Picked up "The Omniscient" from Toys-Era. While Hot Toys was good at getting title characters back in the day a guy like Heimdall usually fell through the cracks. Third party companies have started picking up the slack. Here he is with Thor 1 Odin and Thor. |

Finally chose the regular Endgame Thanos. This figure is just out of the box, but feels imposing next to the others. Now I'm going to be tempted for the Infinity War version. |

Here's a few pickups from the last few months. First we have Hot Toys Qui-Gon Jinn with the Sideshow Episode 1 Obi-Wan from 2013 or so. Obi is a floppy body mess and I'd take a HT upgrade if they ever get around to it.  |

Next up is Ebony Maw from Infamous. Third party makers are hitting home runs left and right on characters that Hot Toys wouldn't probably touch. My only nit to pick is the rooted hair that needs some futzing, but it's not major.  |

And finally we have the "Galaxy Warlord" from Toys Era. Ronan is another great third party entry for my MCU collection. I was surprised that his staff is diecast which my toe found out. That's all for now until Battle Damaged Mark LXXXV finally makes it off those boats from China.  |

Welcome to a very expensive, but fun club. I've opted for third party pieces on stuff I've missed out on a few times when I can't justify the secondary market prices for some pieces. Really over the last few months I think I've enjoyed more of the third party stuff than the official releases. They often touch on some characters the big boys neglect or would never touch anyway. |

Avengers Endgame came out 1,142 days ago. Finally the Battle Damaged Mark LXXXV has arrived after tons of usual Hot Toys delays and that other thing that the world has gone through. Really spectacular figure that was worth the wait. Happy to finally have it and put a bow on my Endgame collection...at least for now.  |
