Voting closed. (image brought to you by dcw1.) We start our show with a video package from last week of Kane's speech regarding Rey Mysterio being the first man to challenge for the Universal Championship held by Lance Cade. We then cut to the ThunderDome and are welcomed by Jeremy Borash and Corey Graves.
Kane comes out to huge "Evil" chants, wearing his suit. He gets on the mic in the ring. Kane: "The anniversary of WWX, and my rebirth, approaches--SlamFest, if you forgot, since many of you always seem to forget me. I am excited to see the pyro, fire, and smoke in Raymond James Stadium and I am most excited for you fans to see it. He applauds the fans in the ThunderDome. It's amazing, but there's nothing like seeing the fire up close, especially, you have to think, on such a big stage as SlamFest. There's nothing like winning the Universal Championship in the main event of SlamFest is going to be, either. The crowd bursts out in a loud "Evil" chant again. Kane continues... I can't wait until Cade hears that during our match. I may be well known for being a monster, but in recent weeks I have been the hero this show needs. 'Is Rey Mysterio enough?' No. Is he best for business, the face of WWX, a Hall of Famer, who deserves to be in the main event--all were 'no' in the past and they are 'no' now. Don't take my word for it, everybody on the roster would say the same thing, Rey Mysterio did not even get close to taking the title in his match with Cade. But everybody knows it's already too late as I am Cade's next challenger. I have no doubters because nobody would be foolish enough to bet against me in this matchup. The crowd is firmly behind Kane with a "no doubt" chant. I am the product of an environment that surrounded me with fire and I embraced it. It's time others feel the wrath of that fire and see if they can come out as well as I did. This will be the biggest match of Cade's reign, a trial by fire. On one side he has me a monster of a challenge, but I believe if he can somehow beat me he will come out as a better champion on the other side, and who knows who is waiting for him there. Cade knows exactly what I bring to the table and it's up to him to mentally prepare himself. I may be wearing my suit tonight but Corporate Kane will not be at SlamFest, but the Kane who picked Rey Mysterio apart in a match and picked him apart again after the match. Cade will have to do anything in the world to beat me and that leaves one question on everybody's mind-- 'How far is Lance Cade willing to go to keep the Universal Championship?' ........Not far enough." --The crowd gets the hint and we get a "not far enough" chant. The segment ends on with Kane setting off his pyro again. Graves: "Cade might have to pull out his inner Undertaker, who is the one man in WWX to consistently beat Kane, if he's going to walk away with his reign intact." Tom Phillips is interviewing Robbie McAllister in the back. Phillips: "Robbie, how do you feel about taking part in the inaugural Andre the Giant battle royal tonight?" Robbie: "I am great and..." As he is hyping himself up, Funaki attacks him! They battle from the interview area out to the stage. The Hurricane is out to the stage, joining the fray, followed by the Paul London! All four men continue to brawl as a few more participants join in and they all make their way down to the ring ahead of the huge battle royal. We cut back to Tom Phillips now. Phillips: "Well, we just want to remind everybody that because this is a bit of an event match, it will feature superstars from each brand, such as Mr. McAllister who will be making his Destruction debut in tonight's match." With several competitors already fighting in the ring, the rest of the participants make their entrances. Borash: "We have some big names competing in tonight's match, and probably some names that nobody thinks has any chance at a win here, but anything can and will happen in any battle royal. A competitor is eliminated if they are thrown over the top rope and both feet touch the floor, exactly like the Royal Rumble in January." 22-Man 1st Andre the Giant Memorial Battle RoyalThe chaos from the pre-match interview continues as fists and kicks are flying everywhere. Graves: "We'll do our best to call the action as it happens." Johnny and Mitch of the Spirit Squad and they clearly have an agreement as they flapjack The Hurricane in the middle of all the chaos. Then Mr. Kennedy puts them both down with a clothesline to each of them. Mr. Kennedy continues to back bodydrop The Miz, as he ties up with Roode, and Roode transitions that into a DDT. William Regal and Sting team up as Sting atomic drops McAllister and Regal clotheslines him out of the ring. Eliminated 22nd Robbie McAllister. Half of the remaining men in the ring are down as we see Benjamin connect with a back superkick on Umaga. At this point the ring has chosen sides as everyone is ready to team up on the Spirit Squad members, who clearly have no other allies in that ring. Sting rallies everyone behind him, and they swarm. Sting crossbodies Johnny over the top rope and skins the cat pulling himself back in the ring. Eliminated 21st Johnny. Mitch attempts to take advantage of Sting, but Sting reverses into an inverted DDT. Sting lifts him up, and whips him into an RKO from Orton. Orton lifts him up in a fireman's carry and drops him down to the floor. Eliminated 20th Mitch. Back with the remaining competitors, Matt Striker hits a delayed vertical suplex on Conway. Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode team up as Roode has The Sandman up and Ziggler superkicks him over the top rope. Eliminated 19th The Sandman. Sting and William Regal team up again on the down Robert Conway with a double suplex down to the floor. Eliminated 18th Robert Conway. Sting and Regal look surprised at how well they're working together before being punched from behind by Orton and Umaga, respectively. As the four of them brawl Funaki and The Hurricane team up, The Hurricane tries to go for a double chokeslam on Benjamin and Ziggler, but they both kick him in the gut and prepare to toss him out when Funaki dropkicks Ziggler, saving Hurricane for now. Meanwhile, Mr. Kennedy drops Paul London face first into the turnbuckle and bodydrops him out of the ring. Eliminated 17th Paul London. The ring starting to clear up now as Scotty 2 Hotty connects with the worm on The Miz. He's celebrating and dancing around when he's tossed out by Hawkins, who stares him down afterwards. Eliminated 16th Scotty 2 Hotty. Hawkins turns into a samoan drop from Brother Ray. Danny Basham takes advantage with a brainbuster on Hawkins. Hawkins seems to be getting teamed up on as The Miz hits the skull crushing finale. The Miz thinks everyone's agreed Hawkins is next to go, and tries to direct traffic, when he catches a double superkick from Benjamin and Ziggler sending him tumbling over the ropes. Eliminated 15th The Miz. Benjamin, Ziggler, and Roode team up as half the ring has allied and the other half does not quite realize it. Ray is pummeling Basham in the corner and sets him on the top rope for a superplex, but Basham connects with a headbutt and Regal shoulderblocks Ray as he's on the top rope sending him out to the floor. Eliminated 14th Brother Ray. Umaga samoan spikes Regal and lifts him up and over, as Sting's ally has been taken out now. Eliminated 13th William Regal Sting tries to crossbody Umaga in the corner, but Umaga catches him and throws Sting behind him and over the top down to the floor. Eliminated 12th Sting Benjamin, Ziggler, and Roode are in a 3-on-1 situation with Kennedy in the center of the ring when Umaga barrels into Roode and Benjamin. Ziggler goes for the superkick, but his foot is caught. Kennedy takes advantage and connects with an electric chair on Ziggler. But then Umaga with a samoan drop on Kennedy, then drops him down to the floor. Umaga does not take allies. Eliminated 11th Mr. Kennedy. The RKO from out of nowhere to Umaga! Benjamin is also down as Orton sets up the punt, but Basham crashes into him and they brawl when Basham whips him into the opposite ropes and goes for the crossbody over the ropes that Sting used earlier, but he couldn't skin the cat, so Orton and Basham both crash down to the floor. Eliminated 10th Randy Orton and 9th Danny Basham Striker has been laying low until now when he catches Roode with a spinning neckbreaker. Striker picks him and gives him a belly to belly over the top rope to take advantage of the big tackle from Umaga before crouching in the corner again. Eliminated 8th Robert Roode Curt Hawkins is back up with an STO on Benjamin who was also just getting back up. Then Hawkins spots Striker perched on the mat so he charges and connects with a knee to the face. He's stomping away at Striker, when Funaki and The Hurricane beat him down from behind and double back suplex him over the top. Eliminated 7th Curt Hawkins. The Hurricane and Funaki now turn their attention to Striker, Funaki motions for a double DDT and they connect with that. When Ziggler and Benjamin go over and challenge the only other team remaining in the match. They pair off as Hurricane and Ziggler trade chops, Benjamin