Ok but I do need that Flair. Finally a “WOO” head from Mattel, great color choice they haven’t made elite yet, and I’ll probably need 2 so I can give all horsemen their hand pose.
These UEs are a bit hit or miss

When is the eta of the UE stone cold? I’m assuming it’ll just be a pre order for that. Doesn’t seem logical for everyone to get their hopes up for anything else. It’s not the UE Austin. That will be later and also has Flair in the set. Flair is beautiful! I'm so happy that his boots turned out to be the pink ones (which are accurate) instead of the light purple (which he wore later). If I were to nitpick, the toes of the boots should be white. I wonder how difficult that piece is to swap?

I’m going back and forth on getting Austin. The added articulation is nice but the accessories don’t excite me. I’m pretty happy with my DM Austin.
Flair looks good but I’m not a fan of that attire so it’s an easy pass for me. Just personal preference. Hopefully he’ll be in the line again in other colors.

I ordered both. Flair looks fantastic. Just wish his knee pads were down his shins MIB. But seeing I am a loose collector that’s not an issue. Austin looks good, but thicker arms and legs would be so much better.

I know these are Mattel, but you can’t make an “Ultimate” stone cold without beer and middle fingers There’s a page on ig that does customs. They’re doing custom middle finger hands for stone cold |

Kinda like don’t make an UE Austin if you’re gonna give him pointer fingers, a fat dookie chain and make him so skinny. This figure isn’t for me. Maybe if you don’t have a Stone Cold or are a huge fan and get them all. |

Beer cans - no. Soda/no label cans - possible Not even just plain aluminum soda cans? All I said was no “beer” cans. Beyond that, wouldn’t know until we officially explored. |

I will have to say that Flair is fantastic! I’m already curious how it’ll look with the giant/flair basic head on it. Also, this is a brand new torso correct? Looks similar to the Hogan torso. Nonetheless, the gem of the set. Austin imo is another Stone Cold release. I feel like Mattel sometimes ignores the improvements we want on figures. We want Cody Rhodes/thicker legs on Austin, bigger arms, that straight faced head is outdated... it just don’t look good anymore. It feels like a bland figure to me, except the Rock actually looked better.. I’ll see how I feel about it later.

The Flair is great.
The Austin just doesn't have enough meat on the bone for me. Literally and figuratively. The render Mattel originally showed looked like they finally thickened up the legs, but nope. This really isn't a vast improvement from his normal Elites like the Rock Ultimate was IMO.

-The butterfly joints have a lot more movement now (he showed pictures of Austin with the arms way farther than Hogan’s will go)
-Austin 3:16 shirt is a softer cloth than normal with no velcro, wanted to do the full Austin 3:16 design, and this type of shirt may be an occasional thing in the future
