I went to a Walmart this morning and I didn’t really expect to find any elites let alone this, a factory sealed error. E84 Murphy figure in an E84 Sheamus box. Fresh case had just recently been put out too as they still had 2 Hardys, a Garza, 2 Reigns, a Ripley, and of course this. Had to pick it up. ibb.co/DgtVT88 |

That's the super rare 1/1 edition that no reliable source has been able to confirm would ever be released. $500 would be more than a fair starting bid.

Mattel’s QC has been garbage lately. I found E84 at two different stores both ripley’s faces were jacked with the scan being off. I ordered 2 Hardy’s from Amazon and the both had no left arms just upside down right arms. I’m really thinking hard about limiting what I buy anymore.

Definitely a very cool find, now go list it on eBay as a "Very Rare Factory Error" and charges crazy money. Like the guy who put a Kane figure in Undertaker gear and tried to play it off as an error for $500 lol

I ordered Montez Ford from Amazon and one of his shoulders I think it is has issues. It won’t open all the way I think. |

In all seriousness, two things...
1. Factory Seals are really easy to cheat these days, especially on the current Elites. That said...
2. I'm trying to see the logic of anyone swapping this figure??? The inner carding looks to be that of Murphy, so the figure wasn't bought loose. You said both the Sheamus and the Murphy were missing, if this was swapped, then someone bought both figures then swapped the Murphy for a return? Why not just buy the Sheamus and be done with it?
It seems strange, but I'm more willing to bet this is a legit factory error, simply because there is next to no profit point involved in swapping an E84 Murphy for an E84 Sheamus at retail.
If it is legit? Pretty cool.

The factory errors are minda crazy with Mattel. I have 2 Ultimate Edition figures, from onlinr retailer,never opened with 2 errors.
Bret Hart missing one knee pad
Triple H with The Rock's logo instead of his...wtf..

They seem to be happening more often. I have a network spotlight Wendi Richter pulled fresh from the case in a Kurt Angle box.

The factory errors are minda crazy with Mattel. I have 2 Ultimate Edition figures, from onlinr retailer,never opened with 2 errors. Bret Hart missing one knee pad Triple H with The Rock's logo instead of his...wtf.. ...a few people had "I'm Your Papi" shirts with the UE Rock too, straight from Amazon. Weird. |

I've seen 2 basics in all these years that were on the wrong cards. I didn't scoop them because I open everything. Never seen an elite in the wrong box except of course ones that had very obviously been switched.
