My Mount Rushmore of jobbers is Dwayne Gill, Barry Hardy, Barry Horowitz and Brooklyn Brawler. I’d say only Brawler really warrants a toy.
Gillberg with an alternate head for early nineties jobber look could work at a stretch, although he usually wore a singlet as a job guy (and didn’t have the drawn-on tribal tattoo).

I just don't think these guys are realistic to sell. Moondogs would make cool looking figs if done right but I don't know how big nostalgia or fan base they have. Brooklyn brawler became the Uber jobber and had memorable moments with rooster, heenan, warrior, etc. Genius wasn't officially a jobber. He was major storyline with Mr perfect and hogan and warrior, beefcake. Leaping Lanny yes a jobber but lame looking.
I can't see scores of collectors shelling out money for jobbers or retailers getting excited about selling them.

Paul Roma , Iron Mike, and Barry Horowitz are three guys who I'm amazed never had figures from LJN through Jakks Classics. Add Jim Powers to my want list as well, but his omission is more easily explained. That said, I think the time for them getting into a main action figure line has passed. Jakks was probably the realistic limit. Too many years have passed for these lower card guys. This is why I'm glad there are so many independent creators out there doing their own thing because even though it's cost prohibitive to ever make any of these guys in current Mattel scale/style, there's still an outside chance someone will make them in other formats.

What I like about this idea is that sometimes I want to put my figs in poses doing moves on other figs, but I don’t want to belittle say my Macho Man figure by putting it in the sharpshooter. Jobber figures would be great because you can put them in all the moves while highlighting only your good fig. It’s like a plastic squash match lol.

From the list, just the Genius and Brawler for me. Maybe Horowitz, if they made a Hakushi and Skip. If they make a Paul Roma, it better be a Power & Glory one. The others are a little before my time so not needed for me. The Genius figure would be cool, have him in his wrestling gear from Royal Rumble 90 or the SNME when he beat Hogan, then add a mortar board and graduation gown (blue and white version to match his tights), and the scroll thing he carried. This way its a 2-in-1 figure and you get him as a wrestler and as a manager.
