It's always been for me. Sometimes it's an easy fix, like marks. The fact that there's a lack of product on the shelves and everything now a days you can only get it online; It's become more of a problem than it ever was. I don't see it ever improving, which sucks, but we have to deal with or just stop collecting all together.

Problems aren’t only with elites, some basics are pretty rough also….the Giant figure in my CS 2 pack with Ric Flair looks like he had a stroke ….I’ve yet to figure out how this happens when they’re all cast from the same mold

Hey guys it’s been awhile since I’ve posted. I was just curious if anybody else is having bad QC issues with elites lately? I bought 2 of the new elite Jeff Hardy’s and both of them had the same right arms where the left should be and also my Paul baf torso from the new won’t allow the arm to go in on one side. I’ve made sure the peg is the right way but still not catching. I’ve reached out to Mattel and it seems like they really don’t care anymore. same issue with the paul ellering the left arm refuses to go in. this is frustrating they should stop the build a figures and just focus on figures. im not buying another figure to swap out a part that i have no guarentees will work. anyone have a fix for the arm id appreciate it. It’s the wrong shoulder joint. Look at the shoulder joint either on the peg or around it. It will say either R or L for right/left. My Ellering arms came looking correctly, but upon further inspection, the shoulder pieces were both L/L instead of L/R. The left shoulder peg and right shoulder peg are different shapes which is what makes them connect properly. You need to return them or contact Mattel.
