his credit, Burke doesn't wait for the bell to ring before he takes it to Shelton Benjamin. He drops Benjamin, and gets Haas one on one for a minute. Feeling an ambush, he moves and lets Benjamin take out Haas so he can get some one on one with Benjamin. He tries to keep the pace up and one opponent down, but it's eventually too much and they catch him together.)
JR: It was impressive that he managed to hold off so long.
Tenay: But like all good things, it came to an end.
(While he still tries to fight back, the Double Team is just too much. WGTT overwhelm him and, after the springboard rope tag team move, Benjamin hits both the Dragon Screw and T-Bone, leaving a downed Burke to be tapped out for the Haas of Pain. Rather than celebrate, WGTT go for chairs.)
JR: No more, the man's already down and out. He's helpless.
Tenay: They're trying to do what they failed at last night. This isn't just about winning. It's about taking them out for Kurt Angle.
(As they move back, Turkay starts limping down with a kendo stick. This gives the two pause. And, when he slides into the ring to protect his friend, they decide to stop the assault. )
Tenay: Discretion is the better part of valor, I guess.
JR: Bull. Hyenas go after easy prey. This is a lion. Faced with even injured prey able to fight back, the cowards ran.
Tenay: Ladies and Gentlemen, it is almost time for...
(Before he can finish the Dudleyz theme plays and two battered warriors come out, Bubba's face bandaged. Getting into the ring, they grab mics. )
D-von: We've heard everyone complaining about how the Gymini cheated us. Social media has exploded with complaints about them using weapons. We should just be champs.
Bubba: My brother and I though....we cut our teeth on that. We learned how to fight in the rough and tumble world which a few of you might remember. E.C.W. So we're not against violence. We're not against weapons. We don't think that the Gymini wanting to fight dirty should disqualify them as champions. In fact, we welcome that idea.
D-Von: But, if we're going to fight dirty. Let's fight dirty. No sneaking in a weapon. No trying to hide it from the recipe. If you want to brawl...let's brawl. No rules. No DQ. No being confined to the ring.
Bubba: We need a good old ECW style street fight. Falls count anywhere. Everything's legal. And, since you like weapons so much, we'll introduce you to a good old friend. The last words you hear as champ will be D-Von, get the tables.
D-Von:Oh my brother. Testify. Boys, get your asses out here. We're about to introduce you to some wood.
JR: I'm getting word that Foley has taken it out of the Gymini's hands. He likes the idea and this match is now official. The Gymini are being sent out now.
(The gymini come out, and the Dudleyz don't even let them get the pads off before they attack. Within minutes, they are out in the crowd brawling. Bodies collide into guard rails. Fans hand the Dudleyz weapons to use...nothing is given to the Gymini. Bubba cracks a bottle over Jake's head before getting a small chain and whipping Jake with it. D-Von uses a set of keys on Jesse's forehead before backdropping him down the stairs.)
Tenay: As dominant as these men are, they have never been in a fight like this.
JR: Like them or hate them, you should never want to see this happen to a human being.
(The four men continue to use the environment to their advantage. Jake steals a crutch from someone and breaks it over Bubba's back, dropping him down the stairs. The owner complains and Jake turns to tell him to shut up, but the guy stands and sprays aerosol in his face.)
Tenay: Was that mace? Did an audience member just spray mace in Jake Gymini's face? I wasn't aware we had audience participation in the match?
(The "cripple" stands and removes his hat, showing a distinctive mohawk.)
JR: Is that....I mean, there's no face paint. But I think that's Animal. I think Road Warrior Animal has just returned. We haven't seen him since Armageddon, when the Gymini picked him to pieces.
(He proceeds to beat the hell out of the blinded Jake. He runs him out of the arena, pummeling him the whole way as the Dudleyz double team the remaining Gymini. He fights back, but they manage to 3d him across the ramp. Both men pin him for the three count.)
JR: The Dudleyz have done it. They have become tag team champions and have ended the Gymini's unbeaten streak.
