I wish Mattel would have different boxes with the chase figures. I bought the Jeff hardy chase today and the blue face paint version. I think it looks odd having the chase version with red face paint in a blue face paint box. It would have looked way better with a red face painted box. The chases with Mattel don’t look special I think being in the same boxes as the original release figure. Jakks did it years ago with there releases. Especially warrior figures. And the beautiful ric flair figure. The employee exclusive. Nice to see aew having different box design on there chase figures.

I agree that the boxes should have some sorta difference like the figures themselves but at the same time I also like that the boxes are identical & here’s why....last week I was in a local toy shop that has many Wwe figures, I happened upon a loose Rick Rude chase figure with the yellow intercontinental tights for $10 mint, just loose....I snatched it up took it home, swapped it with the original Rude figure I had Moc & resealed the box to where it doesn’t look like it was ever opened.....great way to beat the system because the original Rude I had was given to me....I’ve also done this same thing with a couple of other figures that were given to me, the Jeff Hardy you mentioned being one of them & the new Legends Jake Roberts being the other

Before Mattel started photoshopping stuff the pictures never even matched at all, it doesn’t matter. Even just this year Cody’s 1st Figure has a picture of him in a suit instead of his ring gear
