With the ultimate Hollywood being an incredible success selling out everywhere, it's only a matter of time untill Mattel does Hollywood Hogan again right? I think many of us are hoping for an nWo three pack with Hogan, Nash and Hall but IF the rumors are true about Hall and Nash Ultimates towards the end of the year I'm thinking they do Hollywood Hogan by himself since they will be able to garner larger profits from selling all three figures separate. I don't expect them to do Hollywood in basic form so he should be another elite but when? I'm thinking early next year at the latest considering the demand for the ultimate. I would love to see Hollywood Hogan 1999 with the red and white splashed together.

As I continue my exclusive quest to find a Hollywood Hulk Hogan in the wild I had an unfortunate experience. I was at a near by Target when I saw one of their workers putting out merchandise in the toy dept. I took a chance and asked the guy if the Mattel boxes on his cart had any Ultimate Hollywood Hogan figures. The guy turned around and said " look, I'm tired of hearing about this Hollywood Hogan toy, if it's not on the shelf we don't have it". I was stunned at his rude response but having worked retail myself in the past just chalked it up to him having a bad day. Anywho, any of you guys had similar experiences asking retail employees about their stock?

He’s not sold out in shops in my area
In fact when I was in the figure isle the other day I saw a big group of people round the wrestling figures so I walked up and overheard people talking saying if you buy any figure (not only wrestling figures but anything, Peppa pig, Barbie, Captain Planet, Batman etc) then you get a free Hogan because no one is buying him.
My lorry driving uncles sisters next door neighbours hairdressers dog walker was upset with this news as they have a hogan stored in a box along with other figures and he’s offered to give it me for free

He’s not sold out. You can still get him from RSC, Amazon and 3rd party sellers on WalMart. So he’s still easily available online. And I would be willing to bet somewhere there some remote Target and Mom & Pop stores where he’s sitting on the pegs.
And I would expect we see Hogan in the basic line, Championship Showdown/BP and Elite just like every other Main Event Legends/FB they’ve released.

I think the Wolfpack Elite version shows up in the Legends series in an early 2022 series. A Ringside Exclusive Wolfpac Hogan would be awesome. |
