I am amazed at NHL9. I am definitelly getting the whole set.
FINALLY A SERGAI FEDEROV, it looks awesome, the only thing that can top that figure is a Red Wings retro chase. If they dont make the chase a wings, ill buy a 3rd for a wings customs (im buying 1 for regular, one for a russian national, then either one for a wings custom (or a wings chase)
Martin Brodeur looks awesome, I like figures hoisting the cup, and this is the first golie to have the pose, it looks awesome. A definite must have.
Datsyuk is a definite buy for my wings collection, and to add to the greatness its in a white jersey (i only get the wings in white so they all match)
Leetch and Sundin look awesome, as the leaves are my second favorite team (wild is 1st, wings are 3rd) loving the poses on both of them.
Roycroft is a disapointment though, its the giguire/roy pose. this appears in 3 of the 4 last series including this one. I dont like the pose but im still getting it.
Alfredson also has a cool pose, it'll be my first sens figure (or 2nd depending when i get my naslund out of storage for a trade for hossa)
All in all im very excited about this series, I am definitelly going to get them all.

Wow. I just checked out of the blue, and wasn't expecting to see the NHL 9 pictures yet. Great looking set. I'll probably pick up Leetch and Sundin, I just wish they were in the vintage jerseys. I hate the new-age leaf logo. Their second logo is my favourite (seen on Nolan, Series 7).
Looking forward to the release of the set. I just started collecting the beginning of the summer. There's a bunch in Series 9 I wouldn't mind adding.

Glad to see you guys are liking the NHL9. I honestly can't wait for this series. The Sundin and Leetch are my favourite figures in the series as the Leafs are my favourite team in the L. But trying to put my biased feelings aside, I really like Brodeur 2 and Alfredson

Nah... Blake will fight occasionally.... he isn't a notorious fighter... They will probably use the fight scene as an excuse to make a black hockey player like Laraque, or Worrell.... I personally think it should be a classic set with Tie Domi, Bob Probert, Joey Kocur.... someone like that... Laraque wouldn't shock me... Todd has never been one to ignore the Oilers. Na, think bigger.  or  |

my gamestop said that they will be geting there nfl series 9 cases in on september 15 or 16th and i talked to the guy and had him pre order a case just for me and i get to chose what i want and then they will add whatever i dont on to the merchendise floor for any one
