My stores have jackshit. My K-Marts have the SMC9 series, but no Reilly or Carnage. My Wal-Marts have an over-abundance of those crappy Spider-Man 2 toys, and they brief selection of ML5(About 3 Surfers on a given day). Toys R Us is horrible. Just all of ML4. Target is awful, no ML5, just crap loads of Beast and Punisher of ML4, and those Hulk and Spider Man 2 figures. My stores are bare.

yeah, its sucking pretty hard here. Target got ONE box of ML5 in, and the other Target hasnt gotten any, but DID get the X/Hulk classics. WM is still clogging shelves with ML4. I regret not getting Sabertooth when he was around-but Im glad I got Surfer, Colosuss, and Archangel. But I needs me a Blade and Cyclops soon.
Grraargh!
Note-Target(or mine anyway) has temp reduction prices on ML figs. Something like 5.50 or so. So I pray they get some ML5 soon and I can save a little dough.

Interesting...I just ordered 2...we'll see what happens..... On another note, I got my XMC Cyclops yesterday  Really a nice figure. Sculpt and articulation are up to par with ML. The 2 holes in his pack are hardly noticeable. The only thing i don't like about this figure is that the light up feature hinders the neck movement...he can't look up or down. When he stands up straight, his head is automatically looking down some, so you have to arch his back to make him look straight ahead. While this is an exceptional figure, I do hope he gets true ML treatment with no action feature. I'll try and get some pics tonight...should also be getting Archangel today in the mail. |

OooooOoO! That Cyclops is awesome. Even has his finger set to push the visor(which past action figs, and some comic artists, forget he has to do). Very nice.
I like 'Angel, but I hate the action feature on him. Its so pointless and it would have made him a lot less heavy without it. The wings themselves are pretty cool, though. Shame he didnt get a Sentinel base like all the other Xmen.

Marvel Legends series 5 has hit my Toys R Us here in Kansas FINALLY. I went today after one of my classmates who works there told me they got some in on Sunday. I went in and all they had was a Surfer and a Colossus. I picked up both and went home a estatic fan.
These figures are perfect in everyway. I am so glad I picked them up today.
