That's what I've said from the very beginning. These are not going to "fit right in with your Hasbros" because they're very, very well done. To me, the Chellas have better captured that cartoonish charm that the Hasbros had. Yup. Which hey, have to give Zombie credit, the figures look great. He just was wrong about them fitting into everyone’s collection. As great as the figures look, just his constant touting of himself and jabs at every other company puts me off (as well as others I’m sure). If he wouldn’t bash others I’d be behind the product. With Him constantly going at others it makes me just want to see it flop.

These are too good to pass just because of some silly behavior by someone who should know better. www.instagram.com/zombiesailorstoys/p/CYor0y0g90c/?utm_medium=copy_link

The final Sabu head looks pretty Hasbro-esque expression-wise to me FWIW.

It seems I feel the same as others, unfortunately.
When I support independent businesses, it's not just the product I'm investing in, but the people behind them. Just like bands/independent wrestlers etc...
For example, I just bought the Joey Knight Chella figure despite not even knowing who he was last week. But he seems like a genuine nice guy, has a cool story and the figure looks great! I wanted the product but it also felt good to support him.
Zombie just keeps saying things and acting in ways that I don't like - and now I don't like the figures as much.

love the figures, but I agree, he doesn't need to keep bad mouthing any competitor. His work speaks for itself. One of the first things you learn in any sales job is not put down your competitors. Nothing good ever comes from it

I like a few of his figures but I'm in the UK so don't fancy paying a fortune, tbh, plus every time I've checked his site he's got bugger all for sale. Allo everyone, btw. Longtime lurker, I had an account once, no idea what happened to it.

I'm honestly only interested in the product, I'd be buying something for me, not him. I buy from Chella not because they're lovely people, but because they make certain things that I want to own, it just helps that they're seemingly okay humans.

Final Sabu head looks closer to cartoony which helps. The true test will be seeing the final product next to Hasbro figures. We know Chella has height issues but they look good together for the most part.

For me that Sabu head is way to detailed. I think the more I see Zombies stuff the more I think a Toybiz themed line would have been better suited.
Also with regards to the previous post I 100% agree that a big issue with ZST is the guy running it. Chella gets my income hands down, great product and great people.

For my standards, I feel like Heels and Faces will fit in well enough with Hasbros. Mattel Retros are on the opposite end of the spectrum. In a lot of ways they didn’t feel detailed enough. Zombie figures are more detailed than the Hasbros were. When I put the Retros and Hasbros together on my shelf? They mix fairly well. Honestly it’s the skin tone and bloated limbs of the Retros that stick out to me more than anything else. I have a feeling Heels and Faces will look just fine mixed with the other 2-3 brands. Chella has done a pretty good job making that happen as well outside of a few sizing issues which I don’t expect to continue. There is some level of sheen on the figure pieces seen here but unless the lighting is off, they look less-glossy than Hasbros. That said, it’s an improvement over the prototypes/paint masters which will always look different from the finished product. http://instagram.com/p/CYjhL5zAEQ7

If you guys that complain about zombies antics aren’t picking up on the fact that he’s purposely trolling you guys, I don’t know what to tell you. Trolls aren’t necessarily the most likable people but his comments are less about insulting his competitors and more about grinding the gears of people like we have here in this thread. How much more obvious does he have to make it? Will you realize he’s trolling when he says “god came down from the heavens and christened these figures so that they are to be worshiped”?

The constant bashing and talking about other companies puts me off, but I guess that’s his way of doing business. I’m not a fan of his personality but I am a fan of the figures we’ve seen so far.
Unfortunately, if more people start to get angry at the way he goes on about other “companies” then he’s only doing damage to himself.

So, uh...how's that any better? "Guys, he's not dunking on the competition...he's dunking on the members of this board, which likely makes up a significant segment of his potential consumer base, who had the audacity to question his approach!" This was definitely much better than just trashing the competition. He really owned those members who saw what he had to say first hand and chose to not spend their money with him. Someone call the burn ward.

Andre will definitely stick out compared to other Hasbros (including his own Hasbro). It makes me curious to see how big Daddy and Haystack will compare to Yokozuna. http://instagram.com/p/CYsS2XkM5Vi

Bruiser Brody was billed around 6'8". Kevin Sullivan was billed around 5'9".

I’ve heard Brody as being anywhere from 6’3 to 6’8. Sullivan I’ve only heard as 5’9 but could see him being shorter.
Additional context for anyone who wants their eyes to be the judge:
Only thing I could find with Sullivan and Andre:

I've no interest in who he is as a person, it makes no difference to me with regards to the product. I could go into a supermarket and get served by a Morrissey fan and it wouldn't matter to me as long as my change was correct. Still, if he's actively trolling potential customers then he's as thick as two short planks, mate.
