I picked up NHL Series 7 Peter Forsberg & MLB Series 9 Andruw Jones today. Slowly working on my MOC McFarlane collection.

When!,Why?,Who For! They are saying that he was pretty much cut for Vinitari, even though they were announced together  And they added Tomlinson2 to the set. McFarlane is also saying that having two players of the same team in a set is bad..... yeah right look at their MLB sets, may i say Yankees |

NFL9 is pretty trash. What the  has Jake Plummer EVER done to merit an action figure? I know McFarlane has a hardon for Broncos figs, but still... couldn't LT2 have replaced this mediocre piece of crapplayer instead of Law? KENDRELL BELL? Why him and not Joey Porter? or Keith Bullock, who is a classless piece of shit, but he's a better player than Bell? Or Boulware, Julian Peterson, Willie McGinest.... JONATHAN OGDEN? They decide to do an OL and they do him over the most famous one playing the game in Larry Allen? I still see the old Holmes in stores. No reason for a new one already. I'll get the Urlacher since I never got one from the old set, I like the Johnson... but that's about it. |

Ogden was a decent choice, but Allen could have been better. Urlacher is just pretty much a revamped one from the Favre/Ur-Slacker two pack. I like the Orange shoes. Holmes is very very disappointing. The Johnson is missing the new side design on the jersey (can someone say Bledsoe? ) And lastly, I believe Plummer deserves a sportspick. Give this guy credit, he was the QB that took the Cardinals to only their second playoff trip in 50 years. Now that he is a Bronco, his name is brought up more then when he was in Arizona. Heck if there is anyone that doesnt deserve one, that is Trent Green and he comes out in NFL 10 I give NFL nine a grade of B-, their first O-Line player boosted up the grade. |

Yeah that 2 pack is set as the second MLB 2 pack behind Jeter/Nomar, but the Jeter/Nomar was pushed back in its release, because of all the Shaq/Ming Thomas/McCaffrey two packs rotting on shelves. Plus the MLB season is pretty long and their last MLB series is now hitting stores, so this gives them something to sell towards the end of regular season into the playoffs. I cant wait till the 12 inch sammy comes out ;D |

finally found my kobe bryant series 1 about 3 weeks ago, but i didnt want to pay $28 at the place so i waited and found it for $14 in st.paul, MN. great price i think, its only $2 more then the new series. So now i have iverson#2, kobe, carmello, lebron, pippen, and rose. i think im good for awhile till they make some more bulls, maybe ill get a shaq and T-mac, but im happy now. Not gunna drop another penny on SPs for a few months now i hope, dont wanna hit thirty figs in my first year collecting, and im already at 26..........kinda sad, thats over $300 when i make it to 30.......could have bought some new subs for my car with that much. oh well, SPs still kick ash.
