So Luchasaurus is stellar. Amazing work there, and I can see why he took so long to develop. Jungle Boy is getting a hand swap, guaranteed. Just have to figure out where the hands are coming from, I have no spare AEW figures to swap with. Ooof that Chase Mox. That's an absolutely gorgeous figure but being the chase I see people losing their minds over getting it. The regular version is nicer than the first one we got IMHO (I like the face better) but knowing that they didn't fix the scale makes it sting. Gotta wonder if they are just leaving Mox's scale the same for the forseeable future. Regardless, I'm happy with what I've seen so far and look forward to seeing the new Hangman figure as that's the fourth one in this series I want. (I've already ordered Moxley, and Jurassic Express are happening ASAP as well) i thought they was fixing the scale on upcoming figures, did they say the scale isnt corrected? |

Really don’t see the problem with Jungle Boy based on just the render. It look just like him. Jungle Boy kinda is a prepubescent child lmao, have you actually seen him? He’s a 15 yeah old with half mutton chop sideburns

Magic (the designer) acknowledged that Cody is probably a bit short, though we don't know if that will or won't be adjusted moving forward. Mox is pretty much in scale for his billed height, though Dustin is definitely a bit off. |

Lmao all this Jungle Boy hate. The only complaint there could be is the hands and that is fixable. Very easily. We don’t even know if those are the hands he comes with. We’re assuming based off stolen proto figs. “He’s too plain,” have people ever watched him? He wrestles in brown trunks with fairy frilly boots and brown gauntlets. Check, check and check. He has imprinted knees pads. Check. What do people want? An attire he doesn’t wear? Put him in a completely air brushed RVD singlet 🙄🙄

Apart from the hands (which I’d be very surprised if there weren’t other types included) and the torso pieces being different colors I think he looks spot on

That jungle boy looks great. The scan is totally spot on. The hands are comically big but that's an easy swap so who cares. Luchasaurus looks nice too.

I ended up buying him, but only because I definitely wanted Luchasaurus and I have a fairly comprehensive tag team collection going. |

But Jungle Boy doesn't look ilke an underdeveloped child on TV. When he wrestles MJF -- they look like a similar stature.
Compare the AEW MJF figure to the Jungle Boy one -- Jungle Boy looks like he was starved to death and never properly developed as an adult. It would be like a 12 year old wrestling MJF on TV.

But just because Jungle Boy doesn't come with a flashy coat doesn't mean the figure sucks. Hell, I sell ALL of my figure attires and accessories on eBay. Still have tons. How in the world did this guy get Kaz and Mox There are figure groups on FB where there are guys straight selling protos from China. Same way the Jungle Boy and Luchasaurus figures got shown. |
