Elites looks great, with Roman being my favourite. The white / gold glove would have been a nice addition though.
That Edge is the drizzling shits though. How anyone at Mattel looked at that and thought ‘that’s gonna make us some money’ is beyond me. Crown Jewel HBK looks like a character from The Hills Have Eyes. Minus the Triple H and Lacey figures, it sucks to see how the quality of Basic figures seems to have fallen off a cliff recently.

Man, Basic 119 and 120 had no deco budget, did they? Not that the basics usually do, but sheesh. Black, black, black everywhere. Saving a lot of money with that all-black catsuit! And is that really what Shawn looks like these days? Man oh man. At first I thought Edge was supposed to be a zombie or something with that discolored skin, until I realized it was supposed to be a shirt. Is it just me or does that headsculpt on the Elite Cena look like some little kid?
I do rather like the Elite Reigns, but I don't need a new one. I'll get that Shawn to add to my HBK collection; the rest I will leave for others.

That HBK and Edge are something special. I can’t believe they went to the effort of sculpting the skinny jeans and boots, only to paint on the shirt. Mattel usually have a good standard but most of the basic level figures lately are in the seriously ‘yikes’ category.

First time I've ever been able to cycle through all the photos. And I didn't see too much I liked.
They're really pushing the McIntyre figures (which I get), but a Top Picks figure with nothing more than a title included (and the hands, but those are a yawn)? I'm a little surprised.
And another rehash Roman, which looks cool but should have the blue Universal title. They seem intent on getting every different vest out there; too bad it's such a minor detail. And shouldn't he have the gold wrist protector? Or did this have it and I just missed it?
I like the Rey. We don't get enough variety in the Elite lines, so that's extra bonus points.
The headsculpt for Cena seems less accurate than more-recent releases, for some reason. I wanted to see a picture without the cap, but no dice.
The coolest figs were the Beast Mode figs, which I don't collect but seem pretty slick. If they did classic superstars, I'd probably buy them.

Wow that edge 😂. I was so confused til someone said its supposed to be a shirt I was thinking when did edge paint stuff on his chest. The top picks Cena and rey are def pick ups for me.
