Another great set were I had every figure. As far as best in the set, Saturn and Eddie are very good, but the clear winner is Raven. 20 years later, that figure still stands out as great, and probably the best Raven ever.

Great memories of getting this set when I was a kid. I remember being most excited about getting Saturn so I'm voting him, even though I loved the eddie and raven here too

One of the greatest TTL sets of all time. I went with Perry, detail is on point. I have him, Albert & Steven from this set.

I must say those ROTR series were beyond awesome. So many first time figures in each set.

Surprised people love this line -- it looks like a big step down from the last one. I think the Raven looks amazing besides the face. Otherwise, Eddie and Stephanie look good

Awesome set. Picked Raven, such a cool figure, but that Perry Saturn is fantastic too. I had both of them back in the day, and I think Eddie too.

I loved that Raven figure and still think it looks great in 2021. Raven gets my vote but Saturn and Eddie are also fantastic.

I remember this and the next couple of sets being everywhere. I'm not saying they sold poorly, just WWF was so popular loads of stores carried the figures.
My pic is Raven, a very detailed figure! Second place is Eddie as I love the shirt and third would be Stevie Richard s

I voted for that Raven and when I think of an iconic defining ttl figure from that era I think of this Raven figue! Absolutely an awesome figure and a personal favorite of mine.
My second place goes to Steven Richards and though it's a simple figure I have always liked this figure and wished Jakks would have released the others members to RTC to go with this figure. Third to Perry Saturn, fourth to Eddie, and 5th to Albert.

I had all this set except Steph. The Eddie has a sentimental connection and he shouldn’t have zero votes so I went with him.

Man, again I remember finding this series for the first time as a kid and being blown away with so many first time figures. It was like a second Christmas! Again such a hard choice, but I’m going to go with Raven, although Saturn is a VERY close second.

Really good set, a very tough choice here. I ended up going with Raven, still stands out as one of the best TTL figures of all time and arguably still the best Raven figure of all time. I had the Albert and what a figure it was so special shout out to that.

This was the first Rulers set where I found them all at the same time, I actually also found Rebellion 3 and FS3 All full sets the same day too.
I think I convinced my mom to get all Rulers, Reb3 HHH/Jeff/Taker, FS3 Vince/Austin and Dudleys - then I spent the summer doing chores to get a new one each week.
She dropped like 100$ on me that day on a whim, and I worked so hard to earn them through chores but it was all her lol
Raven like everyone else said, is the best. Perry Saturn also was amazing too, the girl in a bikini parying to the axe man tat being there was great

I got this whole set for my birthday June 2001. Great times. These sets are such a nostalgia trip because it takes me to the exact moment when I got them. It’s crazy how this kind of stuff sticks with you. I was really excited to get Raven so I’ll go with him.
The influx of WCW/ECW talent back then was so large that there was always someone new to get. Miss those days!

Albert and Saturn have the strongest headsculpts but that Raven is phenomenal. Simply amazing. That's more detailing that Mattel is willing to invest in most figures.
