Just a bit of a thought I've had going lately. I recently picked up an E83 King Corbin, which I really wanted, but I had a hell of a time finding. E83 has been popping up pretty much everywhere here, but to date, the only one I've found with any bit of frequency has been Drew McIntyre. I kinda figured Corbin would hang around a bit, since all I ever hear about is how he's got X-Pac/"Go away" heat, but he was the last of the set I finally happened across.
Looking back on some sets, I guess I'm not so good at picking out who might hang around long after the rest of the set has sold through. I figured with all the backlash it got here, the Gronk figure in E82 would kinda haunt the shelves for some time to come, but thus far, I've seen a ton of everyone else in that set (including the Lee variant), and have only come across Gronk once.
So who's surprised you at how difficult they were to come by? I guess on the opposite end, who has been a bit of a shelf warmer who you assumed would be a pain in the ass to find?

The UE Hollywood Hogan. With how easy truck driving uncle’s and everybody’s toy shop owning buddies have had obtaining it. Along with the fact that Hogan doesn’t move any merchandise anymore I thought for sure he’d sit.
As for Corbin he’s one of the guys I listed in my group of “Top Ten” wrestlers I like one the wwe board. I don’t get the X-Pac hate he gets.
Seriously though I thought the Gronk figure would sit because from a parts choice standpoint it really wasn’t all that impressive of a figure. As far as who has been one that I didn’t think would be. Mr Wonderful seeing that is his most iconic look. Another is the Legends Eddie. The way people here talk about his figures or lack of there’s plenty on the pegs. (Even more than the Heenan or Orndorff)

LOL Seriously, though, it is almost a wonder that the Hogan figure isn't more plentiful. For all the jokes I make, I am surprised that their wasn't more of a deluge of that figure pumped into the stores, being his first figure "back" and the first sign of the UE line in stores for quite a while. Between that and the Fiend coming off the back of the first couple of Elites, I figured those would be more "UE1 during its initial rollout" common.

That Women’s Division GM Alexa I thought for sure would still be on the pegs.

I also thought Masters of the WWE Universe was gonna be a bust and the only people that would want em are those like myself to strip away the MOTU accessories to display as Remco style figs. I assumed the first couple series would warm and then they would be done.

Surprisingly elite 83 edge had been sticking around in my area along with the drew McIntyre the other 3 though I’ve only seen once a piece max and the king Corbin was from a worker who was nice enough to get him from the back for me, I was nervous about gronk hanging around forever as well but he sold pretty quick I’ve actually ran into a couple people who like sports figures that were specifically looking for him.

Definitely E82 Rob Gronkowski, but winning the Super Bowl mustve helped sell the figure.

I assume Gronk gets a good bump from Football fans. To PJ 's point, I had been dying for that and many other Eddies for years. Once that Eddie came out, so far I've bought 4. If I were in the States, I imagine I would be gobbling up those shelves left and right.

Greg valentine. I only saw him in a store once. I guess first time in the line helped but I just thought he would be more of a pegwarmer. Been a long time since he had relevance and I don't think anyone was ever a huge valentine fan.

Ive seen about 30 Corbins lately. Never even saw one Gronk. Actually, out of that whole set, I’ve only seen one Morrison once.
I thought the new Legends Dibiase would be easy to find, seeing as all his other figures hung around a while, but so far hes the only Target Legends figure I have not seen a single one of on the shelves.

But they are doing a remodeling and the toy dept has been moved to the other side of the store. So I am guessing it was hidden someplace and found when they cleared out the old department.

The majority of basics. Not saying it as someone who is overcritical of the line and is looking for an excuse to say CaNCeL BaSicS but only a select few stick around in mass numbers in my area (Lana and Becky from last year's SummerSlam wave, for example).

Yeah, most of the Basics do well around here. You'll always have your Finns and Seths and AJs, but for the most part, they seem to do what they need to.

A lot of people have been finding him recently, myself included. I’m thinking he may be shipped with Cena/Vader. Wanna say I’ve been seeing Eddie again too.

I thought Valentine and Orndorff would warm so bad they'd kill the Legends line. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they sold well.
I had a pretty hard time even finding Valentine, let alone the chase.

Definitely the Ultimate Edition line. When originally announced, I thought for sure it wasn’t gonna move just solely based on the price point alone. Man... I was wrong. I’ve rarely seen any Ultimate Editions.

Same. He is the only legends figure I have not found on the shelves. Neither the chase nor the regular figure. I didn't think he would warm but I figured he would be much easier to find.