and Funaki trade kicks to the legs. Striker is still down as Umaga comes off the ropes and lands on him with a big splash. Hurricane looks for a powerbomb on Ziggler, when Funaki catches the superkick attempt from Benjamin, Funaki throws Benjamin's leg, but Benjamin was planning the tilt-a-whirl kick to the face which Funaki threw right into Hurricane. Benjamin capitalizes and sidesuplexes Hurricane right over the top. Eliminated 6th The Hurricane. Graves: "Here we are ladies and gentlemen, your Final 5 in the 1st Andre the Giant battle royal is Umaga, Funaki, Matt Striker, Dolph Ziggler, and Shelton Benjamin." They pair off again, Funaki clotheslines Benjamin over the top rope, but Benjamin pulls him with him, and now both men are fighting it out on the apron having gone over the top rope already. They lockup, both men trying to get the other to lose his footing. Benjamin is successful as one of Funaki's feet slips and Benjamin grabs his head to give him a knee to the face. Funaki is too off balance and falls off. Eliminated 5th Funaki. Benjamin motions to re-enter the ring when Ziggler strikes with a superkick! Benjamin is sent flying into the guardrail. Eliminated 4th Shelton Benjamin. Umaga turns his attention now to Dolph Ziggler, but Matt Striker beat him to it, as Striker is connecting with knee after knee to Ziggler's face. Striker suggests working together and Umaga seems for it as Striker whips Ziggler into Umaga and Umaga braces for it as Ziggler runs right into a brick wall. Striker goes to work on Ziggler some more when Umaga grabs him into another samoan drop then throws him over the top rope, Graves: "Striker might remember earlier in the match when Mr. Kennedy tried the same thing with a similar result." Striker hangs on with both hands, though, and pulls himself back into the match. Ziggler almost eliminates Umaga with a knee strike to the face of his own, but it just tangles him in the ropes. Ziggler turns his attention to Striker as he comes back in and..Zig Zag! Ziggler brings Striker up in a flapjack position and throws him over the ropes. Eliminated 3rd Matt Striker. Borash: "Here we go, Umaga vs. Dolph Ziggler, a mismatch in the minds of many, but this is what Ziggler must go through to win this match." Umaga showing no emotion as each man trades rights and lefts in the center of the ring. Then Umaga throws only right jabs as Ziggler switches to kicks and chops. Then an STO from Ziggler finally puts Umaga down. The fans are firmly behind Ziggler here. Ziggler to the top rope as he waits for Umaga to get back to his feet. Ziggler launches..Samoan Spike from Umaga, in mid-air! Ziggler is a bit weary, but not fully down as he has enough left for a ZIG ZAG! Both men are down. Ziggler and Umaga stumble to their feet, then Ziggler tries to pull Umaga over to the ropes. Ziggler finds the strength and tries to just toss him out, but Umaga reverses it into his own toss, but Ziggler lands on the apron. Umaga measures and gives him a well placed headbutt putting Ziggler on the floor. Ziggler is eliminated! 1st annual Andre the Giant Memorial Winner: Umaga

No votes. Simulated results incoming. We open our program with stills and clips from SlamFest, with emphasis on the Night One main event that saw Kane fail to capture the Universal Title from Lance Cade. Graves (as a voiceover): "I had the opportunity to speak to the champion after that match, and he told me that that victory should cement him as "Mr. SlamFest" and that was his only comment on the situation." Borash: "We are proud to welcome Ian Riccaboni to the Friday Night commentary team as WWX has decided to shift to more 3-man commentary teams to give more perspective on how things are unfolding here." Riccaboni: "Thank you, JB, and there is no need for any of the traditional welcomes or the intro video as "Mr. SlamFest" is already in the Destruction ring ready to address the universe." The crowd boos as Rey Mysterio and Kane make their way down to join Cade in the ring.Cade: "I did it. Not only did I defeat these two men handily, but now they work for me, and I don't care whether they've put their differences aside or not. The crowd starts booing more heavily as Corporate Kane raises the champion's hand. Mr. SlamFest is not trying to pander to the crowd. Cade prepares to continue his address to the crowd, but their booing continues. Kane and I put the WWX Universal Championship on the map this last Sunday." Kane: "It would have been bigger on the map around my waist." Cade: "Look at the resumes these two men brought to the table and I walked away still the champion against the both of them. Both of these men are future WWE Hall of Fame members, if not sure fire WWX Hall of Famers. All of us, of course, know the championship reigns these men have had, specifically as World Champions. I feel like Chris Jericho today because I beat two World Champions, and it might as well have been in one night. These two have now recognized me as the champion I am, and with the two of them behind me who, who I ask you, would dare to challenge me? Kane is a monster and I slayed the beast, just as I said I would. So not only do you see the caliber of athlete that I am capable of meeting head on, but I cash the checks my mouth writes. Who is supposed to strip me of my title now? Super Crazy? Well Mysterio may have already taken care of him for me." The three of them are interrupted by Kenny Dykstra's music. He makes his way down to the ring and gets directly in the Universal Champion's face. Dykstra smirks and grabs a microphone. As Dykstra goes to speak Cade, Kane, and Mysterio leave the ring and head up the ramp. Dykstra look frustrated as we cut in on Graves and Borash. Borash: "Last week Dykstra was unable to recapture his United Kingdom Title, so does he intend to be the next man to challenge Universal Champion? Ricabboni and Ted DiBiase, Jr. are talking backstage when Kenny Dykstra approaches them and shakes their hands. DiBiase, Jr.: "What was all that just now?" Dykstra: "It means I want to be the next one to step into the ring with Cade, whether the title is on the line or not, but I want to accept his challenge and prove that I have what it takes to take that belt from him." Riccaboni: "But you just lost your own title.." DiBiase, Jr.: "I'll seriously consider it." Johnny (w/ Nicky) vs. The Undertaker (w/ The Great Khali)We return to the Thunderdome where The Spirit Squad make their way out first. Undertaker and Khali are out next, Khali is in his suit and Undertaker is wearing his Deadman suit and tie. Johnny starts the match with a running crossbody that actually puts Undertaker on the mat. Johnny picks Undertaker up just a bit and drops him back first across his knee. Undertaker is out on the apron where Johnny charges him again, but Undertaker shoulder blocks him through the ropes. He hits another shoulder block and climbs up to the top rope. Johnny recovers too quickly for 'Taker and jumps up to the top turnbuckle, meeting Undertaker there. Johnny headbutts him and pulls him off the ropes. Johnny clotheslines him in the corner and lets up to get a breather. Undertaker appears almost unfazed as he goes back to the top rope and comes off with his patented flying clothesline, putting Johnny on the mat. Undertaker gets a nearfall. Undertaker lifts him up and tries to irish whip him, but Johnny reverses it with a knee to the gut. Undertaker goes for a back elbow, but Johnny ducks, comes off the ropes, and connects with a tornado DDT. Johnny climbs to the top rope and goes for a headbutt, but Undertaker sits up out of the way. Undertaker starts raining measured punches into Johnny before putting him back down to the mat with an uppercut. Nicky is arguing with the referee now, which happened as soon as Undertaker started to measure for the chokeslam. The referee finally gets Nicky to calm down and he turns back around to call the match. The Undertaker switches and kicks Johnny in the get to set up the last ride. He connects with the delayed powerbomb when Nicky gets back on the apron again. This time Undertaker is ready for him and chokeslams him down to the outside floor. Johnny goes for sliced bread number 2, but Undertaker stands his ground and has him on his shoulders now, the perfect set up for the tombstone, and Undertaker connects with it. 1...2...3! Here is your winner: WWX Grand Champion The Undertaker Riccaboni is backstage for an interview now. Riccaboni: "Here with me now is your Universal Champion, Lance Cade. Lance, have you thought about what might happen if you defend your title against Kenny Dykstra at some point?" Cade: "I say he can take his chance. Need I remind you that I put away a monster at SlamFest, and not only did I put him away but he was carried out on a stretcher. Nothing can scare me now. Kenny Dykstra is a male cheerleader reject who just lost his United Kingdom Championship to a guy who sometimes thinks he's a superhero. Dykstra gets his rematch for his UK Championship tonight anyway, so if I were him I would focus on that. He has already been beaten by Helms once, and if Helms beats him again then I might just give him a title match just to get it out of the way if it must happen."

