10- Bayley
9- Becky Lynch
8- Alundra Blayze
7- Chyna
6- Sasha Banks
5- Mickie James
4- Lita
3- Beth Phoenix
2- Trish Stratus
1- Charlotte Flair kind of hard to argue her as being the GOAT...12 times as a champion...10 times with the RAW/SD Women's Championship...2 times with the NXT Women's Championship...Royal Rumble Match winner...so many accolades in such a short time. Given who her father is, possibly the greatest of all time Ric Flair like those are huge shoes to fill. A lot of expectations but she's exceeded them and even surpassed them. Take in she's only been on the scene since 2014/15 so in excess 6 or 7 years and look at what she's already accomplished.
This is my top 10
But who is in your top 10 as far as greatest Women's wrestlers of all time?

I'm assuming these lists are supposed to be limited to WWE only?

This is basically all US women I’ve watched since I haven’t seen much women work outside of the US. This is mainly based on accomplishments as well which is why women like Elizabeth, Sherri, Sunny, Sable, Torrie, etc... are not on here.
1 - Becky Lynch - She may not have the longevity at the top as others but she main evented WM and got over as one of the most popular stars on the roster despite not having anywhere close to the push that Charlotte has had.
2 - Chyna - No, not a great in-ring worker by a long stretch, but she had more cross-over appeal than any other woman to step foot into a pro wrestling ring. She was an attraction, and I don’t think a lot of newer fans realize how mainstream she was from ‘98-00 (she was doing just as many media apperances and as many magazine covers as the top guys in the company at the time). She’s also the only woman to hold the IC Title (twice).
3 - Trish Stratus - Her rise to the top is well known and she helped dig the women’s division out of the “bra and panties” hole it was in for a brief period (it went back to that for a bit following her retirement but she gave the division legitimacy). She was involved in the first ever Raw women’s main event with Lita, and her feud and matches with Mickie James still hold up today. Had she not retired she would have no doubt added more titles to her resume.
4 - Fabulous Moohlah - putting aside her horrible actions outside of the ring, no woman performer has come close to the longevity that Moolah had. While her work in the ring doesn’t necessarily hold up to today’s standards, she still helped to legitimize women’s wrestling in the ring from the 50s and through the 80s. Again, she was a terrible, rotten person for what she did to the women she “trained,” but looking at just what she did as a performer she should be on this list.
5 - Lita - Even before Trish, Lita got over with her unique look and in ring style, to the point that she was even involved in feuds with Austin, HHH, and Taker in her early WWF years. While her neck injury took a lot of her athleticism away, her pre-injury ring work was ahead of the other women in the industry. If it weren’t for the neck injury that sidelined her for 1.5 years and her early retirement due to fan backlash over the Hardy stuff, I feel like she’d be higher on this this.
6 - Charlotte Flair - Arguably the most athletic woman to ever step into the ring, Charlotte almost always guarantees a great match whenever she’s on the card. She has all the accolades to back up her in ring work, but there’s always been a feeling with a lot of fans that she’s basically where she is because of her father. Her gimmick is really a rip-off of her dad but with less charisma, and no doubt her constant pushes have been a reflection of this as well, but Charlotte has still earned her stop as one of the greatest and is still in her prime.
7 - Mickie James - I don’t think Mickie gets nearly as much credit as she deserves as one of the greatest of all time. Even in her 40s, she’s still running circles around most of the women who are years younger than her and she’s always made the most of any character and/or feud she’s been given. Her feud with Trish is legendary, and she had absolute battles with Trish, Melina, Victoria, and Beth Phoenix over the years. Her TNA work was top-notch work as well.
8 - Wendi Richter - When Vince and Hulkamania started running wild in the early 80s, Wendi was an important part of the wrestling boom from that decade. While she doesn’t have the longevity of others due to her pay disputes with Vince and him literally dropping her out of nowhere because of it, there’s still no denying her star power in the early years of Hulkamania and how main stream she was becoming. Her in-ring work was nothing to scoff at either.
9 - Bayley - Maybe too high at this point in her career due to basically doing nothing but jobbing to Alexa and Nia for what seemed like forever on the main roster, Bayley has been killing it recently. Whether it’s her character or in-ring work, Bayley is one of the few must-see performers in the WWE today and will no doubt continue to climb this list. Her work with Sasha in NXT also helped to elevate their women’s division as well (a division that was already gaining a lot of traction by that point).
10 - Victoria - Another women performer that, like Mickie, doesn’t seem to get the recognition she deserves for helping to elevate the division. Her character work was always great whether a face or heel, and she was always one of the best in-ring performers during her career. Her work helped to elevate Trish and Lita IMO, and she had some classics with them and Mickie. Also can’t forget she was apart of the first WWE women’s cage match with Lita.
Honorable Mentions: Alundra Blaze, Bull Nakano, Jazz, Gail Kim, Molly Holly, Beth Phoenix, AJ Lee, Paige, Asuka

