Your tag teams names entertain the s**t out of me……B and F and the two Kevins are possibly the greatest tag team names in history. Also Bret Hart and Funaki as a tag team is so out there lol can imagine Bret getting pissed at Funaki constantly and Funaki not understanding him

I was looking for my own spin on E and C, obviously. I'll probably be debuting a team called the New E & C or something at some point, but I didn't have any Es or Cs on this brand's roster.

Voting has closed. (Thank you dcw1.) Riccaboni: "Welcome ladies and gentlemen, to another entry into the history that is WWX Destruction. I am told that we are going to have to cut backstage, so let's do that now." We join Hardcore Champion Kenny Dykstra and Mikey. Mikey: "You forced my hand. What was I supposed to do? Let you be my fearless leader and blindly take orders? It took me two tries to get a legitimate match out of you and you're supposed to be my friend. I am tired of people thinking that you are the breakout star between the two of us. Why can't we both breakout? Not only am I sick of being treated like the second banana, but I am sick of you not having my back the way you once did. So, tonight, I am going to go out there and pick apart a man who was 3 seconds away from being a World Champion, and I am going to do it by myself." Tom Phillips is in the back with Brodus Clay, who squares off with Mr. McMahon tonight. Clay: "Vince McMahon..gave me the exposure that I needed that has led me to this point. But he is the man I have to go through to get to the top. I am in a position in this company that I never was in McMahon's organization." Phillips: "Are you underestimating him tonight?" Clay: "No. He may not have the technical ability others have, but he does have ring experience. Anyone with ring experience is a threat in that squared circle." We now join The Hitman in The General Manager's office. Hart is smirking. Hart: "Okay, you know what, I have no idea. Me and this little pipsqueak? We're not exactly the Hart Foundation." DiBiase: "Just trust me. This is going to be...best for business." Hart: "Trust you? Trust you?! I can barely understand my tag team partner. How can I trust him?" DiBiase: "Look you tried to become the next NWA Champion. That didn't work for you. You don't know where you want to go next, so give this a shot. Now, I have other matters to attend to, I'm sure you can find the door." Mikey is talking to Mr. McMahon now. Mikey: "Sir, if you somehow lose this match it will be because Clay cheats in his matches. You should be our next World Heavyweight Champion." McMahon closes his locker room door in Mikey's face.
Mikey's entrance theme has changed from the Spirit Squad group theme to a Green Day medley and the crowd has exploded. Borash: "I am sure this goes without saying, but the fact that all 5 of these men are finally moving away from their days as male cheerleaders is really helping the fans to get behind them. Mikey is trying to distance himself from the other members and he has started by firmly challenging them to matches and, now, by changing his entrance music to something more serious. The credit for these moves has to go to GM DiBiase. I know many say he is corrupt for still doing business with The Council, but this could be his way of saying he's starting to part ways with them. We would be lying if we said we didn't want to see more of this budding Mikey/Kenny Dykstra rivalry, especially with the new Mikey on the scene, but he was right when he said earlier that he had a big opportunity here." Riccaboni: "You may get your wish, Borash. The Hardcore Champion is making a beeline for the ring and Mikey has hopped the barricade. Who knows which side he would be on here. But here comes The Sandman, and he gets right in the champion's face. The Sandman doesn't care why Dykstra's here, but he is here for a match." Dykstra takes a seat at the announce table. The Sandman vs. MikeyThe bell dings. Sandman starts off with a heel kick to the face, then hammers away with lefts and rights. Mikey punches back and they grapple on the mat. Ryback and Alex Shelley arrive at the top of the ramp to watch this one. Mikey goes to the top rope, but Sandman heads up after him and kicks him down to the floor. He tries a baseball slide, Mikey dodges it, then takes Sandman down with a huge lariat. He sends Sandman barreling into the steel steps, and then shakes the ropes to play up to the crowd. Sandman shakes it off, slides back in the ring, and gets into a punch out with Mikey. Mikey has Sandman reeling before a well timed jab knocks him down for the cover. 1..kick out. Mikey stomps him once and heads up to the top again. Mikey goes for a flying clothesline, but Sandman catches him with a well placed boot to the sternum. The grapple and slug it out on the mat once again until Sandman takes the upper hand by taking Mikey by the back of the head and slamming his knee into his face. Mikey reverses an irish whip, ducks a forearm, but turns into a stiff clothesline. Cover by Sandman: 1...kick out. Sandman picks him up and goes for more knee lifts, but Mikey catches the leg and hits a powerbomb. Mikey lifts him up again, appears to be going for another powerbomb, but he builds momentum with a running start, and connects with splash mountain into the cover. 