Sylvan Grenier - La Résistance Albert - T&A Shane Helms - 3 Count this reminds me that it is insane how we haven't had A-train made yet.... I mean... technically, you could do some work with that Tensai elite. Get rid of those awful “tattoos”, add lots and lots of chest/back hair, paint the trunks black, add his A-Train deco on his trunks, get rid of the biker shorts, and pop in his RA Series 3 or any of his head that you prefer. There ya go. A-Train is complete. Just gotta add the rest of the Seven to go with A-Train and you’re good.

In fairness Neidhart wore that attire for 3-4 months before Owen got there and teamed with him, which is as long as the team lasted before he got fired. That's interesting, I really don't remember that at all. But, I guess maybe that finally explains to me why in the world Anvil and Owen were in separate Hasbro series. Yeah, after the Hart Foundation split up they changed Anvil's attire to the taxi-cab look. He wore that from spring 1991 till he left in early 1992. I think the reason for the separate releases was Anvil was supposed to be in the second tag team series wave with Bret Hart (the one with LOD and the Nasty Boys) as the Hart Foundation, but when they split up they released Bret as a single and put the Anvil with his new attire in the next series/wave. I also think that the reason they released Owen Hart in the New Foundation attire but put the High Energy information on the bio card was because they were going to release Owen in the New Foundation attire to get the complete team of New Foundation out but then the tag team split and they released him as a single as well and instead put the High Energy information on the back of the bio card. I wonder if we would have eventually gotten a High Energy Koko as well, but just like the New Foundation, the tag team didn't last long so it wouldn't have made sense to release the figure in either series 8 or 9 after the team split up and Koko wasn't on TV much at that time. Anyway, back to Anvil, I believe his biggest match in that attire was against Ric Flair prior to the 1991 Survivor Series, it was on Superstars or Wrestling Challenge. This match basically set up the formation of the New Foundation, Flair hurt Anvil's leg during the match with the figure four, as the Anvil was walking from the ring after the match, the Beverly Brothers attacked his leg putting him out of the Survivor Series match (he was supposed to be on Duggan's team). After that, Anvil swore revenge against the Beverly's, he was going to get a tag team partner, this time it would be his other brother-in-law, Owen. Here is an image of Anvil in the taxi-cab attire in the summer of 1991 when he was also doing announcing, he also did some MSG shows with Monsoon and Heenan as an announcer:

Neidhart was a last minute change from the Hart Foundation gear, to when he was a singles. And Owen wasn't put out until after the team split (as you said he even got the High Energy bio on his card). Had he changed his look drastically for High Energy maybe he would have also been changed up.

And, I think the 123 Kid we got was from 1994 when he and Marty beat the Quebecers, so I guess we would need Marty for that.

I'd take a Bris Zhukov to go with Nikolai Volkoff.
I know his figure was intended to be the older stooge version, but they could make Jack Brisco to go with Jerry figure we already have.

Yeah we have quite a few...
Rockers: Shawn & no Marty Freebirds: Hayes & no Gordy or Garvin POP: Warlord & no Barbarian Hollywood Blondes: Austin & no Pillman Bulldogs: Davey & No Dynamite
I hate incomplete teams but I get all these guys because I'm afraid of missing them 🙈

Agree - half a team is better than none, and they have a lot of options.
