No doubt haters will find any minute thing to whine about, or just make stuff up or instead insult the fanbase. And I've been enjoying myself. But between the audio difficulties (whether AEW's fault or not), drastic shifts in creative direction, and the shenanigans of Ryo and Maki (valid character work) that will be criticized as useless goofy sh*t, that's a lot of substantive material. Absolutely they will be. If people who regularly watch and enjoy aew don't like those angles that's fine, not everything's gonna click and that's cool. But the gremlins who will play gotcha with that stuff aren't even worth the time it takes to read their whining The women’s stuff was bad, in both concept and execution. Can’t defend it. |
