didn't know where else to turn. can someone help me. im interested in a specific item but noticed a spot on the bubble. i cant tell if its lifted or not entirely glued. is this a big deal or am i just being overly concerned? thanks!

I guess you can't tell for sure if it's re-glued until you get it in person though |
