Why would it be any different than the first two Elite Vaders? I've never heard anything about them being tight.

You have to stretch the bottom strap slightly to make it fit perfectly. It can break very easily. Happened to me with an l3 Vader way back when. Use a hair dryer when u put it on or remove it.

True. I put the red mask on the Elite 31(?) “Vader Time” Vader, and its a little stiffer than the old masks that came with him and Legends 3 Vader. Probably because its painted red instead of molded in red rubber, but it looks way better once its on.

I had no issue putting it on and taking it off when I took pics of it after picking it up a couple weeks ago.

I broke the black mask on the old Legends Vader trying to get it off. I think I'll be putting the red mask from this Legends Vader onto the old one.

When I owned my Elite 31 Vader I never tried to take his mask off.

I can confirm this. Also a lot of torsos seem to be pretty loose. I finally opened mine and regret it. It has a super loose torso and on top of that it has flesh paint on the gear and black where the flesh paint should be. |

The torso on mine isn't as loose as others but it could definitely be a bit tighter. Also the ankle part of his right boot was on backwards.

I noticed that Mattel has been leaving out the little black piece that makes the torso loose.

I bought 2 and both were loose, mask I just took the head off and I got it on without to much trouble