No votes. Simulated results. Previously on Destruction video package, Cade showed up to announce that he has teamed up with the first two challengers to his title. Cade disrespected Kenny Dykstra by walking to the back before Dykstra began to say anything. Borash questioning whether Dykstra will be the next man to compete for the Universal Title echoes over the video. Ted DiBiase said he would consider putting Dykstra in the ring with the champion. Cade said himself that he was more than willing to see Dykstra's attempt to win the belt.Corey Graves/Jeremy Borash: "Welcome to Destruction!" Kenny Dykstra was already in ring gear standing in the middle of the ring ready to speak. When R-Truth immediately makes his entrance down to the ring. Dykstra is not speaking as R-Truth says "What's Up?!", then he gets in the ring. R-Truth: "You're welcome for the SlamFest moment that I created for the both of us. Oh, that's right, neither one of us did anything at SlamFest. Which explains why you didn't thank me. Actually, I should be thanking you because you have opened the door for basically anyone to throw their hat into the ring, and I was definitely here first. Sounds like the makings of a #1 Contender match to me." Dykstra: "I'm ready to earn my match right now if you're ready to lose yours. Rey Mysterio makes his way out to the ring now, Rey and Truth end up circling each other, the former rivals are still wary of each other. Kane makes his way down to the ring now before Truth and Dykstra realize they could double team Rey. Mysterio: "Truth, Dykstra has been a champion here, while you couldn't beat me. Let's talk about the Universal Championship. Dykstra has a good case because as the former United Kingdom Champion, it stands to reason that he would be a worthy challenger. Of course Kane and I are out here representing the champion himself. Kane nods. Both of you have never gotten a title match, so for that reason you both could get one eventually, but who should go first? Why don't you take us on... Lance Cade walks out on stage. Ian Riccaboni is with him with a microphone. Cade is wearing his "Not far enough" T-Shirt, apparently having embraced the words Kane said about him. Riccaboni: Mr. Cade wants me to remind you all that Kane was carried out of SlamFest on a stretcher because of how good Cade is. Kane, you're no slouch, neither is Mysterio. Cade will not be sharing the ring with anybody but the best. As you can see, he no longer feels compelled to waste his breath on any of you. However, he has told me to relay the message that the 4 of you will have a tag team match to open the show, and if either Truth or Dykstra can get the win, then that man will be the next challenger. Of course, if you two lose this match, then the opportunity will just have to go to someone else." The match is all set to get underway as the head Destruction referee, Charles Robinson, gets the competitors into their corners.Kenny Dykstra & R-Truth vs. Kane & Rey Mysterio Dykstra takes early control of the match with a standing dropkick on Kane, then he drags him over to their corner and Tags in R-Truth. Truth gives him a delayed vertical suplex. Truth goes for the pin and gets thrown off before a 1. But Truth stays on him and begins stomping away at each of his limbs. Truth shoves him into the corner and Tag into Dykstra. Truth hits him with a clothesline in the corner dropping him to the mat. Dykstra comes in and, off the top rope, drives his feet into Kane's chest. Dykstra follows it up with a running knee into the corner, then picks him up and drops him again with a European uppercut. Kane tries a headbutt, but Dykstra hits him with another European uppercut and a couple of forearms to keep Kane on the mat. Dykstra with an ankle lock on Kane, and a Tag into Truth. Truth delivers a rolling knee drop to the gut. Truth with an irish whip into a corner and immediately tries to follow that up with a quick corner move. Kane moves out of the way. Truth turns it into a run up the turnbuckle and goes for a moonsault. Kane catches it and turns it into a backbreaker. Kane Tags in Mysterio, then rolls out to the floor for a break. Truth tries to get the jump on him, but Mysterio backs him away with stiff kicks to the back of his legs. Truth is finally able to grab one, pull him into a knee to the gut, then hoists him up for a powerbomb. He walks over so Dykstra can Tag him, then connects with the powerbomb, which Dykstra follows immediately with a diving elbow drop off the top turnbuckle. Another quick Tag into Truth who takes the leg and gives him a kneebreaker. Truth and Dykstra begin to firmly take control as Truth brings Mysterio up and drops him with a brainbuster. Truth locks in an abdominal stretch in the center of the ring and maintains control by driving the point of the elbow into the ribs. He gives him a hip toss, then Tags into Dykstra. Dykstra gives him a slingshot suplex, then gets on him with rights and lefts to the face. Finally locking in a sideheadlock closer to his team's side of the ring. Dykstra Tags into Truth, who takes him into the turnbuckle and drives his knee into his face, forcing Mysterio's face into the turnbuckle. Kane is pounding on his turnbuckle, trying to fire Mysterio up. Truth Tags into Dykstra, but while he's doing that Mysterio rolls over and gets the Tag into Kane. Kane flapjacks Dykstra who tries to hit him with a running clothesline. Kane hits an elbow drop, then boots him in the face when he goes to grab his chest. Kane stomps on his face, then picks him up and gives him the Last Ride. Then Kane goes to the top and measures him, connecting with a flying clothesline when he finally stands. Kane is about to end it with the chokeslam from hell, but Dykstra latches himself onto the bottom rope. Kane comes off the ropes and gives him a baseball slide, forcing Dykstra to fall down to the outside. Kane in for the pin, but Truth flips over the top rope with a leg drop to break it up. Mysterio uses a hurricanrana to put Truth down on the floor with Dykstra, then he comes off the ropes and hits a suicide dive to both of them on the outside. Mysterio rolls Dykstra back in the ring and Kane tries the chokeslam again, but Dykstra reverses it by grabbing his arm and twisting it for a hammer lock, but then he turns Kane around into a superkick and both men collapse only Dykstra actually fell into a pinning predicament on Kane for a nearfall. At 2, Mysterio pulled Dykstra back out of the ring and irish whipped him into the steel steps. Mysterio rolls Dykstra back in the ring again, only this time Dykstra and Kane trade chops back and forth. While Truth and Mysterio do the same on the outside. Kane gets the better of it with a right to the face, then picks him up to go for the tombstone piledriver, but Dykstra pulled himself down using the ropes. Kane rolls Dykstra up for a nearfall that was broken up when Truth was able to slide back in the ring to dropkick Kane in the face. Dykstra grabs Kane's head into a sideheadlock, then connects with a delayed knee drop to the skull. After the tag, R-Truth drops off the apron and starts heading up the ramp. Truth: "Why should I help someone who is standing in my way take my title shot?!" Dykstra can't believe it and turns into a running DDT from Kane. Kane Tags into Mysterio. Mysterio, of course, dropkicks him onto the middle rope, dials up the 619, and finishes with a crossbody splash. Here are yout winners via pinfall: Kane & Rey Mysterio

No votes. Simulated results. We open with a video package that highlights tonight's announced main event in which Lance Cade puts his Universal Championship on the line against Johnny's Destruction roster spot. That cuts into Black Sabbath and into the Thunderdome! Loads of pyro go off and we find a screaming audience as we move into the arena on the swiveling camera. Graves: "Tension in the arena tonight as we are brought to you by our sponsors tonight, Take Five! I am here tonight live with my colleagues Ian Riccaboni and JB, Jeremy Borash. The Great Khali's theme hits and he heads down to the ring. JB: "Khali has had some trouble finding some success on Destruction, but it looks as though he is about to reunite with Daivari and that could afford us the opportunity to hear more about the giant's motivations. We wanted to give you an interview with the man tonight, but the reunion has not yet been made official. Khali yells in the ring and, surprisingly, we get a "Punjab" chant out of the crowd tonight. Out comes Daivari next. It looks like they are going to address the WWX universe tonight right now regarding that very thing." Daivari steps into the ring and grabs a microphone. Daivari: "Well, we tried to go our separate ways and give you fans a dominant monster on the roster, but unfortunately, and I knew this, Khali is just a bit lost without me. He has had two title matches without me and lost them both, so it looks like going our separate ways is going to have to be put on the backburner as I clearly need to get Khali back to focusing on what's important. Now our first target --" He's interrupted by foes turned allies Unbreakable and their new custom team theme music. Former Universal Championship contenders Rey Mysterio and R-Truth are now on their way down to the ring. Mysterio: "I think these people would rather hear where we're going next during this time, maybe you two can try again later." On that note, Kenny Dykstra's theme hits and out he comes. Dykstra: Truth, I thought we decided last week that you would be on our team when we challenged for the 6-Man tag team championships, you've changed your mind already? I mean you had to have known that when you interrupted your own tag team partner tonight that we would begin to be suspicious, so.... Now the Spirit Squad's music hits and Mikey heads down to the ring. Mikey is yelling at Riccaboni as he makes his way down, then when he gets in the ring he gets in Dykstra's face. He snatches the microphone from his hands. Mikey has a big grin on his face and almost laughs before Dykstra floors him with an uppercut. Dykstra throws the microphone out of the ring and starts laying into Mikey with lefts and rights to each side of his head. All breaks loose as the two tag teams get involved in the mix as an impromptu 6-man tag team match is headed your way next!Next week, we will have a throwback edition of Destruction that will attempt to emulate the 2009-2011 era of the show as much as possible after the first brand extension.World Elite & Kenny Dykstra vs. Unbreakable & Mikey Dykstra and Mikey are the legal men as they have now locked up in the center of the ring. Kenny takes him down with a sideheadlock, Mikey's shoulders landed on the mat and the referee calls a 1 count. Riccaboni: "You both heard that, right? According to the boss, this match will be used to determine the next #1 contenders to the 6-Man Tag titles, but if Dykstra's team wins then it will be R-Truth teaming with them to challenge the champions, so Truth has been named a #1 contender no matter what. Which means that we can probably expect him to challenge the champions with both teams if he is unsuccessful the first time." Mikey reverses an attempted DDT with a bodyslam into a pin attempt and another 1 count. Dykstra throws him off and shoves him down. Mikey Tags in Rey Mysterio. Dykstra eggs Mysterio on, saying "I'm ready for you!" Mysterio is unmoved and tells him to bring it when he enters the ring. But Dykstra Tags in to Khali. Khali takes him down with a running clothesline. Graves: "Daivari seems to have been about to tell us what championship division he was going to enter Khali into this week, but he was interrupted. Despite that, we can assume the 6-Man Tag Team titles are off the table as Khali already opted to challenge for those titles with MCMG back in February." Khali lifts Mysterio up and throws him over the ropes and to the outside. While Truth is checking on his partner from the apron, Daivari runs in, springboards off the ropes, and delivers a dropkick that sends Truth down to the floor as well. Khali rolls to the outside and drops them both with a double clothesline. Dykstra comes over to join the fray, but Mikey stops him and irish whips him into the steel ringsteps. Khali goes to put Mikey in a vise grip, but Mysterio jumps on him and puts him in a headlock with his legs grapevined. Mysterio hits a couple of headbutts, trying to get the big man down to his knees. Khali rolls them both back in to the ring. Khali fires a headbutt back and knocks Mysterio off of him. Mysterio Tags in Truth. Truth kicks away at Khali, delivering kicks to the back of his legs, and dropkicking him into the ropes. He gets on top of him and starts punching away at him as the referee starts his count. Truth gives him some separation and starts arguing with the referee over the pace of the count. Mikey suckerpunches Khali while the referee's back is turned. Khali falls to the mat for the first time in the match and Truth stomps away at each of his limbs before the Tag into Mysterio. Unbreakable manages to get Khali up and connect with the double suplex. Mysterio into the cover gets a nearfall. Mysterio tries to keep him grounded with a sleeper hold on the mat. Khali is slow to recover, but he does manage to make it back to his feet. Khali knows he needs a tag, but finds himself in the wrong corner. Mysterio drops the sleeper hold, but tries the hurricanrana, which Khali immediately throws him off. Khali locks in a sleeper hold of his own. Khali gives Mysterio a chop to the top of the head and Tag into Daivari. Daivari hits the ring with a quick pace as he starts off with a tornado DDT. An impressive slingshot suplex from Daivari. Daivari knees and uppercuts Truth off the apron before a bodyslam to Mysterio into a pin attempt. Mikey comes in to break it up, and Dykstra comes in to intercept him. Dykstra hits a double underhook DDT and rolls them both to the outside. Daivari distracted gets rolled up by Mysterio for a 1 count. Mysterio goes for the 619, but Dykstra intercepts him too with a shoulder tackle. Daivari puts Mysterio down with a brainbuster as he thinks quickly to keep the man grounded. Daivari Tags into Khali. Khali approaches and locks Mysterio in the vise grip. After that brainbuster targeted Mysterio's head, the vise grip made him pass out almost immediately and the ref calls it. Here are your winners via submission: World Elite & Kenny Dykstra

No votes. Simulated results. We open with an old 2008 retro WWX logo (which is red and gold and dripping). We then get a video featuring Shawn Michaels, the WWX crew returning to the old Quad arena for tonight's show, classic match clips (such as the very first match in Destruction history in which Mankind defeated The Rock), and ends with a ThrowBack logo of Destruction (which is green, grey, and red). Corey Graves is in a lime Mexican tuxedo, and Jeremy Borash wears a suit emblazoned with the 2008 WWX logo on it.
