I just sold my NXT collection so hopefully my Gargano arrives in good shape so I can trade it to a local shop.

I’m glad I got all mine early without issues.
I have an additional Christian and Orton ordered, but I don’t care how they come as they’re going to my loose collection.

My Gargano also showed up smashed in an envelope...Which Im ok with seeing as how I open mine but i found it funny seeing as my X Pack came 3 days ago in a box with bubblewrap

My Gargano also showed up smashed in an envelope...Which Im ok with seeing as how I open mine but i found it funny seeing as my X Pack came 3 days ago in a box with bubblewrap That’s how my Orton figures, X-Pac, E85 Black and E85 Kross figure arrived. All came in boxes with a shipping bubble in them. My Gargano is set to arrive Monday, but I think he might be coming in a box. Because the day he was set to ship my GI Joe Classified Flint figure form moved from shipping June 17 to he was shipped with Gargano. So I think that might have saved it from coming in the envelope. My Christian still says June 17, but so does by E84(?) Bret Wyatt so they’ll hopefully ship together in a box too. |

Amazon shipping as an entire thing is awful.
They don't care whatsoever if the item arrives intact. I've ordered stacks of blank media before that showed up literally in an envelope with no packing. I honestly think that the reason they don't care is because, as a business model that functions on quantity over quality, it's cheaper for them to accept a return and then sell it under Amazon Warehouse Deals than it is to actually spend the time to get it right the first time. Time is money and Amazon has decided that it isn't cost effective to spend the time on packaging things properly.
I mean, they might be right, honestly, from a capitalistic point of view. Its said that if Jeff Bezos found a 100 dollar bill on the ground it wouldn't be worth his time to stop and pick it up. That's what happens here. From a strictly business standpoint, it's cheaper for Amazon to send out the replacement and resell the initial item on Warehouse than it is to take the minute and package it properly.
It's bull**** but true.

Amazon doesn't care about the 5% of "collectors" that are buying wrestling figures from them who keep their toys in the box and need those boxes to be 10/10 pristine perfect minty mint.
Its part of the game, you choose to be a MOC collector like that, you assume the risk that you're not going to get something in the mail in perfect condition regardless. They aren't spending extra time and extra money wrapping up your MOC johnny gargano in 15" of bubble wrap

And a lot of places like BigBadTS they ask if it’s standard or collectible and they’ll send the best figure and package it well, to where rs won’t do that and they usually send you stuff worse than Amazon and they know people mostly collect. And rs probably has the same ppl who packs and sends the stuff to where Amazon has thousands of workers who have a different mindset on who collects and who doesn’t and I can guarantee you none of those Amazon workers care or even think about it, they just grab them and throw them in a box to be sent. So, with that being said, Ringside should ask if it’s collectible or standard and charge more for shipping and packaging for collectible buyers. |

Anyone else get charged for Orton/Gargano that are still not coming until the 17th ? If you got charged they should be shipping. Looks like they will be coming earlier than the 17th. |

Saw a Gargano on warehouse deals for 12 bucks, said it was used. Took a gamble and bought it. Came in and looks like it hasn't been opened. Box is a bit beat but not as bad as others I've seen in here

Looking for MOC boxes from Amazon is always a risk, but no one should be sending any kind of toys in a bag or envelope. Walmart is usually the culprit with that. I've been pretty fortunate over the last couple years in getting boxes that are accepting of my standards to be MOC, so when something is too damaged every now and then I'm not too upset with it.

I ordered the set, but only got Xpac today. Funny, I am not a MiB collector, and of course mine came in a box and is basically undamaged.