All time covers a lot of ground. I'm assuming the list was only supposed to be for WWE people, otherwise I don't understand lol.
Going further than just WWE, I dunno how long it would take me to get an actual top 10, but off the top of my head:
Mildred Burke Aja Kong Manami Toyota Jaguar Yokoto Chigusa Nagayo Gail Kim Io Shirai Meiko Satamura
I'm sure there's plenty I'm forgetting. Trying to narrow to 10 requires a better knowledge of history in Japan than I possess.
WWE only is a very different list, Io is probably the only crossover. I'm sure at least one of the horsewomen would be top 10 worldwide when all is said and done, but they've really only been active for like 6 years, so it's a big stretch to put them there already if we're going worldwide.
WWE list would probably be something like (in any order) 4 Horsewomen Io (yes, already) Alundra Chyna Mickie Lita Wendi Richter
Dishonerable Mention to Fabulous Moolah for being a piece of crap and holding women's wrestling back for decades.

For me.
1. The Fabulous Moolah. Yea, yea. Who cares what you want to say about it. 2. Trish Stratus. She went from a big boobed bimbo to a hell of a good worker....with big boobs. 3. Bull Nakano. Amazing. 4. Medusa. Just great. 5. Misty Blue Simms. 6. Monster Ripper. 7. Mildred Burke 8. Gail Kim 9. Lita 10. Miss Texas.

I can't be arsed to do a top 10... But Charlotte Flair is number one - and anyone who discredits her, because they subscribe to the old, tired, worn-out notion, that she's where she is, and held all those championships, because of who her father is, should, quite frankly, be ignored. Sucks she won't be at 'Mania this year, and we get a poor-woman's, Charlotte, in the form of Rhea Ripley, instead. I'd also add, that personally, I wouldn't have Trish Stratus anywhere near the top five - if we're talking ability alone - because she never really was that great in the ring.

“The greatest trick the devil ever played was convincing the world that Charlotte Flair is the greatest women's wrestler of all time.” I mean, she's definitely one of the best WWE has ever had. Io/asuka/Kairi were/are all better, but if the horsewomens careers stopped today she's probably the top of the 4 horsewoman, and I'm a huge biased Sasha fan. She's accomplished more in WWE than any of those 3 but obviously women's wrestling exists all over the world and those 3 came over already as some of the best in the world.

Also, I'd put Candace a close second. “The greatest trick the devil ever played was convincing the world that Charlotte Flair is the greatest women's wrestler of all time.” Nah, no tricks - the evidence speaks for itself... Some are too blind to see it, or unwilling to aknowledge it. “The greatest trick the devil ever played was convincing the world that Charlotte Flair is the greatest women's wrestler of all time.” I mean, she's definitely one of the best WWE has ever had. I have to be honest, Charlotte would not have been my number one pick, but there is no denying the career she has had. Also as far as "looks" go she looks like a million bucks. You just look at her and she looks like a champion, probably more so than any other woman in WWE history in my opinion. Even if Flair was not her last name, I think she would have still had the career she has had and again, I am not a massive fan of her. I think the spectacle of her and Raquel Gonzalez going head to head would be pretty cool.
Trish would have to be my pick for number one from a personal point of view, but I sure as hell can see why so many people have Charlotte as their number one pick.

Charlotte's great. No way she's number one though. Until she makes the company the kind of money Sable or Chyna did, she can't be called number one.

Are we talking skills or accomplishments AKA who VKM favors?
Because 1. Asuka or 1. Charlotte depending on which scale.

Trish Stratus Charlotte Flair Becky Lynch Lita Sasha Banks Bayley Fabulous Moohlah Madusa Chyna Gail Kim
Those would be the ten.Moohlah was basically the 1st women's wrestler of note and put it on the map.Madusa kept it on life support in the late 80s into the 90s.Chyna was the first major main stream women's star and the first to really mix it up with the guys(you could also argue Sable as cross over star but wasn't much of and in ring talent) then you had Trish & Lita in the 00's that gave women's wrestle the first great long term feud and help to establish them as true in ring workers even with the handcuffs at times of bra and pantie match and such.Gail Kim along with Awesome Kong made women's wrestle respectable and on par with the men's and established today's style where its more about the in ring talent then just looks and sexual stuff. Then we have the four horsewomen who have taken it to the level of main event PPVs,shows, get a women's royal rumble, main event Wrestlemania...ect the last evolution to truly make it on the same level as the men and finally looked at as equals.