1...2..shoulder up! They are both back to their feet at the same time, when Sandman hits a series of kicks, backing Mikey into the corner. Sandman throws him into the center of the ring and hits a russian leg sweep. Ryback has seen enough and charges the ring. He knocks Sandman out of the way with a shoulder tackle, which he follows up immediately with a shell shock. Mikey tries to get out of there, but Shelley shell shocks him on the outside. Dykstra gets back up and takes on Ryback with a steel chair in hand. Dykstra smacks him on the back, then hits a double underhook DDT on the chair to Ryback. Dykstra follows up by saving Mikey from Shelley with a chair shot to the skull. No ContestBorash: "Despite their differences, the Hardcore Champion has come to the rescue. These two should have been able to fight each other without all of these people getting dragged along. Mikey is trying to reinvent himself here. This was going really well and Sandman was finally showing signs of life after his performances over the last few weeks."

No votes received. Simulation. (thanks to dcw1.) Riccaboni: "Welcome sportsfans to Friday Night Destruction. Tonight we are emanating live from The Pepsi Arena in Albany, New York." JB: "Kenny Dykstra has been extremely active as Hardcore Champion. He does, after all, have huge shoes to fill after Maven's reign lasted years. Tonight, Alex Shelley returns to championship competition as Dykstra's challenger and, as he is already the top contender to Shad Gaspard's North American Championship, for now anyway, it does not look like he will be going away any time soon." Riccaboni: "We are also going to be treated to a World Title match featuring the best in the world, the 3-Time WWX World Heavyweight Champion himself, CM Punk. Mr. Kennedy, the Money in the Bank briefcase holder, is also set to compete tonight." JB: "Sounds like an undeniably good two hours of television. Nobody has been able to permamently unseat CM Punk, but will that change after tonight's main event? DiBiase seems to be losing the ratings war to Saxton over on Thursday nights, could this World Title match be his answer to those concerns voiced by President Tunney?" We see The Sandman arriving in the parking lot, and it appears he has some people waiting for him. Riccaboni: "Shane McMahon and Mr. Kennedy are planning to ambush Sandman ahead of his match with tag team champion Big Show tonight! Wait, here come the nWo Tag Team Champions now. They're putting a stop to it. Scott Hall slams the back of McMahons head into a truck, but before this can get any uglier Kennedy slams Hall in the head with his briefcase and low blows Big Show before grabbing McMahon and high tailing it out of there." Alex Shelley is in the ring, microphone in hand. Shelley: "Dykstra may be a fairly lackluster champion. Still, you have to give him credit for taking two matches to defeat Mikey and keep his title around his waist. But do I look like Mikey to anybody? I'm not wearing some sparkly unitard, I'm here for a fight. I was planning to do an open challenge tonight, but I figure why not call out a champion who has to defend against me instead?" JB: "Here comes the champion now, looks like he has a chip on his shoulder, and why shouldn't he? He's beaten a respectable number of superstars thus far into his reign, which he looks to continue tonight, of course." Riccaboni: "The fans are firmly behind him. You might say why would they when he ran out during his title match a couple of weeks ago, but such is the life of the Hardcore Champion." JB: "Kenny Dykstra was once let go from his LCWF contract and now here he is today as your Hardcore Champion. He also puts it all on the line by just stepping into the building." Riccaboni: "There are those who feel that him holding the Hardcore Title is holding him back, but do we think he can take the World Title from CM Punk? I mean I do, of course. It does not help of, though, having to fight off the entire locker room at all times does not really leave much time to pursue the World's Title. Regardless, his matches are always what they are promised to be..hardcore." WWX Hardcore Championship MatchKenny Dykstra(c) vs. Alex ShelleyThe bell sounds. Dykstra with the Thesz press, then the traditional punches. Then he gets up and starts stomping and kicking away at him, until Shelley rolls to the outside. Dykstra follows him outside and clotheslines him over the barricade. Dykstra plays off the crowd, then Shelley gets back up and sends Dykstra careening into the steel ring steps. Shelley brings him back inside the ring, but Dykstra regains control by winning a test of strength. It turns out, Dykstra swiped Shelley's camera and smashes it off Shelley's head after he shoved Shelley back. Dykstra into a lax cover. 1...2...3! Here is your winner and STILL WWX Hardcore Champion: Kenny Dykstra JB: "Five star match just because Dykstra won. No, all jokes aside, that was a decent match for a match where weapons were in play and the crowd loved seeing Dykstra win, so it did its job."

