I like to customize figures and am always in need of various style hands. I have a drawer with several Ziplock baggies.
One each of
- Women's hands - White Plain Men's Left/Right (seperate baggies for each hand) - POC Plain Men's Left/Right - Decorated/Gloved/Taped Men's Left/Right
Also, I have a baggie for ML Hands of all kinds. All those baggies go in a drawer that also contains loose arms, legs, and other non-hand or head parts. The bottom drawer of that organizer contains all my spare heads (for both ML and Wrestling) while the top drawer is accessories.
It's not particularly important to me which hands go with which figure. I'd much rather have the ability to look for whatever specific hand I need for the figure I'm currently working on.

I’m a loose collector & keep them in the package. I keep the boxes that the figs come in. IDK why but I keep the boxes.

I put them in pill caddies. Sadly the extra hands are the only things that stay in the caddies, unlike adderall.

You should melt them a bit, then flatten and roll them and shape them into weiners and glue them onto the figures for that realism vibe. Thanks for the idea it worked well

Small "zip-lock" or "baggie" then label with the figure's name in permanent marker.
Then store em in a bin, drawer, container, etc.

I do Ziplocks for each figure to keep track of accessories and etc. so I just keep them in those. Same here. I have a bag for each figure, so I can put them back together later if need be. Some may be hard to match if it's just hands, but it's easier than all the hands being together in one bag/spot. Most figures have another accessory (also in the bag) to help match them.

I use them. They are far better than a cardboard picture or random accessories, I hope Mattel don’t read this.

I do a lot part swaps, so I just keep a bunch of pencil boxes sorted by part. Head, hands, arms, pads, etc.

I just notice you asked for our opinion on the extra hands too and I can honestly say that I love them! They are a great addition to the elites. It makes posing much more fun and allow the figures to be more expressive. I've have used quite a few in my display and the ones that come more than two pairs I have change their hands a few times to mix things up for my display. I hope mattel never stops giving us these ever! I know people complain about having too many in storage, but I personally don't mind. Plus I have even upgraded older figures with the spare hands that I haven't used.

2 pages of comments. 1 person says they actually use them... Go figure Ok, but in all fairness, I like the extra hands. I do use them... sort of. When I go to set up my figure I usually go for a single pose or stance. Whichever hands are best suited to that stance, those are the ones going on the figure. I do enjoy having the options to choose and, as I said, being a customizer I love to have the extras for later use.
Extra hands are great. I'll take 15 pairs of extra hands for customization over a Dead Bayley Buddy anyday.
Edit: It just occurred to me I'm the one person. OOPS.