Classic Destruction Moment: The Debut of A Monster [December 28, 2010] It's Abyss' 1st Destruction. Heidenreich fought valiantly against him but the referee gets knocked out and Heidenreich takes a sweet chin music from Shawn Michaels giving Abyss a debut victory.Back to the Quad. Lance Cade makes a slow entrance to his new theme music, Everybody Talks. The title match highlights from last week are shown, specifically Lance Cade putting the challenger through the announce table. Cade retains the championship, but Johnny put on a great challenge before losing the match and his spot on the Destruction roster. Cade is, of course, followed closely by Mysterio and Kane, and when they get to the ring Mysterio grabs a microphone. Mysterio: "Unsurprisingly, Johnny also failed to take the championship last week. WWX isn't giving his career an actual 10 bell salute." So why don't we? Mysterio says ding 10 times, which is clearly something Cade directed him to do. The crowd begins a "you suck" chant. Cade: "I gave everybody what they wanted last week. Johnny demanded that match last week, and I gave it to him, with a twist. A twist that the fans wanted, and the GM wouldn't have okayed it if he didn't want it too. Even the Network played up the match. Johnny wanted to set himself apart from the pack of the Spirit Squad, and now he has his chance. All Johnny had to do was acknowledge me as the better man, but he decided to literally slap me in the face, so I wanted him off of my brand and I got what I wanted. Of course I can't be without a challenger so...." Kane snatches the microphone and stares Cade down. They decide to use that moment to hype up Shelley vs. Dykstra for later tonight, the promo card is 2008 Destruction style with the two standing profile against each other. Kane: "The GM is forcing me to lead a team against you tonight as apart of his dumb throwback theme." Kane shoves the microphone back at Cade. Before we can get a reaction there out comes Daivari and The Great Khali. Daivari: "You think Johnny was your biggest challenge? You think your troubles are over because you made it past him? They have just begun and that will be made very clear tonight as we take advantage of this throwback nonsense to make you look weak. El Fuente pulls Khali over the ropes from behind and they brawl up the ramp. When suddenly Armando Alejandro Estrada makes his WWX debut! Estrada: "DiBiase has ceded his power over to me for the night. I have decided to use that power to book a 10 man throwback tag team match. Three of the men involved in that match are now champions, and if any of you are pinned tonight, then your championship is going to be defended next week because the matches for this Sunday's show have already been determined and I can't change them." Cade: "And what if I get the win for my team?!" Says Cade as he beats down Daivari from behind. Kane takes over and delivers a few uppercuts to Daivari backing him in the corner. Borash: "A great night of reliving the past ahead of us to conclude with Kane leading a team against his new ally here tonight, but we just saw him punching away at one of his partners for tonight's match up. Can the Big Red Machine put his differences aside and help his team or will this be a handicap matchup? We'll just have to wait until later because up next we have our first throwback contest of the evening as Mick Foley and R-Truth meet up once again on this program." The old-school logo provides the transition and Jack Tunney talks up Energizer as the sponsor for tonight's show as we find ourselves back in the Quad. Foley and Truth are already in the ring. Mike Chioda is the referee for tonight, wearing the grey shirt, as he was the first time these two faced off.Mick Foley vs. R-TruthFoley starts off aggressively by flapjacking R-Truth as he charged at him. Kane and Mysterio have remained at ringside for this contest. Foley stays firmly in control with rights and lefts and a crossbody over the top rope, sending them both down to the floor at the feet of Mysterio and Kane. Foley is wary of them, but continues by driving Truth's back into the barricade. Then he irish whips Truth directly into the steel ring steps. Cade watches on with Estrada in the back, they see Foley roll Truth back into the ring, shoot the half, and go for the pin attempt, which results in a 1 count. Foley pulls Truth to his feet and gives him a right uppercut, but Truth counters with a European uppercut of his own. Now they go back and forth, matching punch for punch. Truth catches a punch thrown by Foley and lifts him into a fireman's carry, but Foley slips out. Foley kicks him from behind and locks him in a sleeper hold. Foley goes for a falcon's arrow, but Truth blocks him twice. Truth connects with a delayed vertical suplex, but Foley got in a few knee shots to the skull. Truth is in control now as he connects with a standing elbow drop. Truth whips him into a corner. A charging European uppercut from Truth into the corner. Then he whips him into the opposing corner and connects with the same move there. Graves: "Truth was so close to a Universal Title opportunity just a few short weeks ago, but he has not been close to the same spot since then." A nice bursting clothesline from Truth as Foley stumbles out of the corner. Truth lifts Foley to his feet and connects with a spinebuster. Truth heads to the top turnbuckle, but he gets distracted by his former rival, Rey Mysterio. Foley gets up to the top rope off the distraction and connects with a hip toss off of the top rope. Then, Foley heads to the top again and connects with a diving elbow drop. Foley into the cover again and gets a close nearfall. Foley is actually noticeable getting frustrated here as he stomps away at Truth. He picks up Truth and drops him over his knee with a backbreaker. Foley sets in a sideheadlock, but almost immediately Truth starts to fight his way back to his feet. Foley goes for a kneelift, but Truth backs out of the way and catches the leg. Truth leverages Foley on to the top turnbuckle again. Truth is going for a gutwrench powerbomb off the top rope. Foley fights him off with an elbow to the back of the head and a couple of headbutts. Foley shoves him off the rope and drops down to the mat. Foley whips Truth off the ropes, but Truth ducks the clothesline attempt and connects with a tornado DDT to gain control back. Foley fights Truth off when he tries to pick him up again and back body drops him over the ropes and down to the floor again. Foley quickly slides out and tries to hold Kane and Mysterio back so there's no DQ called. Truth crawls back in the ring as Chioda checks on him, while this is happening Kane chokeslams Foley on the outside. Truth does a spinning flip over the top rope to take out both Kane and Mysterio. Truth brings Foley back into the ring, knees him in the gut, and delivers the scissors kick. 1-2-3! Here is your winner by way of pinfall: R-Truth Riccaboni: "With the victory tonight, R-Truth may have just firmly set himself up to be the next challenger to our Universal Champion after this Sunday's Moment of Truth. Unfortunately, it looks as though he's going to miss out on the PPV that seems named for him this year, oh and here he is now. Truth, what's your reaction to that big win?" Truth: "You know I was getting my shot at the Universal Champion shortly whether I took Foley out tonight or if he got the fluke win. It's only a matter of time before Cade has to step into the ring with me, especially now, what's up?!" Truth makes his way to the back.