Voting has closed. All proceeds from this image go to dcw1. The opening Destruction intro plays featuring prominent shots of World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk, now in his third reign, now spliced in with shots of his title defense against Brodus Clay. Riccaboni: "Welcome one and all to Friday Night Destruction, which is always a wild ride. Tonight we are live from the Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. There seems to be something up with the referees here this evening, so there could be some strange officiating tonight. Fair warning.” Borash: “We have quite a main event planned as we approach our 50th show next week, with Mr. Money in the Bank challenging for the tag team belts. Throughout this company everyone who has won Money in the Bank has seen their fortunes turn around in an instant. The referees assure me that if there is no roughhousing involving them, then they will still call everything right down the middle.” Riccaboni: “We have some strange matches for you as well, as Joey Styles is confident his training is at an end and has challenged Brock Lesnar tonight for his Million Dollar Championship. One on one.” Mr. Perfect makes his way down to the ring. Perfect: “Lesnar is obviously a fighting champion, taking on some rookie tonight. Well, if by some miracle he manages to overcome that challenge he has me to contend with. I am perfectly capable of putting him on a stretcher and I will. So, let’s make our match No Holds Barred. It will still be a wrestling match, but, selfishly, I want to be the one to end this reign so I will do so by any means necessary.” Riccaboni: “Perfect is the kind of champion we all want representing us and it appears as though he is set to take out his frustrations about losing the World Heavyweight Championship on the beast incarnate. Mr. Perfect was not even booked on last week’s show, but he is far from done on Friday Nights. In fact, Perfect has not been seen since he earned the right to challenge Lesnar. Seems he was picking his spot. ” Out comes Lesnar to the entrance ramp, flanked by Paul Heyman and police officers. Heyman: “My client, the Million Dollar Champion, was ordered by your general manager, Mr. DiBiase, to defend his championship tonight ahead of the pay-per-view. Although, he was able to select his opponent from anyone on the roster and we thought you would approve of his choice, since he is just about as athletically gifted as you claim to be. He is perfectly capable of defending his title against the likes of you and when he does it will be over quickly enough for you to throw a perfect spiral or whatever is you do. He’d also like to remind everyone that he personally stopped a number of attacks on the referees himself. He’s a role model. As long as his legs carry him and the championship, there’s nothing you can do to stop him. Now that that’s settled, please enjoy the preview of your match that you will see later tonight.” Heyman, the cops, and Lesnar leave as Brother Devon comes out to call out his rivals The Diner. Mr. Perfect stays in the ring and is joined by The Diner and Brodus Clay as they stare down Devon.Brother Devon vs. Trevor Murdoch (Managers: Mr. Perfect, Brodus Clay, & Eric Young) Murdoch heads Devon off and the ramp and they start slugging away at each other, but, due to the on-going situation with the referees, Mr. Perfect, Brodus Clay, and Eric Young were all able to beat down Devon as well, since the referee, Earl Hebner, told them that he would give them whatever leeway they wanted. Only after the four of them think they have Devon beaten enough do they roll him in the ring and Hebner calls for the bell. Murdoch high fives his allies, but Devon surprises him with a roll up and gets a noticeably slow count. 1…..kick out. Murdoch escapes out of it and hits a snap suplex for a cover and a much faster count. 1..shoulder up. Before they can stand, Devon elbows Murdoch in the jaw and goes for another cover. 1…2.but Young pulls Hebner out of the ring. Young goes to strike Hebner, but Perfect pulls him out of the way and Young takes Perfect out with a lariat. Clay arguing with Young telling him they had Hebner in their pocket, but Young does not want to hear it as Devon has Murdoch in a small package. Slick Johnson runs down for the count. 1…2..pulled out by Young again. Young, Clay, Hebner, Johnson, and Perfect are all arguing now. They’re distracted long enough for Devon to punch away at Murdoch, which knocks him back into the turnbuckle. Devon, makes sure they’re all still pointing fingers, then hits a reverse tornado DDT on Murdoch. Referee Mike Chioda runs down to count. 1…2…3! Here is your winner via pinfall (reverse tornado DDT): Brother Devon

Nice to see WWX return, I like the idea of Perfect/Lesnar hopefully you can build that well and maybe touch on their amateur backgrounds a bit in the build up.
