Really hoping we see Koko in the Legends line soon. I was gutted when it was cancelled a while back. What attire would everyone want? He’d make a great chase candidate. I’d like a yellow hasbro style purely for nostalgia.  |

I was never a fan of koko so I don’t care if they don’t make it.
..But, if they made it and it looked good I feel like I’d have to buy it because he fits into the era I collect

Definitely needs to be the main elite line, Legends line, or a PPV elite line. I wish the Legends line would try to have one FTIL figure/character each series.
Definitely no to collector's ebay exclusive.
His lawsuit was thrown out pretty fast compared to the concussion lawsuit that he wasn't part of. Either WWE doesnt care to sign him to another Legends deal or he turned it down.

This is a Legend that I have no idea who I’d want first of.... Whether it’s from 1986ish to High Energy, I wish they would do a UE version but I feel MDT would break the top tier talent rule to get more buck for the bang haha. My only gripe is they’d probably do him in Steamboat scale and not Mysterio/ or even Sin Cara scale

If they ever do his High Energy gear, they need to do an Anvil from New Foundation so we have a team that matches even though they didn't actually tag together.
I'd rather have that, but if not, I guess he can go on the shelf next to Rockers Shawn, Too Cool Scotty, Bulldogs DBS, Yoko, and Colossal Connection Andre.

 I'd be cool with any cool colorful look except high energy. I hate hate hated high energy and those neon pants and suspenders. Anything but that please. And jakks had a good looking figure.  |

High Energy would be the worst possible choice to make just for the simple fact we know we'd never get the matching Owen. Im fairly happy with my custom but I wouldnt mind seeing a Koko down the line. Id love for it to be something bright like pink or yellow

Wasn't he involved in the concussion lawsuit? He was involved in smaller lawsuit with Konstantine W. Kyro (the same concussion lawyer) that also involved Blackjack Mulligan, Ivan Koloff and The Dynamite Kid. I thought that was dismissed in 2016, but it looks like I got confused with the judge dismissing WWE’s preemptive lawsuits against Koko B. Ware, Blackjack Mulligan, Ivan Koloff and The Dynamite Kid.
It looks like the ruling dismissing Koko's lawsuit was in September 2018 along with the rest of the cases (that 50+ plaintiff list). I couldn't find any information on if he was involved in the appeal that was dismissed in September 2020. So his lawsuit either ended in 9/18 or 9/20. For 9/20, most articles just mention a handful of names from the 50+ plaintiff lawsuit, including Paul Orndorff, which doesn't appear accurate since his Legends figure was coming out around that time (meaning Paul must have dropped out of the lawsuit at some point).

I don't collect that era, but I'd love a Koko figure if he was done right.
He was always so colorful that he'd make a great fig. Although, probably not make High Energy because it'd be an insult knowing we'd never get Owen to go with him.
I doubt we'll get one though. Vinny Mac holds a grudge.