Tenay: They beat one Gymini. Animal took out the other.
JR: What's good for the goose is good for the gander. What an explosive end to the tag team title reign of the Gymini.
(After the commercial, RVD's music hits and he plays to the crowd. Fans sing along with one of a kind. In a sign of disrespect, Hogan's music cuts off RVD's with the video dissolving into the nWo logo.)
Tenay: We knew there would be disrespect from Hogan in this match. But I'm surprised he started it with a slap in the face, cutting off his opponent's music.
JR: He feels RVD stole his shot.
(Hogan easily outpowers RVD, tossing him around the ring, and taunting him as he does so. RVD pretends to go for a tie up, but then lays boots to Hogan and starts hitting him with his unorthodox moves. Getting Hogan down, he delivers a Rolling Thunder followed by a split legged moonsault for a 2 count.)
Tenay: These two men could not be more different. RVD is not big on the power game. And Hogan has simply never faced anyone like RVD before.
JR: Ladies and gentlemen, this is a dream match. Pay per view quality.
(After Hogan kicks out, he starts hulking up. Rather than try to defeat his rage, RVD rolls out of the ring, leaving Hogan stunned.)
JR: Two firsts in two days. First Edge actually countered the Hulking up, for the first time in 30 years, and now RVD simply walks away. )
Tenay: This is yet again what sets RVD apart from everyone else. He knows when he is outmatched on something. He knows his style versus their style. And he's not going to fight a losing battle. You either fight RVD's game, or he doesn't engage.
(Hogan dives out of the ring after him. As they brawl, RVD tries unsuccessfully to get back into the ring, which still breaks the count. And Hogan breaks it himself once. But he gets overzealous and tries to put Rob away at 7. Van Dam blocks his move and uses his agility to kick him right in the ear, stunning him on the barricade. With a quick jump kick, he dumps Hogan into the audience and dives into the ring right before the ten count.)
JR: RVD has done it again. RVD has beaten Hogan twice.
Tenay: But he didn't do it decisively. He didn't get the pin or submission.
JR: Isn't a win a win, Mike Tenay? At least, if you don't cheat.
Tenay: By the look on Hogan's face, I'd say no. He's fuming. If he thought being kicked off the apron wasn't a real loss, do you think he'll accept this?
(Backstage, Foley is congratulating Rhyno on his victory when MNM walk up.)
Nitro: Rhyno, Rhyno, Rhyno. Congratulations on your big win. It's impressive. It really is. But real soon we need to have a talk about that belt, and how it's not really yours. But not tonight. Tonight....Celebrate. Enjoy yourself. You just had two massive wins, and we won't take that away from you. You deserve to enjoy your belt tonight, because you're not going to have it come Smackdown.
JR: And the games continue. Why can't they just leave this man alone.
Tenay: In fairness, due to Orton's actions, Nitro never got his rematch.
JR: Everytime he thinks he's gotten out, he has to deal with it all over again.
(Back in the ring, Maven is waiting for his opponent. There's an explosion, and Kane's music hits. Maven looks shocked. )
Tenay: Some might say this is an abuse of power. Foley was clearly sending Maven a message for bursting in earlier. Respect the boss or else.
JR: It's a rule anywhere you go. But it's never usually taught like this. You know this isn't the kind of shot Maven was looking for tonight.
(As Kane gets in the ring and sets off his pyros, Maven is sweating. The ring announcer states that this is a Hardcore Title match, while Maven screams "what?")
Tenay: This is just sadistic.
JR: Commissioner Mick said he had a big shot for Maven tonight. It doesn't get much bigger than this.
(Maven spends the first few minutes trying to avoid Kane, but eventually gets trapped in a corner, and Kane goes to town on him. Punches, kicks, clotheslines, full splashes. Grabbing him by the neck, he launches him across the ring, and Maven rolls to the outside.)
JR: I don't know what you want from us Maven. It's no safer in here that it was in there.
