My tracking updated to Tuesday. Hoping to have full in depth reviews to post next week. ZST also announced the Gage/Cardona 2 Pack will be for sale in November. http://instagram.com/p/CyEFxQPuBF3 Saw that in the Pod group just now, is there really enough demand for this to sell 2000 sets? Aside from the pod obsessed people that will buy anything they put out, and some obsessed GCW people, what's the market for this?

After a busy week, I finally had time to sit down and get my hands on G&G’s Mabel and Mo (or Nelson and Bobby). Here are the standard pics with a far more in depth review below: http://instagram.com/p/Cx8ivDcR69m http://instagram.com/p/Cx8n4dCxnNa The Good:These figures honestly are some of my favorite post-Hasbro figures ever produced. Are the perfect? No. But they really capture the spirit of the original Hasbro figures. Closer than anyone else thus far. They feel fairly solid, have no problems standing, and display nicely in scale with other figures. The packaging design is nice but I would like some consistency moving forward. Had these been gold, they would have been a 21 out of 10! The Bad:So How Do They Measure Up?How Much Does This Guy Weigh!?!Final VerdictUltimately these figures are hard to top despite their minor flaws. I hope that others are able to add them to their collection and that Mitch does another run (in gold this time!). They will be taking the places of the original style orange card custom figures I purchased around 5 years ago. Great work hastteltoy Who made that incredible USA Lex Luger?
I have seen amazing Hasbro customs, but I'm not sure I'd say this is one. It's literally just repainted. Repainted well -- but it would be pretty easy for many good artists

Yeah, that's true, there's no custom molds, but even clean paint is very hard to come by. Almost all customs I ever see look rough, I don't want anything where I can see brush strokes and stuff all over the place.

Bunch of people asking if the group can get early access, geez, I don't think they need to worry about an instant sell out on this. I forget where or how the numbers came out, but does anyone else remember seeing production numbers for the H&F's series 2 lineup? It didn't list how many were of each guy, but it had the production numbers for 6 or 7 pieces however many it is. I'd be curious to see those numbers again. Guess they're someplace back in this thread.

Not sure if this is what you were thinking of: Hah was able to see how much stock ZST has left 759 Andres left in stock 1215 Ravens 587 Bundys 536 Brodys 219 Sullivans 379 Gages Actually, I was wrong. That's how many have sold I think.

Yes, that's what I was thinking of! Interesting to look at, wonder what the overall numbers were made of each.

Got my Raven today. I think it’s the best retro released so far, & I really can’t see anything topping this one. The extra articulation is amazing. The jacket is very details, real metallic features too. Several pics below. I had to bust out the retro ring to show him sitting in the corner, very cool! Comparison shots with the OG TTL version (which is the best figure Jakks ever made imo). Also, some shots with various feuds in ECW, WCW & WWF. I’m not sure if he wrestled Sabu in ECW, but in doing a google search, apparently, they feuded in TNA. There was even a 2-pack of them. He wrestled Kane & Big Show at WrestleMania, so I put some shots in of him & Kane as we don’t have a Big Show. I didn’t watch a lot of WCW, but again, google said he had a feud with Goldberg, so pics of that as well. It came with an insert of other wrestlers, I don’t remember seeing the Ric Flair before, but maybe I just forgot. Overall, I’m very satisfied, even though this one was the most expensive retro to date.

It seems like a cool figure, but I don’t feel any strong positive feelings about it - but that is probably because I wasn’t following wrestling in that period and so don’t really have any attachment to the character. And it doesn’t really seem like a Hasbro to me; I don’t know if that’s because of the high quality cloth accessories and/ or the leg articulation - even though I recognise that Earthquake/ Typhoon etc had it, so it’s not completely un-Hasbro. And to be fair having that extra articulation with the original hasbros probably would’ve made them even better for playing with when…ahem….when I was a kid. 😉 So while it’s not necessarily for me, I’m sure those who’ve ordered will love it. But the insert is really interesting - I’ve not seen that Flair before and it looks great! Any chance of a closer pic of it please?

I have to give ZST credit -- I was skeptical about the Raven. But looking at it in the Hasbro ring, it looks fantastic

Hopefully Ric Flair comes with a non bloody alternate head I would certainly prefer that. Also, I wish his hair wasn’t as big. The arms are long too but that isn’t a surprise by now. Hopefully we get a flair in a robe at some point too.

Thanks guys. Here's a closer pic of the insert. Nice. Did they say who belongs in what series? I assume that Power & Glory, Slick, OMG and Tunney are in one series/set; usually they have 6 per set, is there another figure with that set? When are the Road Warriors, Macho Man, WM8 Ric Flair and black singlet Andre being released? Are they in set four? Seems like a lot of heavy hitters for one set.

The boxes in one of his video said One Man Gang was series 3. In the same video, Andre’s boxes don’t show a series number and instead say “Black Strap Variant.” The 2 packs are probably going to be individual releases (this is me speculating). Series 4 could go a few different ways: -There was talk about Mark Sterling being a 1-off. -Gargano was also supposed to be a one off. -Booger was supposed to be an SDCC exclusive (though they may make that version just in the orange card). So if you removed all the figures mentioned above, series 4 would be made up of Macho, Flair, Candido, Ahmed, and Pettengill.

Series 3 is Jack Tunney, Slick One Man Gang, Hercules & Paul Roma. It was on another insert, I didn't think it was new news at the time. Says available 2024 on it. The 3rd insert is for the black strap Andre with interchangeable head being available Black Friday at 11:00, which we already new about. Also says Macho Man available early 2024.

Hopefully we get a flair in a robe at some point too. My thoughts too, I wouldn't display a bloody variant with my figures. And agree on the hair being too large too. Really hope that Macho changes before the final release, face is bad and arms too long.