The Murdoch/Devon match confused me a little, why was Eric Young in the corner of Murdoch but costing him the match pulling out Hebner who was on their side? Not sure if I missed something but it was strange.

Voting has closed. A new and improved logo, thank you dcw1. The opening Destruction intro plays featuring prominent shots of World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk, now in his third reign, spliced in with shots of his title defenses against Brodus Clay and Mr. Perfect. Riccaboni: "Welcome one and all to Friday Night Destruction, which is always a wild ride and promises to be even more suspenseful as we approach our second full calendar year in existence. With you live from ringside I, Ian Riccaboni, and, usual interviewer, but promoted to commentator on Friday nights, JB, Jeremy Borash.”
Borash: “Hello everyone live from Dallas, Texas tonight and we are joined right at the opening of tonight’s show by our General Manager, Ted DiBiase, Jr., in the ring, let’s hear from him.”
DiBiase: “Ladies and gentlemen, please join me in welcoming, standing at 6’3, weighing in at 257lbs, from Robbinsdale, Minnesota, Mr. Perfect! Mr. Perfect makes his way down the ramp, high fiving and embracing the fans, and then makes his way into the ring and stands toe to toe with DiBiase. DiBiase glared at him the entire time. We have to have a conversation you and I because it seems like every five minutes the guys in the back are coming in to my office to tell me about an issue that they have with you. I have heard that you are threatening families and that you are not afraid of me because you will do whatever you have to do and that includes hurting me, or worse! Here’s what I think needs to be done to settle this. You will compete in 5 matches, two this week, and three next week, and, look I get it, you’re a former World Heavyweight Champion now, but I can’t have hotheads going around and being openly disrespectful on my show! I can’t strip you of your World Title or even your shot at the World Title because I already told you that you would not be receiving another one. However, you’re doing all of this after I named you the number one ranked challenger to Brock Lesnar’s Million Dollar Championship. A title which you can only challenge for if I give the go ahead, and many fans have been excited for this match since I reintroduced the championship because you were both in the finals for it, but also because both of you have similar backgrounds. So, if you fail to win at least three of these five matches I will not only strip you of your right to challenge Lesnar at Gold Rush, but you will also never receive a match for the title as long as Lesnar is my champion. You’re athletic prowess makes regular matches too easy and this is supposed to be a punishment, so you will be competing in a chokeslam match, an inferno match, a boiler room brawl, a casket match, and a brahma bull rope match. You won’t know who your opponents are going to be or when each match will take place until the very last minute and neither will the fans. I guess we might as well get started right now, introducing your first opponent, your former boss and mine, standing at 6’2, weighing in at 248lbs, he is Mr. McMahon himself. He will be your opponent in your chokeslam match because you and I both know he doesn’t fight fair and I’m giving the referee instructions to allow that, now, get a referee down here!” The bell dings. Chokeslam Challenge Match: Mr. Perfect (Manager: Brodus Clay) vs. Mr. McMahonBorash: “Here comes Perfect’s muscle quickly down to ringside as he didn’t, and neither did we, expect Mr. Perfect to be competing within the opening minutes of this broadcast. Apparently, Perfect was upset about losing the World Title back to CM Punk, certainly more upset than we could tell, and said some things he should not have, which has forced DiBiase into making a decision like the one here tonight.”
