I’m sure this main event will be good. Other than the fake mma and the overbooked OC vs Ceasar match, it was a decent show.

Cage fight to open the show was bad. The punches that missed looked good, the punches that "connected" looked atrocious. A hurricanrana? The crowd was booing this when they were "wrestling" instead of "fighting" and I'm glad they did.  I'm hoping I'll remember MJF dropping Dean Malenko more than anything else from this thing. I have a feeling it will be Aubrey though. "We went over the rules in the back." Were we there with you? What were the striking rules?
  
Darby Allin vs Page and Sky was awesome. When Darby got the zip tie on Ethan Page I thought he was going to score the win. 

Cassidy vs Bononi was good. Orange's dive over the top looked cool. He got some good height.

Don Callis backstage with Kenny and Jungle Boy was fun. I've become a big Omega fan since Callis joined him. They're great together. Kenny continuously saying, "I'm gonna get all up in your ass" was hilarious.

Cody and Brock Anderson vs QT and Solow had an old school feel to it. That was intentional. It's okay to talk about Brock adding weight but don't talk about Dax Harwood losing a few pounds...................

Jake promo with Lance Archer in an abandoned warehouse somewhere. Archer was pacing back and forth and Jake Roberts has the whitest teeth I've ever seen was all I took away from this.

JR sit down with Andrade. Andrade looked and sounded really good here. Why in the hell did they think they needed subtitles for this? 

Backstage with Hangman and The Oddities I mean The Dark Order. I would have preferred another round of Hager - Wardlow than this.
 
The women's match was the beginning of some classic AEW clusterf*ckia. The match ends and then Miro shows up to interrupt the celebration and starts a brawl. Then they interrupt the brawl by going backstage to a Britt Baker promo. And then Vickie Guererro interrupts Baker's promo to talk about Nyla Rose. The best part of all of this was Rebel's laugh at the very end of it.

I liked the FTR - LAX video package. There were a few stumbles though which made me wonder why they wouldn't have re-shot it?

Jade Cargill segment gets a pass because she's that b*tch, and is so fine. 

Nick Jackson not being around for the main event was a good indicator that he'd get involved later, and he did. Good match. The top rope neck breaker from Carl Anderson on Penta to close out the match looked perfect. I like not liking the Bucks more than I like liking them. They're much better as heels.
 
Not a great night but I think this may have been the best Friday night Dynamite we've gotten so far. This is a sh*t time slot. I think Saturday is a better wrestling day(night), and the card looks good so far. I don't believe in god, but thank god for AEW.

Alright show but still good

AEW feels like it’s in a holding pattern right now. They’re definitely stalling until they get Wednesday back, but the shows are still solid. I’m so thankful for them. Wrestling would be really bad right now without them.
