Not one has been found -- not one word from Jeremy or Jazzwares about this. So strange. Maybe they're not coming for some reason?
Either that -- or there's a TON of AEW series 3 that will hit retail -- or maybe all the chases are in the small amount left to hit retail (since Series 3 seems to have gotten pretty broad distro via RSC and in Target and Walmart retail)

To my knowledge none have been spotted in stores from 3 or 4. What I do know is Ringside done a give away for the series 3 chases during the AEW ppv and based on the winners announced I counted a total of 18 chases given away. Likely also is the MWFP get one each, this has been common with series 1&2 but they got a lot of hate for the special treatment so if they did get them they have been told to keep it on the down low, so I would assume that’s another 6. And of course I am sure some of Ringsides employees can be provided with one. To be honest it’s something that really puts me off the AEW line, especially as Jeremy stated these were strictly for retail stores. I am not sure how this qualifies Ringside (as much as I am a fan) but it’s not a retail store. Would love to hear others feedback on the chases and what others thoughts are.

Once ringside lost its monopoly on selling the chases, I lost all hope.

Once ringside lost its monopoly on selling the chases, I lost all hope. Considering how many more there are going to be in future waves, I think RSC will get enough of them to be able to sell them like that first set. It’s only going to be these first 10 or 12 that are really hard to get hopefully

Once ringside lost its monopoly on selling the chases, I lost all hope. I actually think that has been a big issue with the chases and you worded it perfectly in that since series one it’s been a monopoly. I feel a lot of people would be more understanding if Ringside and Jazwares were open and honest about it, it’s very evident that there is a certain amount of chases assigned to ringside. No one will convince me it’s just been the luck of the draw and Ringside just happen to get enough quantities to actually sell online. Jeremy got away with a lot of this limited stuff when he was running Jakks, but collectors are more informed and respectfully if something is called a chase then that’s what it should be across the board.

If so, yes I agree and I think with Social Media toy providers can be held more accountable than ever and in a lot of ways answer customers questions directly, but I also think the collector has matured and has confidence to seek clarity in a respectful manner (I know this is not always the case), I mean I was a teen when Classic Superstars started. Agin to my point I think chases have hurt the AEW line and Jeremy I hope has learned what worked in the past does not work today. I also hear a lot about how “this is the toy business” well in my opinion it’s been bad business to not make them MORE accessible to those who want them, it’s leaving money on the table. I know they are changing this but I truly believe the damage has been done with the chases, especially for people like myself who wish to complete lines.

If they kept doing 1/500 & 1/1000 forever I would probably give up at some point despite loving AEW What I meant was more along the lines of social media didn’t exist, so stuff like 1 of 5 Warrior and the 1 of 100 toy fare figures weren’t known to most of the collector base or kids. Only people on sites like here would really have known about them. But today you go on Jermey’s twitter and all the replies are “we want chases where are the chases”, and even worse for Jeremy, “I haven’t found a single AEW figure this sucks”

I am the same man a huge fan of the AEW line but I would not being honest if I did not say the chases drive me nuts, I don’t think it would be so bad but Jazwares numbered every AEW figure and I display mine in order (OCD) and their is gaps now as the chases are numbered also so it’s been annoying in that way. I am a big fan of Jeremy but I have seen some practices that are fairly questionable to me but I understand it. Influencers have got Chases sent to them and I have seen instances where this has been rubbed in the faces of collectors, I seriously near quit the line for that reason, if I don’t feel respected by a provider they simply don’t deserve for me to spend my hard earned income on their products. As they are new I felt a second chance was warranted but we shall see how it pans out. But I feel collectors need to have self worth also in these situations, these lines and companies only survive with support and customers and a lot of times that is taken for granted. I feel with the chase numbers being increased, that was the result of a whole collector community making their voices heard, and I for one will welcome the changes going forward.

When I'm going to walmart and finding nothing but empty pegs time and time again, and the one time I do find something it's 12 of the same unloved basic? That's not hunting, that's the definition of insanity. Hunting for chases in this climate is like trying to score a 36 inch palomino at the most popular creek within driving distance. It doesn't help that there's only one in the water to begin with, when you get there the the bank is already choked full 3 hours before sunrise, every single other fisherman on that creek has infinite bait and tackle, and at the end of the day, those annoying jerks have no interest in the sport to begin with, all they want is to mount every trout they catch and sell it to someone for 20 dollars an inch. You're honestly lucky if you can catch any fish at all to bring home with you and what you do reel in is probably 2 inches above minimum keep size and something you don't even want like a damn rock bass or worse, a bluegill.

Yesterday I saw an unopened case at Target. I didn't open. Today they have one figure missing, PAC. Did I blow a chase or did someone really buy PAC and left the rest?

But I came to this hole looking for trout. I want my trout.