Voting closed. (thank you dcw1.) Riccaboni: "Welcome everyone to the Thunderdome tonight and we are starting off immediately with Muhammad Hassan who is already in the ring. He, of course, already has a microphone in hand as well." Hassan: "I am being told that Daivari and Khali are taking off without me. Let me assure you all right now, as of this moment I currently do not have anything to do with them or what they have planned, nor do I have any duty to. I have no choice, but to tell you all that I am the top contender to challenge Sonjay Dutt next, something that the two of them have expressed no interest in doing. With that said allow me to introduce to you, The Guru, the Mystic, the man who is going to lose to me very soon, but, at least for now, your Internet Champion, Sonjay Dutt!" Internet Champion Sonjay Dutt makes his entrance to a new theme song. Sonjay takes his time getting down to the ring, so Hassan starts a battle in which they fight over who can pump up the crowd more. Graves: "Let's note that this is the first time the two of them have had any sort of opposition to each other, but Hassan has challenged The Undertaker for the Grand Championship previously, which is important because that could be the catalyst for his actions here." Borash: "Also, Hassan is being caught in the turmoil unfolding with Khali and Daivari. As an aside, Khali and Daivari will take part in a non-title match with the 6-man tag team champions this Sunday night." The pose off continued for roughly five (5) minutes before Dutt finally enters the ring. Eddie Guerrero is with the champion acting as his representation, so Dutt hands him the Internet Championship and Eddie now holds that along with his own tag team title over each shoulder. Dutt is actually receiving "You Suck" chants from the audience. Dutt goes back and forth, seemingly deciding whether he's actually going to speak or whether he will let Eddie do it for him. He decides he will. Dutt: "I'll address you in a minute, but first I want to talk about Ryback. Ryback is phenomenally gifted and works hard, and unlike many of those currently signed to this company he worked his way up to be here. But, right now nobody wants to see Ryback take me on, oh no, they want to see me defend against you. Eddie, what matches has Muhammad won that earned him that right?" Eddie: "Uh, none, homes?" Dutt: Laughing. "You read my mind. But, what matches have I won?" Eddie: "Well, you defeated Kenny last week, and Kenny is getting a title match this Sunday. That sounds like the kind of thing that would matter." Dutt: "Okay, well let's get down to the business at hand, shall we?" Ryback's theme hits and out he comes. Ryback is wearing a t-shirt which reads "second to none". Ryback: "Even the champion admits it, there is no way you deserve a title shot before me. You might have more luck in a tag team with me rather than opposing me, if you want I can give you a shirt like mine and we can give that a try. I don't think anybody has much confidence that you can dethrone Dutt anyway." Hassan: "I was good enough to get a match against The Undertaker." Dutt: "What about you, Ryback? You think you can take this from around my waist?" Ryback: "Well, since you're asking, as you said I am one of the only people in the history of this company to earn my contract. If anybody can do it, I can." Dutt: "Can you beat Psicosis? Can you do what I have done as Internet Champion?" Ryback: "If I can't, then Hassan and I can always go for the tag titles your buddy is holding over there." Dutt: "Maybe you should try that first, and then see if you can take me on. I put Revolution together, this is my group. I led them to those tag titles in the first place!" Laughing again. Dutt: "It's a bit impressive, but you're rating your success so far a bit high, don't you think? Ryback why don't you prove me wrong? Can you defeat even Psicosis?" Ryback laughs and gestures to the ramp for Psicosis. Ryback: "I'll challenge him to a match then. Is that what you want? Is..that what you want?" Hassan is not happy about this. When out comes Psicosis. Psicosis: "I accept your challenge, and I will see you right here next week. I will defeat you next week and then I will challenge The Undertaker. I would never take this match if there was not something in it for me." A video package airs of Gregory Helms aligning himself with the faction Lance Cade is forming around himself. Riccaboni: "The United Kingdom championship is on the line next and it's an exciting one as the regime Cade is trying to form meets the challenge of the Motor City Machine Guns, and let's go ahead and remind everybody that, unfortunately, the Guns have never held any WWX gold. Could Shelley break that cycle tonight?" Out first is the champion, backed up by the team of Kane and Rey Mysterio. The audience boos as Helms makes a big show of him being the champion during his entrance. Out next is the challenger Alex Shelley, accompanied by his tag team partner Chris Sabin, and Sabin has their camera to document the whole thing.WWX United Kingdom Championship Match Gregory Helms(c)(w/ Kane & Rey Mysterio) vs. Alex Shelley (w/ Chris Sabin) Sabin, Kane, and Mysterio have a bit of a standoff before finally taking their places at ringside. Shelley has a great start and wins the test of strength before shoving the champion into the corner. Shelley plants him with a DDT. Shelley poses for the camera, giving Helms the chance to recover. Helms lays into him with rights and lefts, battling out of the corner. Helms gives him a suplex, then picks him up, sends him off the ropes, and delivers a back bodydrop. Helms lifts him up again and gives him an airplane spin. Sabin tries to distract the referee and gets sent to the back along with his camera. Mysterio gets in his face as he's walking away and they start to brawl, which leads to a 2-on-1 situation that moves through the crowd and all over the arena. Kane and Mysterio send him through the barricade. Back in the ring, Shelley bodyslams Helms into a cover for a 1 count. Shelley locks him into a Boston crab. Shelley wrenches it in further by driving his knee into the neck. Shelley releases it and drops an elbow on the back of the head before going into another cover. This time he gets a nearfall. Frustrated, Shelley picks him and delivers a reverse DDT, dropping him right on the back of his head. Shelley sends him into the corner and follows with a quick clothesline. He gives him a hip toss and goes into the pin for another 2 count. Shelley is doing a good job picking a body part and sets in a side headlock on the mat. Shelley breaks it and stands on the neck before stomping on it. Sabin is still getting beat in the crowd as we see Kane and Mysterio deliver a double suplex. Shelley whips Helms into another corner and delivers a running boot to the face. Finally, Helms shows some signs of life by breaking them apart and shoving Shelley down to the mat. However, Shelley gets a hard kick to the back of the head in on Helms before he can go for a pin. Both men make their way to their feet at the same time and we get a double clothesline moment. Shelley goes for a shining wizard, but Helms sidesteps and comes off the ropes with a crossbody. Helms makes the Chris Benoit throat sign because Shelley tried to use his own move against him. Helms tries to follow that with a splash into the corner, but Shelley evades this time. Helms runs up the ropes and Shelley tries to pull him down, but Helms kicks him off and delivers a diving knee to the face. Helms climbs up again, but Shelley is up after him and kicks his leg out. Shelley delivers a superplex off the top rope. Shelley is up first and drags Helms over to the corner again. Shelley lifts him up onto the middle ropes first, and looks to be going for a second superplex. But Helms is ready for him this time and blocks the attempt twice. Helms drops Shelley back down to the mat with a series of headbutts. Sabin tries to fight Kane and Mysterio off, but receives a joint kick to the face from them both. Shelley just now realizes Kane and Mysterio are no longer at ringside. Shelley is not distracted long enough as he catches Helms in mid-air and delivers a sidewalk slam. Shelley goes for the pin and gets a nearfall again. Shelley picks him up and looks for a double underhook DDT, but Helms reverses it with a kick directly to the shin and turns it into the vertebreaker. 1-2-3! Here is your winner and STILL WWX United Kingdom Champion: Gregory Helms Graves: "Gregory, how does it feel to have turned back a tough challenge in Alex Shelley, tonight?" Helms: "It feels like I am finally where I am supposed to be on this roster."

