Considering RSC is asking 35 for her plus shipping, I'm not sure if you could really call the guy at the market much of a scalper.
Also, what kind of farmers market are you going to that sells wrestling figures? Mine just sells silly stuff like produce.
I got her for $28 when they first got them in. Less than $32 after shipping and 10% off. Glad I got one then and didn’t wait or I wouldn’t have gotten one.
