Target doing clearance is only bad when it’s universal. The Black Series Jar Jar Binks is on clearance at one store near me but not at the rest. I’ve not seen any WWE figures on clearance in quite some time

If I'm not mistaken I think Steve said that series 12 and 13 are already ordered and will release but beyond that who knows? Also, the rumor is that a big surprise is coming in series 13 but that's just a rumor for now.

If his legends deal expired when he passed away then no he is not a guarantee. But we can't get a straight answer on this from anyone at mattel. Look how long it took just to get the yellow strap intercontinental belt. Even though I caught bill in a q&a years ago saying "changing the color of the dye is not big deal". I predict this line will go until the end of the year and be done one way or the other. Mattel re-releasing figures with new belts tells me everything I need to know about this line. You think they’ll cancel the legends line? How come, I’m genuinely asking I thought it was doing well If the line is nothing but re-releases and limited shelf space i don't see the line lasted more than this year. My target has one peg that can fit 4 figures. Now if you have a super target it may be 2-3 pegs of space, but still. People will get tired of the line or there will be another tito or shower rusev to clog and end the line. Also i am just seeing people posting clearanced out figures, that is the kiss of death to an exclusive. |

I don’t think it’s lack of interest though, I think they just never got sent out to individual stores like they should have been. Most stores I’ve been to are bare or only have 1 in stock. you guys are getting clearances? My targets have been clogged up with Mania elites way more than it has legends. |

Series 8 is on clearance on target.com, but its only Ornforff and Eddie left.

I still say that legends should be offered through ringside. Just seems like the most logical move in all honest. I’ve never understood why Mattel doesn’t try to work out something with Ringside to also carry the legends lines.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see Mean Gene get a Legends release since we know he’s still under contract. Didn't someone here say those contracts expire on death, or was that inaccurate? Yes to a new Junkyard Dog. We could really use an elite figure of The Mountie. |
