It’s a sign that the USA partners got their shipment first and nothing else. Normally we would do an unboxing and post pictures etc…but we will just need to wait a bit longer. Bloody Brexit I gotta be pessimistic after waiting two years. I think Epic has done an awesome job on the retros so I have some hope. Apparently along the way I ordered 3 of these things.lol at least I have a shipping notice. Just glad they’re finally finished, 2 years has felt like 20 years for some. Hope you enjoy them, deserve it after the long wait |

Edit: I just watched it, he only uses one hand, so you don't get a good feel for the figure. It looks good though. I'm excited

I found an unboxing online: not mine by any means Edit: I just watched it, he only uses one hand, so you don't get a good feel for the figure. It looks good though. I'm excited The limbs look to be very loose. Disappointed. Any hope I had went out the window. |

I’ll wait until either I get one in hand or someone who doesn’t disagree with himself throughout (maybe Peterson or Majors) |

Also, we have Epic Toys on the show next week so we will be asking about the future of this line I'd say ditch it for the next couple of years - get a solid batch of retro styled figures out first, make people confident that the name Epic is a different entity to Chella, and then branch out into different styles once there's enough confidence it's in good hands this time around
there's no point wasting months of production time for a figure that, quite frankly, is never going to match a Mattel or Jazwares figure without a lot of criticism on the first few waves, just avoid the hassle and focus on putting out the best possible retro styled figures for a while

Respect this opinion but mine is totally opposite. Even if Sabu took an ice age and even if the limbs are loose, I’m going to be over the moon when it lands. The Dynamite is proudly posed with Davey and Matilda on my shelf and it’s a character I wasn’t getting otherwise. If they can get me guys Mattel has no interest in touching I’d keep buying. If the improvements in the retros signal possible improvements in this process even better. |