No votes. Simulated results. (thank you dcw1.) Corey Graves, Jeremy Borash, and Ian Riccaboni welcome us to the Thunderdome. Graves: "We wanted to take a second at the top of the show to honor the Destruction Champions with a bit of a 'parade' if you will. So there they all are at the top of the stage, let's give them the recognition that they deserve." The Undertaker, Gregory Helms, Shad, Los Guerreros, Sonjay Dutt, Jay Lethal, Nicky, Lance Cade, & Maven are all basking in the spotlight of the audience's attention. Bobby Lashley steps in front of all of them and celebrates in front of the crowd as well. Borash: "The NWA Champion is, of course, present at every show so he deserves to be recognized here this evening as well. With that out of the way, tonight's main event will see one of those men defending their championship in a Fatal 4 Way match!" DiBiase, Jr.: "To more distinguish the Internet Championship, starting in July some episodes of Destruction will air exclusively on the WWX Network. Dutt raises his championship after that announcement. I am beyond proud that these are the champions I have representing me. Our Hardcore Champion is in the 10th year of his reign and has defended the title on multiple occasions as of late. We also have the first ever Universal Champion, Lance Cade, who captured the first World Championship of his career. Then, we have the first ever 6-Man Tag Team Champions, Revolution, who are currently in their 11th year. Most importantly, at least for the purposes of tonight's main event, we have the first Grand Champion in history, The Undertaker." The crowd sits in silence, some of them wanting to boo but none of them daring to do so. Paul Bearer grabs a microphone as soon as Undertaker's music fades. Bearer: "My Undertaker promises to have a gravestone marked for each of his victims tonight. He is the only champion up here who has repeatedly taken on multiple challengers at once and left with his reign intact, and he will do so again tonight. Oh yes, people will have to overcome death itself to claim this championship, and nobody but my Undertaker is up to the task." DiBiase: "Okay, thank you Paul. Next up we have the second NexGen Champion in history, Nicky, who is fresh off a successful title defense against both of his Spirit Squad teammates. The crowd in attendance chants "perfection". Finally, we have the second ever United Kingdom Champion Gregory Helms, and the first ever North American Champion, Shad Gaspard." Both men unexpectedly head to the ring when their names were called as Paul Heyman makes his entrance, his own theme and all, and his official Destruction debut here tonight!Heyman: "Adorable. You have to admire your hubris, Mr. General Manager. But, you know you don't view these two gentlemen as 'saving the best for last'. I had to come down here to Destruction and represent these two champions to your face. These two gentlemen don't need a 'parade', what they need is your undivided attention and they will have it soon enough. These two gentlemen are making these championships for you. Not just making them, establishing them. These titles are sought after on the other brands. When these crowds buy a ticket to Destruction, they expect these two workhorses to carry the brand on their backs, which is what they've been doing. Mr. Helms is the hero who saved the championship from sinking, and Mr. Gaspard has volunteered himself to lead and the locker room is starting to look to him the way they do that man. Heyman motions to Undertaker at the top of the stage. Make no mistake, these two gentlemen took part in this charade here tonight because it was the first time that they were recognized for what they are. But they will not be your spectacle any longer. We thank you for your time." Heyman leads Shad and Helms to the back.
Before DiBiase can resume, out comes the former NexGen Champion, Mikey. Mikey: "The first, the first, the first, and, hmm, the second? I started out the legacy of the NexGen Championship's lineage and I'm not even brought up here as the inaugural champion with the rest of them? When Jay Lethal is not even viewed as an equal member of that team with the uncle and nephew, but he gets mentioned here? Nobody can say The Undertaker does not deserve this, but I gave Nicky my championship because we are friends and allies. He defeated me because I wanted him to, I should be here in his place. Everyone knows that if you had watched that match you would void the result and revert the title back to me because it was clearly not a legitimate contest." Nicky has heard enough and gets in Mikey's face before Kenny tries to get between them. Nicky holds the championship up and says "You can try to take it back any time". Tatanka comes out from the back and capitalizes on the distraction to take a shot at Nicky. Kenny tackles Tatanka and they begin to brawl on the ramp. Heyman comes back out with Helms and Shad and he directs them to separate them.DiBiase: "I'm not going to thank you Heyman if that's what you're looking for, but I am going to put Tatanka and Kenny in the ring later tonight. So you two should head to the back and get prepared for that. Up next is the 6-Man Tag Team Championship match, to demonstrate the faith I have in my champions." Heyman: "Not at all, sir. No thanks necessary. This was a demonstration, not a favor." Heyman directs Shad and Helms to let them go and they head to the back again.WWX 6-Man Tag Team Championship Match Eddie Guerrero(c), Chavo Guerrero(c), & Jay Lethal(c) vs. R-Truth, Kenny Dykstra, & Daivari Riccaboni: "This match has been building for weeks, so we knew it was coming we just didn't know when. DiBiase didn't just throw this together, he knows full well what he's doing." The bell dings. Jay Lethal and Daivari started this one off with a double clothesline. They start trading punches before they even get to their feet. Then they tie up as they get to their feet and begin a test of strength. Lethal wins it and pushes Daivari back into his corner and Tags in Eddie. Lethal uppercuts him and lets Eddie come in and work him over in the corner with lefts and rights. Eddie looks for the three amigos, but Daivari blocks it and connects with a suplex of his own. Daivari gets the Tag into Kenny. Kenny hits two snap suplexes, before Eddie reverses a scoop slam with an elbow to the face and rolls over for the Tag into Chavo. Chavo takes control with a diving shoulder tackle. Then Chavo locks in an armlock and wrenches it in. Chavo lays him down and sets his arm apart, lays the knee into it for a few seconds, then connects with a rolling knee drop on the arm. Chavo Tags in Lethal. Lethal hits a standing elbow drop into the first cover of the match for a 1 count. Dykstra tosses him off and rolls over for the Tag into R-Truth. Truth comes in hot and puts Lethal down with clothesline after clothesline before connecting with a backbreaker. Truth lets Lethal get the Tag into Chavo. Chavo charges, but Truth connects with a drop toe hold into the turnbuckle. Truth hits a spinning elbow to the face. Truth heads to the top rope, but Lethal and Eddie pull Chavo out to ringside. Truth adjusts and hits a moonsault to the outside on all three of them. Truth knees Chavo in the face and begins to favor his knee. Borash: "The challengers seem firmly in control here, but Truth's knee could be the deciding factor moving forward in this match." Truth rolls Chavo back in the ring and slides in after him, but Chavo makes it to his feet before Truth can get back in the ring and delivers a low drop kick to the knee Truth was favoring, which buys him enough time to reach over for the Tag into Eddie. Eddie continues to pick apart Truth's knee with a series of elbow drops. Eddie maneuvers him around and sets in a wristlock. The crowd is chanting "Viva La Raza" as Chavo and Lethal clap them on. Truth tries to break free, but Eddie drives his knee into the back for added pressure. Eddie breaks the hold and knocks Dykstra off the apron with an uppercut, apparently Dykstra was going to come in to try to break the hold. However, that gave Truth the opening to jump over for the Tag into Daivari. Daivari irish whips Eddie forcefully into the corner, then climbs up and gives him 10 punches to the face. Daivari heads over to the corner and spears Lethal off the apron before delivering a low drop kick to Chavo's knee causing him to fall to the floor as well. Daivari hits a back bodydrop on a charging Eddie before Tagging in Dykstra. Kenny connects with a delayed vertical suplex, a gutwrench toss, and a rolling knee drop to the back of the head before Tagging Daivari back in. Daivari shoots the half into the pin, 1-2..the referee notices Eddie's foot on the ropes for the rope break. Daivari Tags Dykstra back in. Dykstra looks for a double underhook DDT, but Eddie reverses with a leg sweep. Chavo makes the blind tag as Eddie comes off the ropes for a running knee drop, but Dykstra rolls out of the way and locks in a Boston crab on Eddie. Chavo kicks Dykstra in the face. Daivari comes in because Eddie is still in the ring to hit an enziguri on Chavo before the referee makes him get back on the apron. Dykstra tries to lock in the Boston crab on Chavo, but he's not making it easy. Daivari back in again now, but Eddie stops him this time with a series of Germans, before Eddie is caught by a scissors kick from Truth. While Truth catches a diving hurricanrana from Lethal. Lethal turns into a double underhook DDT from Dykstra. Chavo crossbodies Dykstra over the top rope sending them both down to the floor. Chavo hits the three amigos to Dykstra on the floor. Daivari and Lethal hit another set of double clotheslines on the outside and start trading punches before getting back to their feet again. Eddie helps Chavo roll Dykstra back in the ring, but Truth takes Eddie down again with a huge kick and starts pummeling away at him. But Chavo got back in the ring and set Dykstra up in the Gory Special. With it being in the center of the ring and his teammates preoccupied, Dykstra had no choice but to submit here. Voting has closed. (special thank you to dcw1.) Borash: "Welcome sportsfans to our coverage of Friday Night Destruction's events as they come to you tonight. First, there you see Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin getting psyched up for their tag team match tonight, as of late the two have put their tag team aside and have chased singles gold. Unfortunately, those efforts have come up short, and so tonight we present to you for the first time in at least two months the first Guns tag team match. They're discussing their title shots, but here comes our Universal Champion Lance Cade. I'll pipe you in to this conversation now." Shelley and Sabin quiet down and turn their attention to Cade. Cade: "What's the angle here, gentlemen? Sabin, you took on the biggest man on the roster last week, and now you want back in the tag team division, did you think nobody would come to you and question those intentions? This looks to me, and many outside viewers, that you two are teaming back up because it's convenient for you. Who are your opponents tonight? The Mexicools? The two people who have been eyed to get the next shot at The Undertaker? You're clearly making your case to go for the Grand Championship next." Sabin: "Our intentions are to win out there, and we should really be getting to it." Cade nods. Cade: "Do you see this belt around my waist? It signifies to wrestlers like you that I've played the game. You've got it figured out too, you know that if you make your intentions clear it makes it less likely to happen in this business. Well good luck out there, I hope I didn't jinx you by calling attention to your plans." Sabin walks off, but Shelley stays. Shelley: "Any fan who has been paying attention knows that Sabin and I haven't teamed since we lost our match for the tag team titles." Cade: "So this match is about the Grand Title, then, because if it is the loyalty between you two might be in question." Shelley: "What do you want, Cade? Do you want me to tell you that I'll break up the pin if Chris goes for it? What do you get out of that?" Cade: "Me? Nothing I'm aware of, but you said it, not me. How do you know Chris hasn't had that thought enter his mind too? Well I have to go, I'm sure you two are fine. Once again, good luck out there, nothing but the best." Corey Graves and Ian Riccaboni officially give us their welcome to the Thunderdome and say that no matter what happens they will always bleed Destruction blue. Borash: "We hope you all had a wonderful Memorial Day and we hope to keep the wonder going with a great edition of the show tonight. The show is often quite interesting, and tonight is no different as the announced main event for the evening is a handicap match with the tag team championships on the line. The first of its kind in WWX history." The Mexicools make their way to the ring first and they already have microphones in their hands. Graves: "Looks like we're going to hear from Super Crazy first." Crazy: "We've been on the same brand for how long now and this still feels like the first time we're meeting the MotoryCity Machine Guns, now that's crazy! They're crazy! They're crazy! Joking aside, Psicosis are honored that they chose to challenge us, regardless of their intentions in doing so. Super Crazy does a little dance. Psicosis and I are always ready to team up, even though we too have chosen to go for singles titles recently. See, I think the Guns are suffering a bit from ring rust, but the Mexicools that they meet tonight are the same Mexicools we've always been. Let's not forget that the last time we saw the Guns as a team, it was in a tag team match when they won as a team with Psicosis. Imagine that, the three of you working well together without me. Finally, play the Guns music and out come the team that was featured as one of the first big hurdles for the reign of Revolution in the early days of Destruction.