Perfect attacks McMahon as soon as he gets in the ring, but McMahon blocks a jab attempt and delivers a headbutt. Perfect right back up quickly, but runs into another headbutt. Then another. Finally, McMahon swings and misses wildly and Perfect is on the offensive as he rains rights and lefts down on him in the corner. Perfect goes for an irish whip, but McMahon holds on to the ropes and tosses him into the corner. McMahon begins delivering open hand chops to the chest.
Riccaboni: “McMahon has not forgotten the match a couple weeks back where Perfect cost him a World Heavyweight Title match so that Brodus Clay could become the number one ranked contender. We know now, of course, that Brodus Clay was not going to be able to get the job done, but at the time it was a tremendous power move by these two who could easily be future tag team champions.”
McMahon delivers kick after kick to the ribs of Perfect, and then goes back to the open hand chops. McMahon grabs him by the hair and tosses him into the center of the ring. Perfect starts making his way back to his feet and McMahon drops him with a stiff elbow to the back of the head. McMahon is driving a series of knees into the ribs of Perfect in the corner now. McMahon irish whips him into the opposing corner and goes for a running forearm smash, but Perfect moves out of the way and McMahon hits the turnbuckle hard.
Borash: “Perfect has crossed so many people on Destruction now everybody wants a piece of him, but the question is how can Perfect chokeslam McMahon when McMahon has been given the go ahead to use a low blow whenever he wants? DiBiase obviously trying to stack the deck against Perfect since, by his own rules, he cannot strip Perfect of his position as Lesnar’s challenger without doing so in the ring.”
Perfect makes his first attempt to chokeslam McMahon, but McMahon connects with the low blow. Clay gets in DiBiase’s face at ringside and is arguing about the decision to allow that, so the referee goes out to try to break them up as they almost come to blows. Meanwhile, in the ring, McMahon has chokeslammed Mr. Perfect and is wondering why the bell hasn’t declared him the winner. He goes over and pulls the referee up to the apron by his shirt and screams in his face that he chokeslammed him and this match is over. Before he can receive an answer, Perfect is back up and delivers a running knee to McMahon, which causes the referee to be thrown from the apron…but he’s caught by Brodus Clay! Clay obstructs the referee’s view by holding on to him despite DiBiase ordering him to roll him back into the ring. This allows Perfect to low blow McMahon himself and only then does Clay roll the referee back in, so he can see Perfect deliver the chokeslam, as DiBiase is furious. Roberts: “ The winner of tonight’s chokeslam challenge is Mr. Perfect!” DiBiase heads into the ring behind Perfect’s back and hits him with Dream Street. DiBiase picks him up and goes for it again, but Clay is standing tall in the ring. Clay lifts Perfect up and carries him back up the ramp.
Riccaboni: “Perfect knew McMahon had an advantage in this one and went on the offensive early, which could have been the difference for the former World Champion. DiBiase clearly upset, though, that his plan is falling to pieces as Perfect is already two victories away from continuing on to challenge Brock Lesnar at Gold Rush. Knowing our general manager, though, this is far from over as he will do whatever he can, just as Perfect said he would, to stack the deck in his favor moving forward.”

McMahon dominated Perfect……even with a size advantage I’m sure Perfect could counter his offense with his amateur wrestling background. Would of liked to have seen Perfect respond to Dibiase as well but he just got spoken at and didn’t get a word in. We’ll see where this goes, hopefully Perfect can get another title shot at some point.

I’d like to see McMahon taken more seriously as an in-ring competitor tbh, and not just the guy who does nothing but plays dirty. He’s been in the business so long he should at least have a decent move set picked up by now. Also, part of my plan for that match, which I now realize probably didn’t translate well over text, was for it to be spontaneous and out of nowhere. So, Perfect didn’t get a chance to respond because as soon as DiBiase finished speaking he called for the match to start and Perfect was caught off guard, not even really ready to compete. I’d definitely like to see him back in the title picture too, but even I don’t know how long it could be before he’s back.