(When Kane slides out and grabs him, Maven takes a monitor and bashes it over his head, sending him stumbling back. He grabs a nearby chair and starts swinging for the fences. At first it looks like it's going somewhere, but Kane shrugs it off, kicks the chair into his face, and then sidewalk slams him on it. Rolling him back in, Kane is annoyed that Maven slides out the other side. A chase starts.)
JR: Maven wants no part of this fight.
Tenay: Can you blame him? We all saw what he did to A-Train last night.
JR: As the old saying goes, be careful what you wish for.
(Grabbing another chair, Maven slides back in, and starts hitting Kane when he follows. Kane drops to a knee but doesn't stop. Climbing up top, Maven launches himself, but Kane catches him and chokeslams him onto the chair. Somehow, Maven kicks out of the pin, shocking even Kane.)
JR: Can you believe that, Tenay? Maven's got more in him than Foley gave him credit for.
Tenay: I don't know that Maven consciously kicked out. That may have been a death twitch.
(Kane sets the chair up and sits Maven in it. He hits a big boot. Then he runs and on the way back, Maven chopblocks his leg, racking him on the chair back. Climbing to the top rope, he executes his patented diving bulldog onto the chair seat, breaking it. Yet Kane kicks out at two. Maven is frustrated, then Kane sits up.)
JR: Not only did it not work on Kane like it worked on A-Train last night..he just negated it.
(Maven tries some desperation moves and then flees to the apron, but Kane catches him. Getting out there with him, he delivers his diving powerbomb off the apron through the announcer's table, even as they ask him to stop. He covers the broken Maven, and gets the pinfall. )
JR: OH MY GOD. HE BROKE HIM IN TWO.
(Instead of celebrating, Kane picks Maven up, to JR's enternal horror. But instead of doing anything else, he pats him on the shoulder, and raises his arm.)
Tenay: It may not have been what he wanted, but Maven just showed he could go toe to toe with the Hardcore Champion at his own game. And he earned The Big Red Machine's respect. He certainly made the most of this opportunity tonight.
(Cutting backstage, RVD is flirting with Cline, bragging about his match, when Edge walks up.)
RVD: Oh, man...Well, why not. Everyone else has interupted my celebrating tonight. Why not you?
Edge: Oh, I'm not here to rain on your parade, Rob. I'm proud of you. In fact, I'm rooting for you at Wrestlemania.
RVD: Oh, yeah? And whys that?
Edge: Because I can't think of anyone else I'd rather take the title from. (Looking at Cline) You might wanna watch it with this one. I itched for two weeks after I had my turn.
(She looks offended as Edge walks off.)
RVD: Hey, it's cool. That make creams for that now.
(Cutting back to the ring, we see Steiner in his full war gear. He barely lets HBK get into the ring before he starts suplexing him everywhere. HBK tries to duck between the ropes to get breathing room, but Steiner follows him, clubbing him into senselessness and pulling him back into the ring to inflict more punishment.)
Tenay: Big Poppa Pump said it was a fluke. He said HBK got that one lucky shot. He seems determined to prove that tonight.
(After about ten minutes of domination, he pulls HBK to his knees by his hair and berates him, slapping his face. In a last ditch desperation move, HBK blatantly lowblows him getting disqualified.)
JR: That was about as bad as it could've gone for Shawn Michaels. Now, Steiner is going to be furious, and since he won the match, he still has his job, and will be even worse than before.
Tenay: That's right, JR. Nothing proves Steiner's point more than that.
(The nWo runs down to the ring, followed by the Elite, and an all out brawl ensues. HBK tries to escape up the ramp, but Hall comes out of the curtain, and hits him in the back of the head with the title. He stands over HBK with the title held high.)
JR: And we have perfect symmetry to the end of the Rumble. It's the same exact scene, but with the roles reversed.
Tenay: And one thing is for sure, Fallout has solved absolutely none of the issues between these two teams. One can only imagine where we go from here.