Looks like the Guns are going to fire back. Sabin: "You guys can bust on us and make fun of our careers up until this point all you want, but the fact of the matter is our two teams have faced off before, so this is just a first in a long time, not a first ever. We have had chances at the #1 contendership to multiple tag team championships in this company, and we are widely recognized as the first legitimate threat to the reign of the current 6-Man tag team champions." Shelley: "You guys are forcing our hands. You know we don't brag, but you're making it out to be like we're a couple of chumps in this company. There's a reckoning coming tonight." Sabin: "You two are our first step back to becoming the #1 contenders to the 6-Man tag titles." Psicosis: "I knew you guys left me high and dry after we teamed together. I could have been your third man, but it's clear now that you don't respect me. I can have a match for the Grand Championship whenever I want it." Shelley: "It's time for these 'loco hombres' to cross the border. We're going to brick the Motor City to you. Get ready for a car crash." The referee separates both teams into their corners and waits for them to settle down. The MotorCity Machine Guns vs. The Mexicools Our teams are ready and the referee calls for the bell. Psicosis and Chris Sabin start this one off. They lock up and push each other into the corner, each man getting the upper hand for a few seconds. Psciosis bounces off the ropes and drops Sabin with a shoulder tackle. Psicosis off the ropes again, but Sabin leapfrogs this time, only for Psicosis to barrel through him with another shoulder tackle. Psicosis with the Tag in to Super Crazy, Super Crazy wants Shelley so Sabin gives him the Tag in. They get in each other's faces and Shelley gives him a right jab to the nose. Crazy is irritated, but both men circle each other for another few seconds. Super Crazy cartwheels around Shelley, then takes him down with an armdrag, which he holds to lock in an armbar. Crazy pulls him over with the armbar still locked in, Tag into Psicosis, and Psicosis delivers a standing moonsault while Super Crazy has the arm stretched. Psicosis locks in the same armbar when Crazy lets go and takes his spot on the apron. Shelley makes it to his feet and rushes Psicosis back in to his corner, Sabin Tags himself in and jumps over the ropes. Shelley whips Psicosis into him and Sabin drops him with a jawbreaker. Sabin headbutts him square on the shoulder. Sabin twists the arm and begins chopping away at his chest. Psicosis drops Sabin with a hip toss to stop his momentum. Psicosis tries another armbar, but Sabin kicks him off right into the Guns corner. Sabin Tags into Shelley, Sabin holds Psicosis back while Shelley slaps him in the face. Shelley stomps on Psicosis in the corner, then Tags Sabin back in. The Guns deliver a nice double suplex to Psicosis. Sabin goes for an irish whip, but Psicosis stops it and pulls Sabin in for another armdrag. Psicosis Tags in Super Crazy, then dropkicks Shelley off the apron. Super Crazy hits a hurricanrana on Sabin, who rolls out to the floor. Together the Mexicools throw Sabin into the timekeeper's area, and throw Shelley over the announce table. The Mexicools stand tall in the ring and pose for the crowd as both Guns are down on the outside with the referee counting away. Sabin slides back in the ring at 7 and locks up with Super Crazy. Shelley quickly makes it back to the apron in time to Tag himself in before Crazy starts pulling Sabin towards his own corner. Crazy runs off the turnbuckle, but gets caught by both Guns and dropped with both knees to the gut. They drop him with a double DDT before Sabin has to get to the apron. Shelley clotheslines him down to the outside and poses with Sabin in the corner. Super Crazy tries to fire up, slides back in the ring, swings, and misses. Shelley drops him again with a back suplex. Shelley Tags in Sabin, who heads to the top rope. Shelley delivers a backbreaker to Crazy and holds it, Sabin comes crashing down with a leg drop on to Crazy. Lance Cade is watching intently in the back with Kane by his side. The crowd is firmly behind the Mexicools as Crazy tries to turn the tide by getting over to Psicosis. Sabin prevents the tag by dropping the elbow on the back of the neck. Sabin in to the cover for a 1. Sabin Tag into Shelley, they each take a leg, and point at Psicosis. Crazy makes them pay for that by kicking them both off. Sabin has to leave the ring, but Shelley gives Crazy an atomic drop to take momentum back. Shelley comes off the ropes and slides on the mat to latch on a chinlock to the down Super Crazy. Crazy starts trying to get back to his feet, but Shelley shuffles around to take leverage back. Crazy almost makes it back to his feet again, though, so Shelley puts him down with a European uppercut. Shelley picks him up and drags him over to the Guns' corner, but then Crazy starts wailing on them both with lefts and rights. Crazy knocks Sabin down to the floor and starts measuring his punches on Shelley and starts backing him up towards the Mexicools' corner. Super Crazy connects with a step up enziguri and Shelley rolls to the outside. Sabin back in now, connects with a swinging neckbreaker that stops Super Crazy from getting the much needed tag. Sabin goes to start stomping away on him, but Crazy catches his foot and gives him a step up enziguri now! Crazy desperately dives for Psicosis, but Shelley sweeps his legs out from under him so Crazy tags nothing but the ropes. Sabin pummels Crazy from behind and delivers a German suplex from behind, then Tags his spot on the apron, having given Shelley the advantage for now. Shelley slides back in and starts stomping away at the limbs, picking up the pieces Sabin left for him. Shelley gets down and rubs his forearm into the face. Shelley lifts him and places him on the middle rope, looking for a superplex. Crazy trying hard to fight him off. Crazy delivers rights and lefts to the ribs, but Shelley shoves him off and Crazy lands on the apron. Shelley tries to bring him back in to the ring. Crazy catches him with a kick to the face. Crazy heads to the top rope and jumps off, but Shelley dodges him. Crazy lands on his feet, though, rebounds off the ropes, and they catch each other with a double clothesline knocking them both down in the middle of the ring. They both look for the tag. Shelley grabs the leg trying to stop him, but Crazy is still able to get the Tag in anyway. Psicosis comes in with a jumping knee strike to the face on Shelley. But Shelley gets knocked back into the corner and Sabin makes the Tag in. Psicosis with a flying forearm smash to Sabin, immediately putting him back down and onto the apron. Sabin back to his feet, drapes Psicosis across the rope, and heads to the top. Psicosis quickly dives and chops Sabin's leg out, dropping him on the turnbuckle. Crazy comes in, streaks across the ring, runs up Psicosis' back and takes Shelley out on the apron. The crowd loved that spot. Psicosis and Sabin size each other up in the ring, each taking a shot to the back of the leg every few seconds. Psicosis breaks that chain with a shoulder block into the cover for a 1 count. Psicosis pulls him to his feet, looking for a double underhook DDT. Sabin fights out of it and almost hits a spinning heel kick, but Psicosis catches the leg. Psicosis pulls him over by the leg, and Tags in Super Crazy. Psicosis drops him with a stepover kick to the face as Super Crazy heads up top. Super Crazy goes flipping in the air for a 450 splash, but Shelley pulls Sabin out of the ring, saving his partner. Crazy slams hard into the mat. Psicosis goes after Shelley outside, but Shelley drops him with a toe hold. Sabin back into the ring, comes off the ropes, and connects with a shining wizard on the kneeling, reeling Super Crazy's face. Shelley was about to slide in the ring, but thought better of it. Here are your winners as a result of a pinfall: The MotorCity Machine Guns Riccaboni: "Incredible. These two teams just went at each other for more than half an hour! The question is, did Cade's words before the match have the desired effect? Indeed, any effect at all?"

