*** Updated 7/21/2022 *** I know, i know.... its been a whilte. two months actually. I have a good amount to added to the list since the last update, however with all the excitement going on with SDCC, I figured we can start speculating/researching the attires for whats shown here as well. This will make it easier to add to the master list, vs searching through the SDCC thread (Which so many attires are already being hunted down and I love it). So i'm going to add SDCC reveals above our main list here, and then I will incorporate them into the main list after we get a good portion knocked out.

Here's what I've found:
E96 War Bonnet Hogan - looks like he wore this a number of times at house shows in 1988 but never at a big event - apparently Vince hated it. One for sure was against Ted Dibiase at the Boston Garden, September 10, 1988 - this was the match with a number of pictures online with him in the war bonnet, including the pre-match interview with Lord Alfred Hayes.
Survivor Series 2022: Ultimate Warrior is from the first match of the 1990 Survivor Series. BAF Rude with the beard must be from Survivor Series 1997 (the only one he was at with DX) and the mustache head is from the Nitro just after Survivor Series 1997 when he showed up there.
Royal Rumble 2023: Vader is from Royal Rumble 1996 (his debut).
WrestleMania 2023: Macho King and Dusty are from their mixed tag match at WM6. Rock and Hogan are from their match at WM18. Not sure about Gene.
Legends 18: Headshrinkers Fatu and Samu are from WM9. Samoan Swat team wore those attires on multiple occasions, they did wear them at Clash of Champions VIII vs. The Road Warriors (9/12/1989). Paul E was also wearing the grey suit at this event, but he was wearing a black shirt instead of the white one on the figure. The Samoan Swat Team also wore this attire at Great American Bash 1989 in the War Games match (7/23/1989). Paul E was also wearing a suit like this at this event, but it looked more white than gray - I didn't get a good look at it.
Legends 17: Shawn Michaels is from early 1992, before WM8. It looks to be a mashup, Michaels wore the black and white tights at most matches/events prior to WM8, he wore them at RR92. However, during this time, he wore the Heartbreak Kid Jacket not the vest. At RR92 and at TV matches against Roddy Piper and Texas Tornado during this time, he wore the black and white tights but not the vest, just the jacket with sleeves. I cannot find a match of him in the black and white tights with the sleeveless vest. There is a promo photo of him in almost this exact attire, black and white tights and vest, but the boots are red, not black.
UE17: Double J, not sure yet, they only showed the grey renders, attire is not known yet.
UE15: Ultimate Warrior is from WM7, it is a remake of the WM7 DM figure, updated head scans and the duster comes with the removable shoulder tassels.
UE Target Exclusive: Bret Hart is from Royal Rumble 1993. It is a remake of the Ringside Exclusive figure with updated face scans and a poseable jacket.
UE Fan Takeover: Goldberg would be hard to nail down, he wore the same ring attire his entire WCW career. Could be from the Nitro against Hollywood Hogan (6/7/1998) when he won the WCW title while still holding the US title.
Raw 30th Anniversary Pack: Undertaker is most likely from the debut Raw in 1993 vs Damien Demento (January 11, 1993). Razor Ramon and the 123 Kid look to be from their match in on Raw for $10,000 (6/21/1993). But it's odd they chose these attires with the RAW letters, they weren't using the RAW letters at this time, they were using the light up sign that comes with the New Generation ring set.
Razor Ramon also wore the all green attire on Raw in 1993 when he beat Rick Martel for the vacant Intercontinental Title (October 11, 1993).
The Ringside Exclusive Mega Powers are from Summer Slam 1988 (August 29, 1988). This is the only time they wore this exact attire. In other Mega Powers matches (Survivor Series 1988 and SNME 1989) Savage was wearing yellow kneepads, not the red that are on the figure.
EDIT: looks like E100 Andre the Giant (regular version) is from the Piper's Pit episode when he turned on Hogan and demanded a title shot (2/7/1987). And the E100 Andre the Giant (chase version) appears to be from the Piper's Pit show when they unveiled the bigger WWF title (like the one that comes with the figures) on March 21, 1987. Both were on WWF Superstars TV show.

This is awesome - thanks for sharing!
With the remake of WM7 Warrior and RR Bret, I feel like there’s a good chance we get a remake of WM7 Savage and the green IYH-DX Shawn 🤞🏻

Stunning Steve Austin appears to be from Halloween Havoc 1991 vs. Dustin Rhodes. He is wearing the exact attire and has the TV title. However, the strap of the belt is black at the event, but it is red on the figure.

Strange, it looks like Austin never wore the TV title with a red strap. I've gone back and looked at photos and matches, and I can only find Arn Anderson and Tully Blanchard wearing the TV with a red strap. I believe Dusty Rhodes also wore it with a red strap. Those three appear to be the only ones. It appears that the red strap was used exclusively in the mid 80s. Everyone from when WCW took over the company (JCP/NWA) wore the TV title with a black strap (Rick Steiner, Nikita Koloff, Sting, Mike Rotundo, Barry Windham, etc.)

Greatest Hits Bam Bam Bigelow should be the same as the Legends 5 figure, King of the Ring 1995 (6/25/1995). Same with Greatest Hits Jake the Snake, it is just a re-print/make of his Walmart Series Figure, WrestleMania 12 (3/31/1996). What is this one, Ultimate Edition SE: Shawn Michaels (Amazon exclusive coming to RSC)? If this is the UE Fan Choice one (image below), that is based off his Survivor Series 1995 attire/gear.
