No fault to Big Van Vader or the figure itself but it looks like he’s another victim of a figure being overpacked resulting in too much supply and not enough demand. Do we think that his Legends figure will end up warming longer than Weasel Suit Heenan?

For my experiences so far I haven’t even seen a Vader, or Cena for that matter. Also don’t/didn’t have Heenan warming for a long period of time.

Never saw vader in store. He has been on the website for over a week though.

He's still consistently moving at my stores. Cena has been a little slower to sell. But the set has only been hitting stores for a few weeks - people tend to throw around the phrase "peg warming" a little too liberally around here.
If they're still on the pegs 3-6 months from now, let's talk.

I’ve seen 5 Cenas and no Vader, only reason I know hes out there is because Target sent my pre order

Cena yes, Vader no. Vader’s will go over time, he looks cool to kids, and a lot of people will get a second one because you basically have 3 different ways to display it.

I really don’t see either of these warming, last week I was at my Target and they had five Cenas, went back Saturday and those were all gone. These are two pretty popular characters.

Closest target to me is 2 hrs. So had to order. Ordered 2 both came damaged. Ordered another 2 both were also damaged. Hopefully I find one moc in store

I still have only seen him once. Cena I've seen at least 8 times at various locations.

The real question is why are the pulling this crap with send cases of 2/4 figures to stores and the other two in this set are suppose to be sold online. Because you know target has done such a great funking job at making it possible to order there own exclusive figures in opposite world. Target when it comes to selling wwe/marvel/neca figures, I hate you and i wish you would stop. It would make everyones life a lot easier if you would just stop selling them altogether. I think both vader and cena figures will sell just fine. They are both separately geared towards young and older wrestling fans. I have no idea who tantanka is geared towards. His first figure did not sell that well. So whoever thought another would be a good idea should be fired. |