No votes. Simulation incoming. (thanks to dcw1.) Graves: "Welcome everyone to another edition of Friday night Destruction. We are opening straight into the Thunderdome because your 10 gallon country champion is in the ring and giving you the gift of hearing him speak." Cade poses in the ring with his championship, basking in the spotlight for a good amount of time before saying anything. The crowd chants "Cade sucks" during the entire time he is silent. Cade: "Two weeks ago Paul Heyman chose two Destruction champions to represent and I was not one of them. After I had Kane blow off some steam I have decided to allow that on my show. It took two weeks of reflection, but I realized Heyman knows I am more than capable of speaking for myself. I run this house, and as such, I should be allowed to name my challenger this Sunday. R-Truth. R-Truth has constantly been a thorn in my side since Rey Mysterio was the first man to challenge me, and I as well as these fans, think it's about time we get this over with. As a matter of fact, why don't we just do it tonight? I have a lot of other people to get to and I'll even do you a favor and ban Kane from ringside. Cade gives Rey Mysterio and Kane their own entrance this week. Cade calls out R-Truth and Truth is only happy to come out on cue.Truth: "What's up?! Cade you are the first ever Universal Champion, and I have to respect that." Cade: "Thanks, but it would be wise for you not to ignore Kane and Rey tonight." Truth: "Rey and I have hashed out our differences already, so tonight is not about that. Tonight can be about somebody becoming the 2nd Universal Champion in history. What do you think about that, Cade?" Cade pauses for a minute. Cade: "Well...good luck with that. You want your shot. Everybody can understand that. I respect that. I felt the same way and went and got the job done. So if you want your shot....you had better not miss. And remember even if you do win ---the whole roster will be watching, you know that. You get the job done, and even if you fluke your way past me, Kane and Rey will be right there for me. Cade drops the mic, and Truth is ready. Truth: "Your second Universal Champion is right here. And that's the truth!" Enter DiBiase. DiBiase, Jr.: "Stop, stop, stop. I have to follow the money, and I'm sorry Cade, but the money wants me in charge of this show. You can have the night off, Cade, that title match will only happen this Sunday if Truth can defeat Mikey here tonight. But, Cade, I won't let you go away empty handed, so your cronies can have a shot at the 6-Man Tag Titles." Kane and Rey Mysterio remain in the ring as they are joined by their tag team partner for the night, Alex Shelley. Graves: "Well with that let's get ready for our first of two title matches tonight and out come the first ever 6-Man Tag Team Champions, Revolution, as they are set for a huge title defense." Borash: "This match could have huge ramifications for the future of the WWX, and I feel I am allowed to say that based on that, this Monday night's Xplosion will be one you do not want to miss." Riccaboni: "It was a decade ago in February, that Evolution 2.0/Revolution, became the first champions when they put the established team of The Spirit Squad away and they have not looked back ever since." WWX 6-Man Tag Team Championship Match Revolution (c) vs. Rey Mysterio, Kane, & Alex Shelley The bell dings. We start this one with Chavo, wearing white and orange, with Alex. Chavo and Alex lock up. Chavo twists his arm in an armlock, pulls him over to their corner, and Tag into Eddie. Eddie has red and white gear, similar to his nephew's. Alex pushes him off, so he and Eddie begin trading punches. They exchange arm drags with both teams jockeying for the advantage early on. Eddie kicks Shelley in the gut and whips off the ropes, but that allows Rey to make the blind Tag. Shelley leapfrogs Eddie, and Eddie turns into a double flapjack from Alex and Rey, which drapes him across the top rope. Rey heads into the pin and gets a 1 count. Cade and Heyman are talking backstage. Rey hits a quick elbow drop into another pin and gets a nearfall. Rey puts him in a side headlock on the mat, working over the neck that was draped over the ropes. The crowd starts to pop for Eddie, as the veteran and legend attempts to get to his feet. Rey takes him in a hurricanrana position, but brings him over to the ropes and tarantulas Eddie in the ropes. Jay tries to cross the ring to break it up, but causes the referee to be distracted. This allows Kane to head over and uppercut Eddie. Rey begins stomping away at Eddie's limbs on the mat. Eddie rolls to the outside, trying to regain stamina. Kane follows him, laughing at him. Kane delivers a back drop suplex across the barricade before rolling Eddie back into the ring. Mysterio isolates Eddie in their corner and elbows him back, when Kane Tags in. Kane starts firing shots at the abdomen and neck, which they were targeting. Eddie shoves Kane off, and Kane looks for a Tag to Shelley. Eddie moves quickly and forearms Shelley and Mysterio off the apron before suplexing Kane over the ropes. Edde looks for a twisting splash to the outside, but gets caught by Kane. Kane hits a samoan drop on the announcers' desk. Eddie has been put through the table and he and Kane are down. Kane and Eddie slowly start to move around after a few minutes. Kane and Rey double suplex Eddie on the outside as soon as Kane is back to his feet. Kane and Rey are using this opportunity to double team Eddie on the outside as Kane hooks the arms behind his back and Rey starts delivering chop after chop, then they turn him around and double DDT him on the outside. Chavo looks on, looking anxious, as Kane and Rey wear the legend down as Mysterio whips Eddie right into Kane's boot to the face, still on the outside. Eddie drops Rey with a toe hold and gets enough separation to roll back into the ring. He almost gets the tag into Jay, but Kane grabs the foot and pulls him back. Kane Tags in Shelley, who takes his time heading over to Eddie. Shelley just stares at him as he's crawling to his corner before he picks him up and strikes him once so that he stumbles back into the other corner. Shelley tries a diving headbutt, but Eddie evades and sends Shelley bouncing head first off the turnbuckle. Eddie starts his come back with an over the head belly to belly on Shelley, sending him to the outside, then he spears Kane and Mysterio off the apron before finally rolling over in to the hot Tag on Lethal. Lethal fires in to the ring, suicide diving over the ropes, and taking out Kane and Rey on the outside. Lethal and Shelley slide back in and square off against each other. They trade chops until Lethal springboards off the ropes into a DDT. Lethal into the cover for a 1. Lethal climbs to the top, but Shelley's back up and catches him on the ropes. Shelley hits a superplex, then crawls over for the Tag into Rey. Lethal is back up and takes them both out with a huge double lariat, turning them inside out. Lethal tries a dropping headbutt, but Rey rolls out of the way and he hits the canvas. Lethal rolls through and looks for the Tag, but Los Guerreros are preoccupied with Kane on the outside and Shelley rolls out to join that fight. Lethal turns around into a standing dropkick from Rey and it's a close nearfall. Rey Tags in Kane. Kane and Rey try a double brainbuster, but Lethal stands his ground and pulls them both over the top rope with an armdrag for each of them. Eddie hits a big German on Rey as soon as Rey falls to the outside. Kane slides back in the ring and almost gets hit with a Lethal Injection, but Kane turns it around into a huge chokeslam all the way from hell. Kane looks for the tombstone, but Lethal uses a headscissors takedown into a pin. 1-2, kick out! But the referee calls for the bell. Here are your winners and STILL WWX 6-Man Tag Team Champions: Revolution

No votes. Simulation incoming. (Shoutout to dcw1.) We open with the video footage of Kane, Mysterio, and Shelley going to complain to Ted that they had kicked out of the pin in their first championship match last week. The camera shot that shows the clear kickout is played. We see Lance Cade inserting himself into the situation, clearly upset with Ted for not immediately coming out to announce a decision reversal, and Cade demands that he fixes it and make it right. Which Ted does eventually at Cade's request, but not fast enough for Cade's liking. So, in the rematch, the champions were once again gaining the upper hand, so Cade came out and took all three of them out with a kendo stick causing the DQ. Cade is vicious in his attack on all three of them, Cade has Lethal choked out with the kendo stick and even Mysterio is kind of trying to tell him that's enough. Cade unleashes his fury on Chavo beating him unconscious with the kendo stick, and finally we get multiple plays of the powerbomb off the top rope Cade used to lay Eddie out in the middle of the ring.Cut live to the back, Cade is watching the show in his locker room. The crowd is booing as the camera pans over to Rey and Kane. Cade: "You guys almost failed twice last week. I saved you. I am the reason you still have a shot at those belts on the books. I won't accept a third loss." Mysterio: "Cade, I think you're forgetting something big." Cade: "Ridiculous. The only thing that matters is those titles until they no longer matter. You must be singularly focused here. Look at Kane, nothing phases the man, that's what I need from both of you." Shelley's music hits and we cut back to the ring.
Shelley makes his way down the ramp as Graves and Borash finally welcome us to the Thunderdome. Shelley: "All week people have been asking me 'did you sell your soul'? To those people I say that you have never been to the top of the mountain because if you had you would know that you do anything to get back there. Sure, it would have been a blow to win the tag team titles not only without Chris, but with the enemy but it's the only opportunity I was given. I will get at least one more shot at the titles, that is unless I get drafted away from them, which nobody seems to want to admit is a possibility. The referee made an honest mistake, but Cade is calling for his head and may just get it. We have human referees here. But, it was fixed, because then we got to main event the show last week and show the crowd our skills twice last week. We were down, but we weren't out, then all of a sudden here comes the Universal Champion 'our savior'. I know I should have expected his involvement, teaming with his lackeys and all, but come on.
