In all it's glory š Is that a running change with the tracer closed? All other pics Iāve seen have it open in the box & it looks much better that way because it shows the details of his attire.... I hope mine has the tracer open when I get it because Iād hate to have to open & reseal it to fix it

Mine too. Still to the day my favorite return of a wrestler. Great thing about it was no internet so you didn't know it was going to happen, a complete shocker. OMG thatās what made it even better. Wrestling had a magic to it back then. Be it because we were kids, whatever the case, it was so special. I watch it back today and feel the same way though so it was just an awesome time to be a fan & an awesome time for wrestling.
1 million percent -- I still remember the adrenaline and excitement when this happened. it's been so disappointing to learn Warrior was such a horrible person behind the scenes.

Ahhh, people are people. Iād say all in all, iv been a pretty good person so far in my life. If people hand picked some of my low moments, everyone would think Iām a jerk too. 9 out of 10 times, I do the right thing, that doesnāt mean somebody canāt make the 1 time I do something the wrong way look like Iām the worst person ever, especially when it comes to successful people like Warrior. We all do dumb stuff, thereās nice stories about him out there too. For the 1 kid he treated like crap, thereās millions of kids he made feel special. Iv never understood why the good never counts, only the bad. Nobodies perfect and everyone always ignores the 10 positives and dwells on the 1 negative. As far as wrestling goes though and the role heās played in my life, I have no complaints. Personally, I didnāt know him. So Iāll stick to what heās done for me. I have had plenty of friends that other people didnāt like haha, itās just the way it is sometimes. Thereās nobody that is universally perfect to everyone. Anyway....I can rant forever haha

Yet I don't hear Austin's domestic abuse allegations or Great Khali killing a guy brought up every time their names are mentioned. Pro wrestlers are humans. Humans with skeletons, pasts and fully fleshed out personalities, demons and issues. Nobody is all good or all bad.

Most likely, whether or not the duster comes opened or closed may just depend on how the factory packaged it. In one of the photos in this thread, the one with the duster opened, it appears it would have been closed but part of the duster got caught on the plastic molding keeping it opened. I agree though, the one with the duster opened look better, this way you can see the detail on the trunks and knee pads.

It's certainly your right to look away and ignore that someone was a bigot and spewed hate; but that's the truth. It wasn't just a few comments here and there.
Jim Ross, Bruce Pritchard, Tony Schiavonne have also spoken about how he was a horrible, abusive person even to straight white people that he didn't hate.

I have seen everything about him, all Iām saying is heās a pro wrestler, Iām not electing him as humanitarian of the year. I enjoyed his wrestling. In my world, thatās all he is, an entertaining wrestler. Showing me that he was a less than a perfect human outside of wrestling is subjective, plenty of people say Jim Ross is a less than perfect human being. Hell, I have actually WORKED with Tony Schiavonne doing minor league baseball, heās not so wonderful either haha. With the history of pro wrestling, people might say negative stuff about YOU for supporting it, you would be seen as a bad person. How can you support something that has caused so much death and for what? Entertainment? See how this works now? Nobody comes out of this the hero, and pro wrestling has never been something without its flaws, neither are pro wrestlers. We as wrestling fans would know a thing or 2 about turning a blind eye to something so maybe there is more to that. Bottom line is, itās wrestling, letās take it for what it is, itās not the Ronald McDonald House. It is what it is, like who you like. Iām not trying to convince people to pick a side.Nobodies perfect and narratives can be spun out of a few instances. Maybe Warrior was a jerk? Maybe he was only a jerk to people he didnāt like? I really donāt know, itās irrelevant. I like him as a wrestler. Itās not important to me who he was outside the ring. These days, we need a person to be a perfect citizen to like how they wrestle or act in a movie, itās unnecessary. All we find out over and over again is that nobodies perfect. People PRETEND TO BE, but everyone is so surprised to find that we arenāt, time and time again. Take from it what you will, personally, Iāll always be a fan of the character Ultimate Warrior & appreciative to the man that put effort into it. The real world just doesnāt work like it does on the internet where we condemn everyone who has ever said or done something wrong. We still gotta work with people we donāt like, and see people we donāt like on a daily basis. Thereās more to the story in real life than āJim Ross said heās a jerkā, the end. Accept people for who they are but donāt allow them to change you.

Dude seriously??? Everyone has heard the stories and has seen those videos. Why feel the need to drag that here and be a buzzkill??? Iāve watch the videos of his coworkers burying him, Iāve watched the video where he spoke to college kids telling them ā(word) donāt make the world go roundā meaning that two guys canāt reproduce. I do agree that it was poor choice of words, but I wouldnāt damn him for it. Also, what I put in āboldā means jacksh*t. Judging by interviews and documentaries, his girls and wife adored him and these are the people that knew him on the deepest and most personal level, thatās all a man/father/husband could ask for. Iām sure those were the only opinions that actually mattered to him. All that being said, I will continue honoring his career by buying all the Warrior figures Mattel produces. You and any others can come to a figure forum and try to shove these opinions and views about his personal life but it will have zero impact on us fans/collectors. Itās about nostalgia and childhood memories of a man we watched in the ring, as a wrestler, as a great character, not as an off work regular Joe. Stick to the script and talk about the figure.

Of my 3 Warriors, all 3 are closed dusters, the one closest to being considered open is only because the figure inside was not inserted properly so he's pelvis thrusting the plastic and that has slightly parted it and that same figure also came with a damaged box. Lovely really.
