I wonder if items signed as Dean exist from the original run. I know he said he only signed as Dean once, for a sick child, but I think that was at a more recent (post WWF signing). I think the problem would be items like promo photos often got thrown out or lost but so many items from even long deceased stars have come out there might be something in existence.

I completely forgot about the story with him signing as Dean once for the sick kid. The project I'm working on is IC champs from the 90's with them and the title. Because he only had it for around 15 minutes, he never did a promo shoot with the title. Which I'm fine with because I think it points out the unique story of his "run". The only thing I can find signed with him and the title is this picture(this isn't mine, just something several people have offered me):  Here is my Trish Stratus signed poster from I think March of this year:   |

He did fine in that role, but the arrogant heel was always his best. I also like his tweener status when he returned to WCW in 1995/96. He wasn't quite a babyface, but he wasn't a full blown heel either. |

He has his own page where he sells shirts and 8x10s.I remember reading promoters trying to get em for conventions but no go. This is all he will do |

He runs a trailer company in Minnesota I think. I wonder how he is with customers. His wife posted two personal pics of him on facebook a few years ago and after fans went crazy bringing attention to them she removed from.

One gem I got coming up is this. It's gonna be signed by Taker but it's already signed by Perfect,Luger,Tatanka and a few others.And to top it off its an original giant poster used in Vegas to promote the show  |

I like both those Bret & Piper pics. Sorry PJ, I've just seen your message. Thanks, apart from the Slaughter, all others were obtained in person. We tend to not get a lot of signings in Scotland but I've been fortunate to meet some really big names and Bret and Piper were two of the best! I'm also one of those collectors that whenever I meet a wrestler I always ask if they can personalise it to me, as I don't ever plan on selling things like that obviously. The Mick Foley was personalised but I didn't ask for my name. My favourite Foley moment was from a backstage segment with Edge and Christian when Mick was the commissioner, and I told him about it and he spoke to me about his run as commissioner. So my Foley auto has "Mick just got you soda" inscribed on it, which I'm honestly guessing nobody will remember the reference but it stuck with me and I love it. |
