 Aldo Montoya is coming! The 'Portuguese Man O’War' will be the next figure in the Wrestling Arcade figure line. The 5" hand-painted resin figure will be limited to 50 numbered pieces in this first wave. Each figure will be mounted on hand crafted, double-sided cardback with a plastic blister bubble ready for display. 3D sculpt by the great Tom Veg! Hand crafted in Sheffield, UK. Pre-order date TBC  Follow WrestlingArcade on Instagram / Twitter Honestly I am a little disappointed. That card art is so fantastic and dynamic. The headsculpt is great as well as the overall sculpture. But the pose of the figure is so boring an static. Don’t you think a more dynamic pose would do the character more justice? I will still try to get one. But would be more happy with a more dynamic pose such as Butcher and Scotty had. Btw: Any plans on a Scotty color variant? I unfortunately missed your first releases but am blown away by your art. I am really frustrated that I have missed Scotty... |

I'd be up for making a Scotty The Body variant, but there wasn't much interest in the first figure unfortunately. I loved painting him, so hopefully there's more interest in the future once I release more figures.

Totally agree. I was a big fan of Montoya back in the days and still enjoy the character today. As a kid I even used a Hasbro Rick Rude with a Demolition mask as Aldo Montoya. 😂 Never expected to get a figure of his. Thanks for making it possible!

This figure is available since this Sunday.
Despite being a fan of the line and liking AM as a character, I still couldn’t convince myself to order this one. 60£ + shipping to Germany + taxes is quite expensive for a figure. I would have instantly ordered for the 50£ the other figures were going for. In this case I have chosen to buy the Lego Friends theater for my daughters (and my Muppet minifigs of course). This one costs the same at Smyths but I don’t have any costs for shipping and taxes added. It really looks like I am priced out.
Things would change if I could order a Scotty the Body rerelease with my Aldo order though... I will keep following the sale though. I really don’t mind if I am in first or second run so I may simply order a little later...
