When I started watching wrestling, ‘Taker’s “Decade of Destruction” was celebrated non-stop, and he always stood out as a rarity for having been in the company so long. As many have pointed out, that is now the norm. Sheamus has been around 12 years for example, Kofi 13; yet we rarely hear it talked about on television (every so often a joke or a mention, but nothing compared to Undertaker in 2000). Even The Miz has now been around 17 years. Lashley and Morrison left for a long time, but go back quite a while into history (almost 20 for JoMo, when you consider the fact that Tough Enough III started in 2002). So we know ‘Taker has now lasted 30 years and will be under some sort of contract, probably, until he dies. Out of everyone currently on the roster, who else do you see compiling up to 30 years as far as their WWE run is concerned? I personally think Miz is most likely. With all of his media - films, shows, the like - intertwined with the brand, the man loves the company he works for. He’s a hell of a workhorse and is still in good shape. 30 years for Mr. Mizanin in WWE would take him to 2034, and I definitely see him still being part of the company at that time. He’ll be 55, so he might be a producer or agent type, even a manager or commentator, but he will be around.

Brooklyn Brawler was with WWE for 32 years. Miz is going to be up there, he does a lot for the company. Triple H and Kane are up there a while as well, not sure how long. There are guys who left and comeback Hogan, Lawler, Edge they have had decent runs, but who knows if they can make it 30 years.

Randy for sure given that nothing happens that prevents him from continuing.

None on a full time basis honestly. I think this generation is more about their free time/personal time (understandable) and tend to get burnt out easily. They'll put in their time, make their money and when they get to a certain age go off and be with their family/start a family. On top of that if you're not an actual draw, WWE has shown they dont really have a problem with parting ways with you.
I know Taker has been around for 30 years but I really dont look at him as a "30 year guy"...there was just so much time he took off and where he would wrestle twice a year or so. You dont hear a lot of people bringing up Flair or Hogan being in the business for nearly 50 years.

The Miz definitely. He was also one of the first wrestlers to be brought up with the WWE safe style of wrestling, so I can see him still wrestling every week at 54. Unlike John Cena, I dont see Hollywood having much interest in him that he will be gone for good from the company to make movies.

Triple H will be the next one to get an Undertaker-esque 30 year celebration.
I think Orton said recently he still wants to do another 10-15 years, so he’s probably the next best bet.

Besides Orton and Miz, I don't really see anyone doing anything like that again. Most of the roster is almost 40, they'd be almost 70 then.

I see what ya mean, but I don't really mean 30 years starting from now, but just from when the person started. So like, Orton already has 19 under his belt, so he'd just have to go 11 more.

The Miz and Seth Rollins for sure, they feel like company men for life.

Michael Cole is coming up on the big 3-0 in four years.
If continued employment as an ambassador and occasional character appearance counts, then so is Kane.

Ziggler is over half way there too. Seems like they always have something for him too.

Orton has been on the main roster for 19 years (longer if we count OVW). Ziggler seems content with his role and a likely candidate to make it to 30. Miz is the ultimate “yes man” so he could definatly make it if he chooses to. Seth is another guy who screams “wwe lifer” to me so as long as he stays healthy I could see him making it.

Triple H & Orton would fit the bill. But as someone else pointed out don't view Taker as a 30 year guy either and more so a 20 year guy. After 2010 he became a special attraction guy and not even a part timer.Wrestle a match or few matches a year.
The only wrestler that I really think off as a 30 year type of talent is Ric Flair who was basically full time baring his suspension in WCW until his retirement match in 2008.

Sting is another guy Id consider a 30 year type guy had it not been for the last 5 years where the WWE kept him on the sidelines. The guy basically never stopped from the late-80s to the early-2010s bar a few injuries. He always seemed to be around more consistently than Taker, atleast from 2010-2015.

Orton and Miz are lifers. As others have said, WWE let Miz do all his outside stuff plus he's always booked well. Orton is comfortable I don't see him feeling the need to go else where.
Rollins is another, Reigns too although I can't see them going another 20 odd years wrestling. But they're lifers for sure.
