So i only plan to use his legs to fix up my 97 look sid. Was thinking since the singlet is generic who would look ok was thinking of converting a mike knox basic with broken arm. Since hes a little on the taller side.
Any suggestions ?

I was planning to put the head on a sycho sid elite body to make a proper ring attire sid justice but not sure how it would turn out. Paint tights light blue or red.

I'm using mine for a WCW Sid and using the ref gear for a SummerSlam 97 HBK

I want to paint the singlet black & have a Galoob/Horsemen style Vicious He did wear a red singlet in WCW as well. And Galoob had a red singlet version also. So unless you prefer the black singlet look you can keep it as is. |

I'll swap his arms onto my custom sid so I can have interchangeable hands but other than that it will just go on my wcw shelf. Personally feel my Sid Justice is far superior than what Mattel has done.

I’m going to see how the ref outfit looks on the basic and if it’s ok I’ll have both looks on display now.

Being a Moc collector & Wcw mark I’m planning on opening it to remove the ref outfit & then resealing it to display as a Wcw Sid

So unless you prefer the black singlet look you can keep it as is. I am very pleased to get a singlet Sid, and red is a great choice considering how many black-clad figs we already have. My two gripes are with the hair: it's not quite long enough for singlet Sid and the color is WAY off. I got mine today from Ringside and it's better than the proto orange, but it's still dirty blonde like the basic. I just don't see how Mattel can look at the reference pics of a guy will yellow hair and make it so different. The legends Mr. Perfect or even Magnum TA would be a much better color choice. Regardless, I'm happy to have the figure. If I gain confidence I'll repaint the hair myself. |

Annoyed that they gave him red hair. The got the color somewhat right on his sid Justice basic. I wound up using that head, cracking the sid torso, and putting everything on blue trunks to make my Sid Justice awhile back. I got mine in from Ringside and it's the dirty blonde hair like the Sid Justice basic. It's still wrong, though. Sid was bright blonde, or yellow paint. |

I was a big WCW fan, so I will be using the figure for a WCW Sid and save the clothes for other figures who need pants or were guest refs.
