I opened my tnt Cody exclusive and the arm was broken in the box. Is there an email address for custom service I can contact about a replacement?

There should be an email and phone number on the bottom of the box. I tried the phone but didn’t get through. The email helped me replace my broken Dustin tho

As said above reach out by email give them your information pics of the issue proof of purchase they are Excellent to deal with completely replaced my blood brothers figures with no issues at all

I was really impressed with their customer service. They sent me a Mox pretty quick and let me keep the broken one. Got an extra AEW title too.

Thanks everyone, I sent the initial email to them they already replied back. I’m going to send them my RSC invoice tonight and the other information. I saw the number on the box but talking on the phone is hard with my job.
It was the left arm.
